Hello!I'm sure many people who do different sports - other than those under biking and running umbrella - would love to be able to join more challenges and earn more trophies (aside “moving time” or “ten days active” trophy). That's why i propose the option to join riding challenges with different vehicle type that you take rides on OR add challenges for different types of sports such as inline skating, skating, longboarding, etc. 

I have asked here regarding on when I would get a refund on my premium subscription and the person that replied said that Strava is experiencing extreme backlog regarding tickets and I definitely understand that. However this raises a question from me. Would Strava still refund me even after the 14 day "grace period" if it was Strava's fault for not replying? If a Strava support member is seeing this, please answer..

How can I determine my V02 Max?I thought it was on Strava somewhere but I can’t find it. 

Hi,I plan to embark on a multi-day mountain bike ride, spanning over 10-days and 1,000+km. I would like to log it on Strava, obviously.I use a Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 (and also have a Galaxy A55).Assuming I keep the battery charged, and the watch does not switch off. How long can the ride be, before I must end the activity, or before it auto-ends (if at all)? I have 5GB free on the watch.I am worried if the Watch app cannot record such a long ride, and if it will crash, causing me to lose all the data?Any insight would be very much appreciated. Thanks,Rehman

I competed in a 20 km running event/race in my city (Brussels) on the 25th of May for the 1st time. Everything seemed normal and I got my stats. However, a couple days later (today), I was just scrolling through my profile and realized my stats and pb´s have all changed.Apparently, now my 400 m PB is 1 sec, my ½ mile is 4 sec and my 1 km is 33 sec and the list goes on.It says all those records were achieved on the same day: the 20 km run. I’m wondering if there’s a way to reset the times, without having to delete the account because I’ve used the app quite long and wouldn’t want to loose any other progress/activities/pics etc. Editing would also be an option but I don’t remember what times I had before.

Why are strava still blocking links and URL’s. this is what grows our cycling club, around routes and meet ups. Drive me absolutely insane

È una differenziazione che può creare divisioni visive, e quindi creare anche una community ma meno community ... A me non piace.

As a multisport athlete training for triathlons, I often perform structured back-to-back training sessions—e.g., a hard bike ride immediately followed by a run (BRIC workout). Currently, these are treated as two separate events in Strava, which underestimates the total load and recovery impact.I'd love to see an option to combine workouts or flag them as linked sessions so that the Fitness/Fatigue/Form metrics reflect the true physiological stress of a combined effort.Thanks for considering a feature that would significantly improve training analytics for everyone, especially triathletes and duathletes.

There is a problem again today with posting on the feed again. My today's running workout posted at 1 pm has been waiting for two hours by not on the feed. Please do something about it, such situations have been going on for a month or more. Thank you very much for your concern. 

why after i have running, my feed didnt show up my watch under my shoes gear ? please check my attchedThankyou

When looking at and creating routes, my strava maps show elevation in meters. How do I change this to feet? The only options I see under “Units of Measurment” are for distance and weight, not elevation.

I cannot see any suggested routes for any selected activity when using the Strava website. The Mobile app is working and i can select “Map Only” or “routes” but nothing on the maps via the webstie.

I used to share my activity by downloading the transparant data that display distance, pace, and moving time. But lately, i found that every time i wanna do the same, data that displayed are distance, elev gain, and moving time. Im trying to fix it through setting or edit activity and else but couldn't find anything. So, How to replace that elev gain data by pace as before?To add some contex, this have been happen since i run above 5k in more varied track.Thanks

Hi I need help. Has anyone had this issue and has fixed it?? I did a long run this morning and it imported from my Apple Watch like usual but it’s not showing up. It’s check marked as imported but does not show up in feed or adds to my distance etc.. I don’t know what else to do I feel like I’ve tried everything. Restarting my phone, deleting the app and re installing multiple times, deleting it from my watch and reinstalling, I even tried exporting the file from my Health app to my iCloud and then to Strava website and that didn’t work either. 

I delted a race route from my acount now the community can now no longer follow the route. How can I restore the route?

The help page notes:> Can I turn off notifications for an activity discussion I participated in?> Please note that if you comment on or give kudos to an activity, you have effectively 'subscribed' to that activity's conversation, and if> your settings allow it you will receive a notification of every subsequent comment. At this time, the only way to 'unsubscribe' yourself> from that conversation is to delete your comment, as shown above.This results in me receiving many unwanted emails. Typically a comment will say "Well done on your race", other peoples comments are directed towards the original athlete, and not a "conversation". If a popular athlete has had a good race, and I write "well done" I get many unwanted emails notifying me that others have also commented.I should only be notified about replies to my comment, or for comments that mention me. You should not notify me of comments on other athletes'

I reported my subscription to be refunded to Apple and received a feedback from them that it is already refunded.Where will my money be reflected?

Hi i would like to followup my ticket of getting a refund it automatically deducted from my e-wallet and im saving that money for my school trip this june 

I tried installing/uninstalling the app multiple times, logging out and in but the run doesn’t show up on the app. It shows imported from the Health app but somehow doesn’t appear on the Activities page. Please help. 

Hi,Let's face the facts: I am getting older. This year has been a very tough year seeing me going thru a rough patch. So bad I had to hang up my bike for months not knowing when I'll be back on wheels, and even if I'd be able to do so. Anyways now I am back but when I am seeing my PRs, I know for a fact I will never be able to better them. Is there a way to reset all my PRs on all segments? Ideally choosing a date, say "forget all PRs set before December 1st, 2022". I read people saying to just create a new account, well it is a bit extreme because I still want to keep the statistics for distances I rode. 

Why is Strava advertising Runna? I understand they’re acquiring it, but when I downloaded it, it still asks me to pay. $120/year for Runna, and $80something/year for Strava? Is there going to be any kind of deal between platforms so I don’t have to pay both subscriptions? Just like how my Strava subscription gives me access to the Recovery app? I am not really interested in advertising of different apps with subscriptions within Strava.

I have used Strava for a bunch of years and am no longer able to do the speeds I could do when I was younger.  I can see how to eliminate activities individually.   How do I eliminate or not count old records, by a time period or year, 

Ça maintenant plus que un mois Strava me fait sortir des données erronées je ne sais pas pourquoi quand je fais par exemple une sortie de 3km en VTT l application m affiche que j ai fait 5km et avec des vitesses max impossibles d'atteindre des fois 180 km/h !!! 

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart because I accidentally purchased a one-year Strava subscription today, and I simply can’t afford it. I’m just a student, and every penny counts for my daily needs. This charge was a mistake, and I truly didn’t mean for it to go through.   Right now, I am struggling financially, and this unexpected expense has put me in a tough spot. I love Strava, but I honestly don’t have the means to keep this subscription. I would be beyond grateful if you could help me by issuing a refund.  

Hello!I saw on your Instagram Strava were giving 50 mothers 2000 dollars to support the costs associated with childcare for races. Sadly this is just on America! Is there any chance Strava will do something for Uk mums! Single mum of 2 small children who would love to do a half iron man!
