It's been a problem for over a month now off and on. Android phone recordings just don't save properly. This is basic and not something that should be happening for more than a few hours without an update fix. Sort it!

I repeatedly had to notice highly ranked individuals in the monthly elevation challenges that had made use of mechanic aid (funicular especially).In my opinion, that makes no sense whatsoever and does not live up to motivate any real athlete.STRAVA should do something about that annoyance.

Hey Community,I want to change my E-Mail address. Back then i clicked on login with google and now there is an error occuring every time i try to change my mail address. I already disconnected my google account from strava but i can still only login with One Time Codes. Can you help me fix this issue? Best,Moritz

How much Time Strava does respond to a subscription refund because I've sent you a refund request email with the terms explained by old support. how long to take the reply, because I was surprised there was no notification and immediately subscribed for a year. too much money was cut from my e-wallet, please help team strava thats money for my school

Hey guys!! It's been 5 days already and they didn't even respond to any of my ticket submitted. Can you help me guys in this problem? They didn't  give any confirmation or notice on deducting that money through my E-billing App. Badly needed that money. Hope it will get refunded. ​@StravaSupport 

It's been a week since I've opened up my original ticket and I've yet to see any reply. I have opened up a new ticket but there still isn't any reply. I have been getting really worried since I need the money back for my tuition. Has anyone been in a situation like this with Strava's support team? I'm getting really worried and panicked now..

How long does you need to process my refund subscription request?

Hi I'm waiting for the update for the refund I requested last May 31, 2025 according to your policy that I can get refund if I cancel within 14 days after the purchase and it was an accidental purchase I've sent multiple tickets but no response at all as one of your admin said it's a lot on que how long does it will be resolved next week next month or next week your support is so bad can't handle the complain of the customer refund my money it's been so long 

Anyone already refunded after 14 days? I accidentally subscribe for the annual subscription. But I don't want to subscribe any of it. It deduct my e wallet money. Please help if anyone already refunded. ?

Hi everyone! I just wanted to kindly ask if anyone has experienced this before. A few days ago, I submitted a refund request to Strava Support for a subscription renewal that I wasn't expecting. I’ve already canceled the subscription and sent all the necessary details, including my GPA ID and screenshots. It’s been about 3 days without a reply, so I gently followed up. After that, I noticed that the priority of my request changed from “Normal” to “High.” I was just wondering — has this happened to anyone before?🌱 Does the priority change usually mean they’ve started reviewing it?🌱 How long did it take for you to get a response or result? I truly appreciate any kind of feedback or shared experiences. I sent in a ticket, per the directions in the support center for help with my subscription almost two weeks ago. I keep getting emails saying sorry for the delay here's some articles that might help which of course don't and again still no action on my request.  Clearly strava doesn't care about good customer service.

Hello,my friend offered me to join his family strava plan. Unfortunately strava tells me, that I have to live in the same country to join him. In fact we live in the same country, so what can I do to be able to enter the plan? Every time I try to open a route, either my own or another, I get a “sorry, this one stays red” error message

Hi Team,I have been using Strava mobile app for many years and really like the app. I have one feedback, as of now the segments can be defined for each sport type (Run, Walk, Hike and etc...). But it will be easy and more convenient if there is an option to include more than one type of sport under the same segment. With such option, users need not define multiple segments on the same route/path. Hello! My Garmin watch has bugged and has analyzed a heart rate well above my actual heart rate. This is messing up all of Strava's calculations. How do I change my average heart rate on a Strava activity?

I'd really like an option to “keep north up” while looking at maps, but not navigating. While checking out routes/segments/ friends activities, I'll often accidentally rotate the map, and not be able to re-orient north up. I'd like a button (like Google maps has) to re-orient north up when that happens,Thx.
