Instead of pace strava shows elevation gain. how to make pace visible on running activity feed.

When using Fenix 7 to log a ride, then ride time becomes shorter in Strava then garmin express. Resulting in lots of wrong data output from Strava. Approx 30% less ride time in Strava. Anyone have a solution/explanation for this??

nothing works. I restarted tboth my watch and my phone. I deleted this app and redownloaded again then I reconnected my watch strava to phone strava. and still 5 or 6 activities are stuck and they are not posted

I have numerous bikes and just recently bought an e bike. I see that when I designate the ride as an ebike ride, I do not get credit towards my yearly riding mileage goal. I don’t want to mess up the segment results because of using an ebike and have no problem listing it as an ebike ride. But I don’t like not getting credit for my yearly mileage and that creates a moral dilema. Do I not list it as an ebike and F-up the segment times, or list it and not get total mileage credit. Strava realizes this is a problem when it sent out notices recently that it intends to increase flagging segments. It would help if I could count all my rides, on all my bikes including my ebike towards my yearly goal and not have to make a choice. I have seen segments that I know the leading time is an ebike over a regular bike and I don’t like it. C’mon Strava, fix this.

I’ve been trying to cancel my Strava Premium subscription for a while now, but I’m completely stuck and would really appreciate some help. My Strava account says my subscription is managed via Google Play and will automatically renew on June 27, 2025. But I’ve checked all my Google accounts, and there’s no Strava subscription anywhere, not in active subscriptions, not in expired ones, not in my Google payments history. Nothing. I’ve also tried: Searching all my inboxes for a Strava or Google Play receipt Cancelling through the Strava website on desktop and incognito, it just redirects me to Google Play, where again, there’s nothing to cancel, Using different browsers on 3 different devices (phone, tablet, computer) same result every time, Reaching out to support multiple times, but I only got a automated reply that didn’t address the problem at all. The renewal is coming up soon, and I really don’t want to be charged again for something I can’t manage or cancel. Hi.I ran in a 10k race last night. My official time was 37:01. When I crossed the finish I stopped my Garmin, had a breather for 30 seconds but then accidently started my watch again for a brief second before stopping it and saving the activity.Strava is now showing the elapsed time as 37:31 (so it has obviously taken into account the 'pause' in the activity).This has messed up my splits and records for the the race.Is there any way to delete this 30 second pause and brief restart? I tried cropping the activity but this just takes distance off rather than the 'pause'.I kind of get the feature as you could otherwise run insane times by abusing the pause feature but surely there is a way to edit this?Thanks 

I had my first half marathon today, and I broke PR, but on Strava, it only calculated 21.09 after having tried the “Correct Distance” option. I have seen that this is not an uncommon problem for people missing a 0.1km recording. If there is a way any can help me I would appreciate it! I am trying to at least have a record of my PR

Why is there no discount for pensioners or people on low income.

I was being charge amounting of 4975.59 last May 31 2025. I canceled the subscription in the same day that I was being charge it was not intended to use this app since I barely used it at all I try to submit ticket but no response to it. I canceled May 31 but since it's weekend I decided to wait till Monday but still no response and I submit another ticket and it's says it's solve even it didn't check. At all Pls solve this issue ASAP I canceled the subscription before 14 days pass and request a refund  

Hello!I'm sure many people who do different sports - other than those under biking and running umbrella - would love to be able to join more challenges and earn more trophies (aside “moving time” or “ten days active” trophy). That's why i propose the option to join riding challenges with different vehicle type that you take rides on OR add challenges for different types of sports such as inline skating, skating, longboarding, etc. 

I have asked here regarding on when I would get a refund on my premium subscription and the person that replied said that Strava is experiencing extreme backlog regarding tickets and I definitely understand that. However this raises a question from me. Would Strava still refund me even after the 14 day "grace period" if it was Strava's fault for not replying? If a Strava support member is seeing this, please answer..

How can I determine my V02 Max?I thought it was on Strava somewhere but I can’t find it. 

Hi,I plan to embark on a multi-day mountain bike ride, spanning over 10-days and 1,000+km. I would like to log it on Strava, obviously.I use a Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 (and also have a Galaxy A55).Assuming I keep the battery charged, and the watch does not switch off. How long can the ride be, before I must end the activity, or before it auto-ends (if at all)? I have 5GB free on the watch.I am worried if the Watch app cannot record such a long ride, and if it will crash, causing me to lose all the data?Any insight would be very much appreciated. Thanks,Rehman

I competed in a 20 km running event/race in my city (Brussels) on the 25th of May for the 1st time. Everything seemed normal and I got my stats. However, a couple days later (today), I was just scrolling through my profile and realized my stats and pb´s have all changed.Apparently, now my 400 m PB is 1 sec, my ½ mile is 4 sec and my 1 km is 33 sec and the list goes on.It says all those records were achieved on the same day: the 20 km run. I’m wondering if there’s a way to reset the times, without having to delete the account because I’ve used the app quite long and wouldn’t want to loose any other progress/activities/pics etc. Editing would also be an option but I don’t remember what times I had before.

Why are strava still blocking links and URL’s. this is what grows our cycling club, around routes and meet ups. Drive me absolutely insane

As a multisport athlete training for triathlons, I often perform structured back-to-back training sessions—e.g., a hard bike ride immediately followed by a run (BRIC workout). Currently, these are treated as two separate events in Strava, which underestimates the total load and recovery impact.I'd love to see an option to combine workouts or flag them as linked sessions so that the Fitness/Fatigue/Form metrics reflect the true physiological stress of a combined effort.Thanks for considering a feature that would significantly improve training analytics for everyone, especially triathletes and duathletes.

There is a problem again today with posting on the feed again. My today's running workout posted at 1 pm has been waiting for two hours by not on the feed. Please do something about it, such situations have been going on for a month or more. Thank you very much for your concern. 

why after i have running, my feed didnt show up my watch under my shoes gear ? please check my attchedThankyou

When looking at and creating routes, my strava maps show elevation in meters. How do I change this to feet? The only options I see under “Units of Measurment” are for distance and weight, not elevation.

I cannot see any suggested routes for any selected activity when using the Strava website. The Mobile app is working and i can select “Map Only” or “routes” but nothing on the maps via the webstie.

I used to share my activity by downloading the transparant data that display distance, pace, and moving time. But lately, i found that every time i wanna do the same, data that displayed are distance, elev gain, and moving time. Im trying to fix it through setting or edit activity and else but couldn't find anything. So, How to replace that elev gain data by pace as before?To add some contex, this have been happen since i run above 5k in more varied track.Thanks

Hi I need help. Has anyone had this issue and has fixed it?? I did a long run this morning and it imported from my Apple Watch like usual but it’s not showing up. It’s check marked as imported but does not show up in feed or adds to my distance etc.. I don’t know what else to do I feel like I’ve tried everything. Restarting my phone, deleting the app and re installing multiple times, deleting it from my watch and reinstalling, I even tried exporting the file from my Health app to my iCloud and then to Strava website and that didn’t work either. 

I delted a race route from my acount now the community can now no longer follow the route. How can I restore the route?
