I recently noticed a suspicious rider on a leaderboard of segment I did.I viewed the activity ans the whole ride was suspicious. I reported the ride. The user was set on private. I requested to follow him which was denied.After some time I noticed some other suspicious segment times of this user. So I decided to investigate further. I found six rides of him. All of those rides are impossible to do even in a car or with a motorbike. The average speed is quite high with just under 40kmh even on his long rides. His longest one I have found ist around 220km.  The high average speed is Not the most suspicious. His routes go on high traffic roads but he never has to stop or reduce his speed. IT seems as there are no traffic lights or cars for him. On some rides he was on technical back roads and even some gravel roads. Still the average speed remains high and He can Ride the sharpest corners with more than 40kph. He simply does not h

and just like that my activities no longer show anyone else riding with me or me riding with anyone eslse. What have I changed and how do I change it back?  Please/Thanks 

Hello,When I want to check the “Best Efforts” of the people I follow, everything is fine besides POWER data in CYCLING. No matter whom I check, including pro cyclists, it says “No PR - Yet! A PR will be recorded when they record a ride of 5 seconds or longer (with power data)”. I checked at least 15 profiles - nothing. And I am sure I have seen their power data on the bicycle before. Elevation, distance etc. is normally displayed, though.When I check my own power data on the bike in the “Best Efforts” section, I see it (5, secs, 30 secs, 1 min...) but it says “Only you can see your power data”. This is strange, and might be connected to the non-visible power data of the other people. I checked my privacy settings and nowhere have I excluded power data in the visibility.I wonder whether others encounter the same issue?Kind regards, Nik

Id love the capability to challenge my friends to the fastest segment time over a weekend. Is that in the pipeline to be created?  Right now group challenges are pretty limited.ThanksBeeJo

Over the past six months or so I’ve increasingly received follows from obviously fake accounts (always a sexy stock/AI photo for the profile and zero or maybe 1 activity over the history of the account). I’ve been blocking them as they come in, but it’s getting more frequent (received three yesterday). Strava, what are you doing about this activity and what do you recommend I do (beyond blocking) to stop it?

Max speed differs from values in Garmin Connect. I have 14.5 km/h in Strava and 16.0 km/h in Garmin. How can that be? Distance is the same and Elapsed Time is same. 

Hello!Had this issue for a while now. While everything works perfect when recording and uploading data with my watch.(Watch is getting old)But the issue start when i try to record activities on my phone(android) with the strava app instead of my watch.While im out running, values display like they are suppose to. For example, 45 min running time and distance 8km and Avg pace 5:30min/km and correct GPS map data.But the moment i save the activity, all data gets messed up.Running time change to 20 min. Distance remain at 8km and Avg Pace becomes 2:30/km and so on.Why is that happening?

In the training overview I can't see max speed. I have only 5 values. A friend sees 6 values and my speed. Ww both use Garmin watches. Any idea?  

The ‘Choose a Sport’-list in the Maps section doesn’t scroll at all, just some text flickers a bit when attempting. I am not able to choose Kayaking which renders the whole app unusable to me. The issue is the same on both my iPhone 13 Pro and iPad Pro 3rd gen, both running iOS 18.5. Are others experience this bug? 

On iOS, in the route builder if I turn on any of the heat maps the builder crashes. How to fix this?

Bonjour, j'ai un souci depuis la dernière mise à jour de Strava.  Quand je suis en vélo et que je débute une sortie avec un itinéraire défini. Ce dernier s'efface de la carte après que l'écran se soit éteint … Je suis obligé de faire retour sur l'accueil de Strava et de retourner dans "enregistrer" pour que l'itinéraire s'affiche de nouveau. C'est absolument pas pratique car je dois déverrouiller mon téléphone en roulant.  Quelqu'un aurait-il une solution ? J'ai désinstallé l'application mais rien n'y fait.  D'avance merci !

Strava m'a exclus mes segments de ma dernière activité. Sur la plupart des segments je n'ai pas fait mon meilleur temps et sur 32 segments,  sur seulement 3 j'ai fait mon meilleur temps mais je ne suis même pas dans les 10 premiers. Nous étions en groupe et n'avons j'amais dépassé les 60 kms h avec une moyenne de 34 sur 100 kms 

Hello  its been seven day's since i requested a refund and yet I didn't get a response to an team, its only a automated response and when i check my ticket in it's says status solved.how is that possible? I didn't receive my refund? howw?

