I received an email on 30 April saying I had won a prize in the Samsung Challenge however have heard nothing since. How long should I wait for follow up?

Hello fellow female runners!I had hormonal coil installed about 6 weeks ago and since then Im dragging me feet and my training effect is out of the window. Did extremely poorly on my half marathon race this weekend. I have started to wonder whether the coil might be impacting my performance. Does anyone have any experience of anything similar?  Or anyone aware of research done on the topic?thank you! 

Why does Strava now put email or send login to phone as first option? We have a password already why is that the second option? Silly & a waste of time please return to allowing password as first option...Why do I need a email or text from you to login. Has been a simple task forever why change to this as the first option?

I tried a payment method for a year subscription. It looked like the payment didnt go through, as I the subscription features stayed locked on my app. After successfully paying with a different method and gaining access to the subscription features, I’ve noticed the payment using the first option DID go through. I’ve been charged twice for a yearly subscription now. How can I get reimbursed?

One of my workouts didn’t transfer from my apple watch, how do i access to where i transfer it. Sometimes when this happens it a little page pops up but it hasn’t.

The idea came when thinking about where I’ve recorded Strava runs and wanting to see that on a map just like you can use stats and hearts on google maps to tag places you’ve been and zoom out on the map and see all the places. this would be a super cool feature to have for our activities/runs where you can have a map as a base layer and then in the activities layer you can checkbox “all activities” or specific like run/swim and this would populate the map with our gps route. This can have also like a heat map sort of aspect to it to show with color the most common places you have activities recorded. 1-2 years of Strava premium for this awesome unique idea would be appreciated (: 

seriously? i cant get into contact with strava, I dont want those stupid replies, I want a refund, the email sucks ass and I wont use this platform anymore, this app sucks and customer service sucks, dont btother replying id you dont have anything useful to say

Love the ease of use of creating routes in Strava vs Gaia. According to GPX specs, routes are plans and tracks are actuals. For whatever reason, Strava’s GPX files are using the <trkpt> instead of <rtept> tags.  Is there a reason that when you create a Route in Strava it exports them as a Track in the GPX file?  Thank you!

Does anyone know why my pace is so different to my friends I run with? We run together or often I'm further ahead yet her pace&time is always much faster than mine. We've both updated phones & apps. I ran with another friend today and mine was slower again!

Hi, I’m using Amazfit Active Edge for recording my workout activity and sync it via Zepp to Strava. The problem is that by each time of sync, the step count data is not being synced. Currently I solved it by uploading the exported data from Zepp, but is there something I can do, for it to be able to be synced on the go along with another statistics?

I submitted a request to download my data more than 48 hours ago, and I haven't received any email form Strava since (I’ve checked the spam folder as well). Is there any way to verify the status of my request?

The new update messes up the personal heatmap in a few ways: 1) All of the color options are now much lower contrast than before, making it harder to see the cumulative and specific activities.  2) The color intensity calculation is wacky. Routes that have only been run once will vary in color intensity, even within a single block.  3) The map really lags in updating now. For instance I uploaded an activity more than 8 hours ago, which shows in the feed, but still doesn't in my heatmap. Before this update, it would show up within 5 minutes or so at all scales. I'm worried it will start dropping activities entirely.  All of these create clear degradation on the #1 feature I subscribe for. Please fix.  These issues show up on the Android app & web browser (Chrome).

Hey how can I do a more in depth report on someone? The account Jeff Stinson has been commenting on a lot of girls posts being weird and also commented on my girlfriends post and people have come to me saying they feel uncomftorable about the account. I would like to do an in depth report and would like to spread awareness about the user but i do not know how to report.

there's a glitch where strava is showing 19,431.95 mi on my 7.35 mile run on samsung health usung glalaxy watch 7. I can't even delete the run on strava since it doesn't load when I click on the activity. Every other run sync with no problem.  Thanks for your help 

Wasn’t sure where to ask this, so forgive me if it’s not the right place. I occasionally like to use the share to facebook feature for a ride, and in the past it would post showing a small map of the ride as well as some data (miles, speed, accomplishments). Lately though, it only displays a link, with no info. I’m not sure why, as I hadn’t changed anything. I see my friends shared rides still appearing the same, so I’m not sure why mine are different. 

Aujourd'hui, je ne peux pas télécharger de photo sur un trajet.Je peux choisir une photo, je choisis Enregistrer l'activité, il y a une progression indiquant que l'activité est enregistrée, mais la photo n'est pas téléchargée sur le trajet. C'est bizarre 🤷Quelqu'un aurait-il le même souci ?Merci !

I tried all the troubleshooting procedure and i it still it stuck on processing activity. I also cant navigate to unsync activity.

I've tried every trick that they say to do in this case online but nothing works and my 8,8km run is stuck in "processing activity" and I can't even see it on my feed. Is there any special way to fix this? Its really annoying and I don't want it to happen again and hopefully not have lost my run from today

I put the wrong date in as my date of birth and it won't let me correct it. Has anyone else had this problem?
