Average power has been replaced with average bpm on cycling activities summaries. The former is more useful. Please could this change be reversed,  thanks. 

I am viewing Strava on a tablet with a large resolution screen. One of the people I am following has posted a race. You'd think that for a race, seeing the finish time is probably the most important piece of information. And yet, Strava insists on showings only two activity metrics even though this post takes nearly entire screen of my tablet. When I discussed this topic before, the answer was that the isn't enough space on the screen for more than 2 or 3 metrics, but as you can see that is clearly not true. Can someone from Strava explain why activity metrics are the lowest in priority when it comes to the feed? Below the map, a huge part of the screen is dedicated just to showing the 3 icons - to thumb up, comment, and share. Personally, I don't think I've ever shared someone's activity, and to comment I always open activity details. But I want to see more activity details very often. So I have the factory saddle that came on my bike when i bought it. It’s getting old, as am I. Lately on long rides, for me that is over 20 miles, I’ve felt sore in tail bone and taint (sorry ladies) area. I usually have to readjust my position on the seat and it reduces it a bit. I have a few questions for experienced riders. Would getting a split saddle help? Would adjusting the seat forward or back help? I’ve been playing with it a bit and raising my seat post and that has stopped my feet from going numb. But with raising the post the seat needs to go forward some.Any advice anyone has or their experience with the same issue is greatly appreciated. I ride a Giant Defy 2 from 2010. It’s a great bike for me. Thank you. 

Hello. I have a big problem. I can no longer access my old strava account because the email address no longer exists. the account is visible. is there a solution?

everytime I login or out Strava suggests new ‘friends’. These are random people from all over the world - not my firends. How do I stop Strava from suggesting ?

I’ve read many of the posts about this problem and the solutions have been that Strava either refunds you your subscription and changes your country or they just change the country to the correct one and the family member can join. I’ve been dealing with Strava support for with this issue for 7 days and they say there is nothing they can do, due to they can’t refund my subscription as it is past their 14 day refund policy. I’ve explained that my husband’s subscription only expired last week, so I wasn’t aware that there would be a problem having him join my family plan. All 3 responses I’ve got  from Strava support no matter how much information I give them, they keep refusing to deal with it due to the 14 day policy. Does anyone have any contact information for a supervisor or ??? that I could try. ( I did ask to be put to a supervisor but was ignored ) 

For some time now, I don’t see the names of the peaks on the Strava map. Before, there was a small mountain logo with the name and altitude. Do you have the same thing?

So, did a long ride and set a PB for distance (260km). All logged without issue on Strava.The activity appears in my feed, the club feed, the club activities, and every other place bar one. It appears in segment efforts, best, totals etc etc.But it doesnt appear in the Club weekly totals. I am only in one Club and I have been in its for 12+ mnonths and have never lost an activity. I am showing zero km rather than 260km .I have refreshed activity achievements and the activity appears just like all my other activities.Any ideas ?https://www.strava.com/activities/14745385170       

Hi, from the start of this year, my full run stats aren't showing in Profile page , I haven't changed my privacy controls from last year However the stats are feeding  into Challenges/Leaderboards, for example completed 100k Jan run challenge but only showing 66k in Profile  Itsa mix of Run and Virtual run

Why does my apple watch go to home screen while using Strava? Seems to occur while indoors on the treadmill. I start my 5k run then my apple watch returns to home screen and my activity has stopped. I have to open the Strava app again for it to resume. It’s annoying that I’ve lost part of the activity. Auto pause is Off. Can’t rule-out my watch hasn’t glanced the side rails. Any other ideas? Seems to be OK on outdoor runs.Watch is Apple 7.

The issue IS NOT resolved as Strava attempted to claim 1 month ago on another thread, the same problem exists.This is what I’ve found, the heartrate will be maintained on the watch IF you’re on a setting involving distance, for me a bike ride or walk. If I choose Workout, or indoor ride it continually stops recording my heartrate and often just closes the app and sends me back to my home screen (on watch). Sometimes it NEVER regains the heartrate and I need to close the session and reopen another to get it tracking again. Developers, this shouldn’t be difficult. Do your proper testing, ask the right questions of users who are telling you what’s wrong. I’m seeing very little from Strava in response on this!! Not good enough. I’ve been a paid up member for 5yrs now, this problem has been carrying on now for at least 12 months. What am I paying for exactly?Can I get a refund or are you going to start listening and working with your customers?

Sharing my experience with Strava Support… TERRIBLE experience.  I’ve been a user since 2019 and premium since 2020, 5 years of recording thousands of KM in multiple sports. Really enjoyed Strava to see all my data and help me improve - reason why I paid a yearly subscription.  All of a sudden, someone steals my account (no idea how), changed my e-mail and password to his and deletes years of data… I regained access via Facebook but if you want to change the email back to you what happens? You need to provide the hacker’s passowrd - what a surprise!  You would expect, as a PAID user, to have some sort of immediate support, being this urgent and having ALL your personal and payment details in hands of a hacker!  It’s been 5 days, no one replies any ticket. The hacker is sending messages to my friends on Strava threatening to steal their accounts and guess what? Strava doesn’t care.  Now, if I create another ticket for support, it’s immediately flagged as solved… why isn’t my 1st ticket

A good feature to add would be able to select multiple shoes on 1 activity and be able to place a marker on the route of where you changed them as I have my Wu, session and cd on separate activities as I want to track the amount of kms I have done in my shoes. This would allow me to track the kms in multiple of shoes in a session while having 1 single activity. 

TITLE - Should say commute but I can’t now edit it.  All my walks on Strava can only be tagged as a commute. This also happens to my rides, but not every time. It’s the only option I am ever given when I set the activity type from being blank to commute.  it’s not possible to edit this after it’s been saved either. I still only get the check box for commute.  I’ve seen others say this is due to a connected device, or another app, setting it. However, I don’t have another device at all (just the iPhone I run Strava on) and don’t use any app that’s connected either.  Any ideas?

It seems the issue is back that plagued route builder for a while a little while back. You can start building a route but after maybe 10-20 waypoints all other waypoints just trigger error messages. This even happens when you discard the incomplete route and start over. It starts working again after a day or so, but that means you never can complete the planning of any real-world route. There must be some overly restrictive configuration for the number of requests that are let through to the back-end. Please fix asap, this renders the route builder broken for everything other than super short routes.

(Desktop) No matter where on the map I click I can’t even begin building a route from anywhere. Every attempt I make at adding waypoints is met with “Error: Sorry, we couldn’t complete that action. Please try plotting the point again. This can occur when routing across large distances, so try plotting more frequent waypoints that are closer together.”

Since the last update, my heart rate date is not being saved. and used to calculate fitness levels, etc. at the end of my ride. My Polar Sense monitor is synced with Strava and shows while I am riding, but at the end of my ride and saved, it does not show in my recorded activity, along with all other aspects.It has always worked just fine, but the last 2 rides after updating the app, it no longer shows.This is using an iPhone 16 with the Strava app.

I understand activities using Myzone cannot sync to Strava. I understand I can connect a myzone device to an activity by selecting the heart rate icon, search for myzone device and connect. Can I do this on the Strava Apple Watch app ? Basically, when an activity has been started I’m not sure if the heart rate displayed is the rate from the myzone strap or just the Apple Watch ?

I've been using Strava for a few years and entered all of my bikes.  Most of them were prior to using Strava so the mileage log starts from that date.  Is there any way to update that with the total mileage ridden prior to the Strava start date?

Runners, and non-power cyclists, have had the option to set custom HR zones for many years now. There seems to be no similar option for cycling power zones. What am I missing?
