Hello community. I hope all good. I’m strugling whith supportteam for months, since May 2025.At that time, Dev Team promoted a feature to have more data, or should I say, more visible data in the photos we publish in social media. Should be a good thing.But data is covering most of the picture. So, sometimes there is a nice landscape, ou the cyclists group and Strava Data, simply cover most of the photo.I suggested them go back the orinal format, Strava logo above and KM, Time and Altimetry below, so the image would be clear in the center. Maybe Strava could keep both formats, old and new, so the user may choose.See, I use data the check and improve my perfromance,

Since the last update, Strava is using a huge amount of my iPhone battery even when running in background mode with the screen off. Has anyone else had the same problem and is there a solution, please?

I’d love one dashboard to show how many miles per week I have logged in runs/walks/hikes. I’m a walker but recently have been getting back to running. My main goal is miles, however I log them.   I have been interested in my min/mile pace for runs, which is why I select run over walk when I do run. Can you create an “all foot” category that combines on-foot mileage?Thank you!!

Hey all! I have had two rides now in the past week where they show that they happened two days before the ride actually happened. The weirdest part is that I show up on the leader for today?! I have seen that maybe it is because I started it without getting GPS signal or something? I guess my last ride was two days ago so did my Strava just not get the memo that time has advanced?

I bulk exported data but it only produced bike rides, not walks, hikes, workouts, yoga, etc.  Do I have a setting wrong?

Hi, I have recorded an activity with my Garmin fenix 8. It doesn’t upload automatically to Strava, so I tried to do it manually by exporting the fit file (see attachment) from Garmin and manually uploading it to Strava, where I get the error seen below:I checked the fit file with https://www.fitfileviewer.com/ and the GPS coordinates and other information seem to be correct, so I don’t know why this activity cannot e uploaded to Strava.

Hello, I would usually post this message in the ideas section, but wanted to get more feedback on it first. Right now, the idea might be too complex or convoluted for Strava to open it to voting. Does anyone else think that Strava should develop different tiers or categories for segment competitiveness? I love segments, and prefer seeing more rather than less segments. However, Strava doesn’t currently differentiate the prestigious segments from the segments that are just lucky to exist. For instance, you could run the Boston Marathon segment and then run a completely random segment afterwards. On your stats page, the two segments will look equally important. There are verified segments, but there are only a handful of them located in a few megacities. Personally, I think Strava should develop a “Competition Category” similar to its Climb Categories. This Competition Category would give segments a ranking based on a formula that would include number of attempts,

Im honestly just a bit confused and could use some explanation; just ran 30km for the first time, making it in 2 hours and 54 minutes. However it says my moving time is 2 hours and 33 minutes. I dont really understand how this works and just wanted to see if anyone would like to explain it all to me?

We have taken a family account. I had a free account and my son a paid account. When my son send me the link that I can access the paid account I get an error that I don’t live in the same country. We both live in the Netherlands and that is also what our accounts say. How to solve this?I created a ticket two weeks ago and somehow they are so busy at Strava that I don’t get an answer. Only standard emails that they are too busy. What a service 

I just want to ask if strava really refund if you submit a ticket? 

If I’m paying for premium, I don’t want to see advertisements for Runna or any other company.

Hi everyone, I'm new here ! A friend of mine ran a race yesterday and unusually for the first time Strava added 1hr10mins to the recording ? She had switched the watch timing off after crossing the line - others running with her did not have this. She has a Garmin series 2 Venu watch, which she says just automatically links direct to Strava. I don't think she has Garmin connect (as I do as well) to see what that says. Any ideas, or how to rectify the mistake - she is a bit upset ! Hope someone can help -regards all

Hi, If I go to https://www.strava.com/strava-runna and click on “unlock the bundle” I get redirected to “my account” in my Strava profile.But there I can’t see any option to get the Strava + Runna bundle. Is it not available in my region (Belgium)? How can I get the Strava + Runna bundle? Do I have to cancel my current Strava premium account and can I then opt for the bundle?

Good day, i have a concern about accidentally subscription on strava app, because when i download it i click the free trial because i want to use and know the features of your app, so i click the free trial. but then, yesterday (july 27, 2025) i got a text message about my e wallet (gcash) that says i made a transaction but i really didn't, so upon searching about my situation, I'm not the only one who experienced it. then yesterday i tried to get a refund request to google play because of what i searched online about the procedure when you accidentally purchased to sn google app but i received their email to me that says it didn't meat their policies of refund, so now I decided to reach out to you to try considering my refund request because the money is not really meant for me, and i really need it back. i hope it finds you all and thank you.

Hello, I explain the situation, I bought a Bryton Rider S810 and I tried to connect it to Strava, I did all the things that were required, but when I went for a workout it did not show in Strava. I also tried to send it to Strava manually. It showed up as being done, but I did not find it on Strava. Apparently I have two accounts, so I tried to stop the second account, but without success. On my MacBook I have the good account and I see all the results of my Strava friends. So I would like to use the same account on my iPhone, but without success. So, does anybody have a solution? Despite flagging, Strava did nothing about it and instead blocked me from flagging.I only verified the current month, and as you can see, these are the same activities — identical ride times, average speed, elevation gain, and even the recorded temperature.Profile https://www.strava.com/athletes/15609475 

My Strava annual cycle goal has stalled.  Rides in the last 2 months have not been added towards my annual goal.  Suggestions? 

My run activity seems stuck on my iphone I tried deleting the app and reinstalling as well as powering off my device and still stuck. Don’t want to lose my streak ;)

Does anyone have any information on the DT Swiss carbon wheel stop use/recall notice? Does anyone know what incidents have occurred? I am stuck with a €4k bike that they say I shouldn’t use. 

This new update keeps cropping my photos and I looks bad to me. I can't share (advertise Strava) when I can't see my photos properly. How to fix? 

Add the North orientation arrow back to maps. This would be useful to know what direction we are pointing in when navigating, and just for ease of use.
