Vorsicht!Die Herausforderung mit dem Zalando-Preisnachlass ist aus meiner Sicht irreführend. Es geht nicht daraus hervor, dass es nur für Teilnehmer (Einwohner) aus Österreich und der Schweiz gilt!!So ist es mir letztes Jahr gegangen, als deutscher Teilnehmer kann man nicht profitieren.Warum beschreibt STRAVA das nicht richtig??Grüße MarioTranslation: “Be careful! On my computer (windows) my Strava page opens & automatically a box showing who gave me kudos pops up but won’t close. It works normally on both my Ipad & apple phone.I’ve signed out & back in, rebooted computer, helpAny suggestions of how to fix this would be appreciated.

I can find it if I perform a search in my activities. Others can see this activity only if I send them the link. How to resolve it ?

I live in Taiwan but I subscribed family plan in Japan this March since my membership was expired during the trip. When I came back to Taiwan, my friends were not able to join my family plan, system showed that we are in different countries (all of our accounts are based in Taiwan).I’ve submitted a ticket but there’s no response for more than 6 weeks. Anyone knows how to resolved this issue? Will VPN work in this case?

I been trying for weeks to connect samsung health to strava , i been watching youtube tutorials even tried with chatgpt , but nothing worked i dont know whats wrong but i did every step on youtube i connected services strava so yea im very lost. 

Hi, I’m trying to activate a monthly subscription, but nothing happens when I hit subscribe. Selecting Annual sends me to confirming subscription just fine, however. Are monthly subscriptions not available? I’m on iOS 18.3.2

Can you please give some guidance for the following details:Is there any maximum capacity for a club? e.g. Can 3000 employees join in our Club and compete with each other?  Can they join with the free membership?  How long will the Club be available with the free membership? After 30 days’ trial period, do they need to pay for the membership or will they remain members of the Club? Hi, I’ve noticed that the club leaderboard is no longer displaying, and I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue. Could you let me know if this is a temporary issue or if there’s a way to resolve it?

Strava is giving me a huge headache right now. I cannot change my email, or password on my strava account which is problematic because the email it is attached to was deleted years ago. Everytime I try and enter the password, I either get a message saying that my account has been temporarily suspended, or the password is wrong. Even though I am entering the same password every time. I am getting really frustrated. So I created a new STRAVA account and tried to transfer my data over, but turns out you have to have access to both emails in order to do that. I tried deleting my account, can’t because I don’t have access to that original email address. I just want to either change the email address on my first account I’ve had since 2020 or transfer all the data to my new account that I set up last week. PLEASE HELP!

I was charged to my surprise for a year’s subscription I do not want. I have canceled a subscription I did not sign up for. How do I get my money back for this. I’ve noticed that this happens often to people. Strava might wanna look into why this is happening. Please provide a refund.  thanks! 

For users who upload ZWIFT data to STRAVA there is an accurate correlation between average heart rate and average power; this existing data within STRAVA could be used to improve the present power calculation that STRAVA uses. STRAVA does not have the ability to compensate for wind velocity , by averaging existing method with STRAVA data the accuracy could be greatly improved without using a power meter.

Other sporters can’t see my total statistics this new year. All the statistics are zero. What is the problem?

Hi, I’ve recently subscribed to strava and after using the flyover video it creates after each of my runs it was great so see, little dot goes along your route you have just ran aswell as a red line following. Now for whatever reason my flyover vids are still working and being created but there is only a little dot following my route and no red line it’s hard to navigate your route. Anybody know why? It was available on previous runs and even if I go back and view them it’s the same now. Just the dot no red line. If I view any of my followers activity and view there flyover they have there’s all fine. 🤷🏻‍♂️ any help please 🙏 

Receiving the following error in the web console when attempting to save a route I just created.  haven’t tried this in chrome yet… Edit: Could only get this to happen once.  Refreshing the page and trying again fixed it. leaving this up in case y’all wanna look into it

Hi everyone.To briefly explain the situation: Chipotle currently have a set of running challenges in various cities around the world on Strava. The person completing the highest number of reps (and sitting as local legend) at the end of this month is set to win a year of free burritos.I love running but I really love Chipotle, so I made it my goal to compete as best as possible in my city. I have been running more weekly miles than ever before, all on a 0.2 mile street downtown, an hour away from my house and with road crossings. I have rearranged the schedule of my life in order to give this a real go and I have gone everyday since I started competing except for 1 day (today). Sadly, however, there is someone that I’m ‘competing’ against that seemingly isn’t playing fair. I have very good reason to believe that this person is cheating. Their profile is private so this is the information I gleaned from the Leaderboards. I’ll outline the reasons below:

I am in Venezuela and want to pay Strava’s annual subscription using Paypal.My Paypal account has a balance > 30$ and is not linked with any credit card. Why does the Paypal interface with Strava is requiring me that data? and how can I workaround that requirement and simply spend my Paypal balance.

Please, PLEASE, can you get rid of the photos on the heat maps!! I’ve suggested this before, but to no avail. I want to see my activity clusters on my heatmap, not random photos. It’s not a travel blog, it’s a running record. The photos just get in the way of the activity clusters and add no value at all. On the contrary, they are annoying.

Today, by showing percentages instead, this interaction feels less precise, and the true meaning of Kudos becomes diluted. It seems there is performance issue by opening „Notifications“ page. It takes way too long even when a few new notifications available only.ps. hint for developers (could be the index related issue) 

We need to have a max capacity on events!! I’m trying to keep my run club capacity low and it’s hard to do that when I can’t put a cap on how many people can join

Hi Team,Me and My friend completed walk together at same route and location but major difference recorded for both, 1.45Km difference recorded and strava itself showing we both competed walk together.We both using Android phone and it is happening for us all the time, we can understand 200 to 300 meters due to GPS/Operator or Phone make company.Can any one please check both activity, snaps given below for reference ?   

Actually Me and My friend completed walk at same location and route but there are 1.45Km difference recorded, we can understand for 200 to 300meters but 1.45Km it is huge difference and this is not 1st time it is happening all the time, Can any one check and verify why it is happening and what was the issue ?We both are using Android Phone, and strava itself showing we both have completed our walk with each other, snaps given below for reference.
