Can someone please advise.My calories are no longer being displayed on my runs and cycle rides despite my weight being imputed and saved.I use a Garmin Forerunner 455s so it's saved on my Garmin Connect but nothing on Strava. The AVG Gap is displayed instead and I've not pressed anything. Help! 

A few days ago, I purchased a one-year subscription using Apple Pay, but it’s still not active on my account. I contacted Strava support, but there has been no response or action so far. My Apple Pay is linked to a different email account than the one I use for Strava. What should I do?

Getting very frustrated. Having (still) trouble with my flyover sharing. Only 2 Photos show up when I try. Send them , Now they want a screen recording, which I cant email since it is to large. Tried the chat bot to hopefully get a person, but only get the virtual agent.Any ideas ? Is going on for a while now

When going to another athletes profile to retired shoes, if you then try to press one of those it gives an error notification for no reason. Shouldn’t it just do nothing?

Recently strava started sending me push notifications about my activities such as “You stayed in your suggested range <emoji>”I have almost all notifications disabled except if people mention me.Does anyone else have a solution? otherwise, i’ll just disable all notifications from strava.I consider this broken behavior as it is sending me essentially marketing notifications even though i have those disabled.

Hello. I did a run without my heart rate monitor. This means that my fitness score is not updated for that run. How do I fix that?

This has been happening for weeks, I set off doing a workout at the gym, 20 / 30 mins in it reverts back to apple watch home screen and when i click on strava its reset the workout This is not ok and seems to have been an issue for months and not resolved Anyone got any tips ?? 

We run a running club in Bhutan and run a competition every month We are having several issues and hope this can be resolved1) We get the error “Sorry, this one stays red.” and the page crashes. This has happened on multiple occasions which is very annoying after having written a long post and lost everything. 2) Some of our members activities are not shlowing on the club page despite changing all their visibilities. We have some members with exactly the same privacy settings, yet some of them do not appear on the leaderboard Any help would be much appreciated 

In the mobile app, summits and Points of Interest (POIs) from OpenStreetMap (OSM) can be made visible, but this feature is missing in the web desktop version. The absence of landmarks leaves users without clear reference points when reviewing their recorded activity, making it harder to analyze their tracks. Enabling POIs by default on both platforms would significantly improve usability by providing access to helpful landmarks like summits, mountain huts, caves, waterfalls, bridges, fences, etc., which would greatly benefit the community.In addition, I would like to reference a related question I posted earlier on the topic: 

Create a feature that allows you to download an image of the strava map with your personal heatmap. Ideally you could select a region, country or city and the map would only show this area and not bordering areas (see screenshot below). Your personal heatmap would show your coverage of the area and could make for some amazing personal art that users could download and print. Adding a title overlay would be the cherry on-top like the New York poster below. 

Hey, I have an issue that started after the 26th April.. I did a zwift ride on Monday 28th, a workout today 29th, and none are loading into Strava. I use a Tracx smart trainer and Zwift on my Windows laptop.Last recorded activity that uploaded successfully was my Saturday 26th ride from my Garmin watch, and it synced to Strava. My Zwift ride is in Zwift and in my Garmin Connect app as an activity. My workout today was recorded on my Garmin watch and is in the Garmin Connect app as an activity. Both devices are synced and added to my Strava app. I did the steps to disconnect and reconnect all devices and they show as ‘Connected Apps’. In my Strava account, the Partner Integrations shows Zwift is enabled. Under Social Connections, it shows that Garmin Connect is connected. In Zwift the Strava and Garmin apps are ‘paired’  I use Android and Windows devices, not Apple. As a side note, my SRAM AXS app also reports these activities.Any assistance would be greatly welcomed.

I am reaching out to seek clarification regarding the best format for uploading activities to Strava with comprehensive data.Currently, we are evaluating the following options: GPX: This format lacks lap data  TCX: Supports lap data but does not include temperature information. FIT: Seems to be the only format that includes both lap data and temperature, but we understand FIT certification has been discontinued. Could you kindly advise: Is there an alternative format that supports both lap data and temperature? If FIT is still acceptable for uploads despite the certification discontinuation, are there any limitations we should be aware of? Are there plans to extend TCX or GPX formats to include missing fields (e.g., temperature in TCX)? We appreciate your guidance to ensure our users receive the best experience with complete activity data

Please make it possible in the future to hide the details about your gear when you register a workout. I love the future to keep track of my shoes, but i wish i could keep the information private, like other existing options.

Hello all. Just wondering if anyone has had any luck in getting hold of Strava support before? I've been trying for sometime on and off to speak to someone other than the virtual assistant which has been no help at all. I closed an old email account which is linked to my Strava. I've asked Strava to update my new email but it never happens or they said they sent an email to my closed email to change it ! All I want is my Strava to be updated with my new email. If I create a new account I'll loose all my data. Bit technical but if anyone has any ideas DM me ! I can't remember my password which also doesn't help. Feel so frustrated 

My figures are not appearing on my Club leaderboards any more.

Whenever I choose a Strava activity on my pixel watch 3, they all show the same screen, no other data, see attached. Strava Version1.45.5 (78702) Updated on Sept 16, 2024

As a Strava User,I would like to hide my name and just update my display name to my Instagram/Strava Handleso that I can control my privacy.

Been charged for a subscription of 54.99 that I never agreed to nor confirmed to, I never got a notification that this was happening ither. I want a immediate refund 

I noticed in version 408.0.0 that I’m unable to view who gave me kudos by clicking on the text “x gave kudos”. When I click it it just opens the activity.I tried viewing for others activity’s kudos and the same problem. I then gave someone kudos, and once I had done that I can then view who gave them kudos by clicking the thumbs up icon, which means there is no way to remove the kudos once you’ve given it.seems like a bug? Or expected behaviour?

My activity has posted on my Strava from garmin but no one can see it on there newsfeeds only if they click on my page can anyone help please 

My subscription to Strava shows as cancelled on Google Pay. Apparently, I cancelled my Google Payment Profile Account back in October 2024. I have spoken to Google and they tell me that I need to contact Strava to resolve this, as it is not a Google product I have purchased. I have tried restoring the payment in Strava but it will not allow me to do this. I am going round in circles. See attached. Any ideas please?