I want to be able to export select data from "My Activities" (not an entire Bulk Export of "My Account" and not just a single activity; for example, just all "Ride" activities) and don't see a way to do that anywhere on the Strava platform - I can filter to just "Ride" in the interface and view the results, but I don't see any way to export the data for those Rides to a CSV spreadsheet (the "Share" dropdown on the right has no such option). Preferably I would even be able to filter the export such as all Rides for a particular month to get a monthly snapshot. Any guidance or link to a relevant article would be appreciated.

I filed a refund ticket after I was charged for an annual plan following the end of my free subscription. According to the guidelines, I was instructed to cancel the subscription (which I did) and provide proof of the charge, stating that I’m eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase.It has now been 16 days since I submitted the ticket, but I’ve received no response from Strava’s customer service.I get that they probably have a lot of support tickets to solve, but I would simply like to be assured that I’ll still get the refund even if they reply outside of the 14 day window. Thanks!

When I’m doing a tempo run with short distance so today I ran a programme of 8x 400 m @ pace with a 2 min rest.  (There was no auto lap set on my garmin) Why is Strava then adding my rest pace into my average 1k? When I’m not actually running a 1k. Do I have to pause my watch when I’m on a rest then unpause when starting to run? Please note I had this programmed as a workout on my garmin. It also happens when I’m hitting to lap button between runs   this is so frustrating!!

My unit of measures or set to metric but for nautical activities Strava displays nautical miles instead of kilometres although in Garmin connect it displays kilometres.  Is there a way to change this?  

I have two Strava accounts - the one I used all the time was associated with an email I no longer have access to. I am trying to merge the accounts and change the email address on the Strava I use all the time. I have an open ticket with support but have not received any response for now to handle this situation as I cannot just change my email since I do not have access to it and i have forgotten my strava password - I am just always logged in on my phone

Pour mes sorties VTT j’ai une montre Garmin VENU 3 et un Garmin EDGE 530. L’année dernière j ai fait une sortie en montagne avec des pentes à environ 20% (indiqué sur le EDGE 530). Lors de la restitution sur STRAVA je ne vois pas d’affiché les pourcentages. J’ai posé cette question sur le site de STRAVA mais il n’y a pas eu de réponse seulement cela m’a dit de faire des recherches et de voir sur la communauté ! Pourriez vous me dire si c’est possible et si oui comment faire ?D’avance merci. 

For the last couple of weeks whenever I track a workout using the strava app on my apple watch (Series 5) the timing has been well off. For example I did a 55 minute workout this morning that Strava recorded as a 10 hour workout. I Started the work out session on strava on my watch at 5.30am and finished at 6.26am. Strava has it recorded as starting at 8.24pm the night before and finishing at 6.26am. It’s done it repeatedly for a few weeks. Interestingly I’ve done a number of hikes, walks and mountain bike rides during the same period, all recorded on strava using the specific options an the timing has been fine. And as a test I used the apple workout app to record a workout session earlier in the week and it timed it just fine. Anyone got any ideas on why the workout sessions recorded on strava might be timing weirdly? I’ve restarted both my watch and my phone a few times and it hasn’t changed anything.

Most of the time i record my traveling  with strava but just today i thought  lets see what did i do and i saw it said that i did 187 kmh how can even it be possible  to make 187kmh with bicycle  and i even have a normal  bicycle  not the expensive  one I thought  Strava was a good app but it seem to have happened  many times in my recordings 

Hello,I would like to bring to your attention that Strava’s new navigation system has become very frustrating to use.Since the latest update, several features that made your tool practical and reliable have disappeared:A large stopwatch now takes up the center of the screen, which is very distracting for navigation.The orange line of my route, which used to remain visible even when the screen turned off, now disappears.Access to the Global Heatmap, which is still enabled in my settings, seems to be gone.When my screen goes into sleep mode and I turn it back on, I lose my route and the overall experience is no longer smooth.I am a Strava subscriber so I can plan and follow my routes, both during my travels and on local rides. Previously, your navigation system was a reliable and reassuring tool I could truly count on. Today, the experience has become difficult and frankly disappointing.I do not know if these changes were intenti
