A while ago they changed the nordic skiing icon from the crossed skis (currently used for alpine skiing) to a set of side by side skis. I am proposing to swap the alpine and the nordic skiing activity icons. Nordic skiing is also known as cross country skiing, making the crossed ski a better suited icon. (I also thing the current nordic icon is ugly). Cheers!

I manage a Strava club that was verified a few years ago. I am currently planning to update both the name of the club and location of the club.Before proceeding, I would like to confirm:If I change the club name and location, will the club retain its verified status, or will it require re-evaluation for verification?

Recently since the Strava app update around 6/8/2025, whenever I save a ride, my default bicycle is not being used even though when I check my gear it’s set to default bicycle. When I save my ride now it only gives me the option to select a new gear and doesn’t show my default bike and give me the option to select a different saved bike like it did in the past. Anybody know of a fix for this?  Everytime I save a ride now I have to go back in and edit my ride to select my bike. This is very annoying. 

Hi - Starting recently (last two weeks?) the bar chart on the left side of my dashboard page has started only showing bars for road runs, and not showing bars for trail runs. This despite the fact that the calculation of total running mileage above the chart is accurate, i.e. includes both. So e.g., my weekly goal is 19 miles, and I’ve done two runs so far totaling ~9 miles, so it says I’ve done 9 of 19 but only shows a bar for the 5 miles that were done as a road run, and doesn’t show a bar for the 4 miles trail run.Is this a bug, or is there some new control toggle somewhere that I haven’t discovered?-p

i created strava segment and after editing it leaderboard disappeared even though i didnt changed anything while editing

Hi Can someone help me. I recently completed a challenge and got an email to say that the Summer Lead Out Fizik had been completed . And then a button to Redeem Reward. Upon clicking this I then get a message on the Fizik website: . Sorry We're out for a ride. I contacted Fizik suypport and asked, What does that mean and what reward should I get?To which they haver replied they know nothing of it and to contact Strava. Does anyone on here know anything about this or know how and the best way to contact Strava support?tks 

run tracked on Apple Watch - went to upload page and pressed ‘import’ - there is now a tick by the run however there is nothing on my page. I have deleted the app / turned phone off and on again but still not working. 

I was going through deleting some local rides i did testing out my new Insta360 camera. I had 10 or so to delete. I got sick of the popup asking me to delete every time and I was offered the ability not to warn me anymore, I said yes to this…..now I can’t delete any files at all. Can you fix it so the popup appears again thanks. g

When I scroll to zoom out the map, it becomes blurry — only the zoomed-in view looks good.Anyone have an idea? Strava has all permissions granted on the phone.

On my android app, the personal heatmap includes all rides, public, follower and private. On the web, only public rides are included in the heatrmap. Since the behavior is different between the two, I assume this is a bug and not a setting. This used to work fine on web as well, but unsure when it stopped working. Anyone else see the same? 

 Wow….how did it get that 155m ?? last 2-3 months I went to my office on a bike only once ! (flat ride). most of my rides have 500-3000m elev …. another useless gimmick, but I guess everyone knows that ….

I have just noticed athlete intelligence has appeared on my mobile phone, from some sort of trial. I looked on the desktop version but the athlete intelligence isn’t there. Is this normal? Is there any way to look at it on the desktop? And what about being able to put that in the ‘comments’ section of the activity? It sort of summarises the run without you having to type in how it went… (and if it was a rubbish run it finds something nice to say, like ‘terrific run in chilly, windy conditions’ so I don’t have to struggle to find the words)

Please help me refund, i was billled for an annual subscription after my free trial ended, please help

I’m quite an experienced Strava user, having been a subscriber for several years.  I have completed about 1,500 bike rides and attempted about 10,000 Segments.  Today I got a message saying that a ride from a few days ago has been flagged because it is apparently the wrong activity type.  There was also a message that I won’t be able to see Segment leaderboards until the issue is resolved.  There was nothing unusual about the bike ride - about 20 miles, at an average of 13 mph with a max of 27 mph (gentle stuff !).  I therefore clicked the option for “trust me it’s fine” and got a message saying the issue has been resolved.  However, I still can’t see any information about attempted Segments on this, or any other, Activity.  Has anyone else had a similar problem ?  What did I do wrong ?  Was the Activity manually flagged maliciously or has the Strava AI had a meltdown ?

Good day, I have a concern about accidentally subscription on strava app, because when i download it i click the free trial because i want to use and know the features of your app, so i click the free trial. But then, today (June 24, 2025) I got a text message about my e-wallet (Gcash) that says i made a transaction but I really didn't, so I search about my problem and I'm not the only one who experienced it. Today, I cancelled the subscription and I tried to submit a ticket for a refund request. I searched online about the procedure and search in social medias about it. So now I decided to reach out to you to try considering my refund request because that money is my allowance for a whole month needed for school works and projects and I really need it back. I hope you grant this request of mine and thank you.

The mileage from my Garmin is longer than what Strava shows when the activity is transferred, 8.33 miles vs 7.65 miles.  Because of this the average pace in Strava is slower than the pace for every mile that Strava shows.  How do I fix this error?  I hit the refresh button but nothing changed.  Thanks

Last month I bought a Garmin Edge 520, second hand from a guy in Italy, and now I see all his activities appearing in my account under my name! All his rides are registered under my name in my account. Help!

Bonjour, Depuis bientôt 2 mois, quand j'enregistre une activité (randonnée) les tracés font souvent des lignes droites (donc rien de précis du tout..) et la vitesse est n'importe quoi ! J'ai eu une vitesse max à 66km/h 😂Quand au distance parcourus c'est pas mieux... Sur une petite rando de casi 10kms l'appli m'en a compter 16!!Comment résoudre ces problèmes ?(j'ai l'abonnement Strava..) 

At Strava - please leave me alone. Stop changing my account to subscription preview and stop pushing your BS on my account.  ps your AI support is god awful.
