Can anyone explain to me why it says 5000 meter 22:08.Makes absolutely no sense to me. Splits as listed in the picture.I ran 19:30. in Garmin everything is correct. 

Salve. Durante un attività.  Sicuramente non prendeva bene il gps. Segnando oltre alla velocità sbagliata degli sbagli sulla mappa. In un determinato segmento che mi interessava vedere la traccia e tutta sbagliata  non segnando neanche il tempo. Si può modificare la parte sbagliata dal gps? E recuperare il tempo fatto su quel segmento prendendo il pezzo sbagliato?

I use workoutdoors app on Apple Watch.  Recorded Parkrun time and Parkrun result match perfectly.  Yet when i upload to strava it changes the splits and Finnish time ? Every run ! Why ? It’s definitely incorrect….

I am planning a challenge at my outdoor business (ski resort) and was hoping to set it up so that you could ONLY see activities at the specific business location (i.e. hikes done at the resort are only tallied for total distance hiked). The goal is to have the challenges be “Most Days Hiked at the Resort” and “Most Elevation Gained” but how can I create it so that only activities done at the resort count toward the challenge? Would creating segments for all of the trails really be the best way to go about this? Any and all tips would be very helpful. Thanks!

For about a week now, I am getting relative effort’s roughly 3 times higher than previously on the same runs - this is for relatively the same pace, heart rate, etc. Any one else experiencing this?  Using an Apple Watch Ultra 2

Hello.There is an issue with number of activities. Amount is different on the main page and in my profile After some time (2-3) number on the main page increasing, but it still different as in profile.

Within the Strava “My Apps” section I have a rogue API that keeps appearing. This website seems to link to LLM/AI ChatGPT programmers. I keep revoking access and within 1 hour it reappears. They can’t have my new password. For what it’s worth, I’m using a hardened corporate laptop which is definitely not infiltrated on hacked in any way. Is Strava liaising with these people? They do not look legit, sorry. Hi, I made a support ticket for a refund ricket number #3359300, 8 days ago and nobody has responded. Please let me know when you can get back to me. I would like this resolved before 14 days has passed so I can action a refund. I normally wouldn't use the community board but it has been a while. Looking forward to yiur response.Thank you.

I have asked here regarding on when I would get a refund on my premium subscription and the person that replied said that Strava is experiencing extreme backlog regarding tickets and I definitely understand that. However this raises a question from me. Would Strava still refund me even after the 14 day "grace period" if it was Strava's fault for not replying?

Hi Strava Community, I’d like to share my experience and also ask for your help. On June 15, 2025, I was automatically charged ₱1,500 for a Strava 1-Year Subscription through Google Play, even though I didn’t approve it and haven’t used the app for a while. I had biometric verification (fingerprint) enabled for all purchases, but the payment went through without asking for it. I already emailed Strava Support with the complete details and all required documents. It’s been a while and I haven’t received any response yet. May I ask:How long does it usually take for Strava Support to respond to refund requests? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help or share similar experiences. I’m hoping to get a reply soon.

My max heart rate changed in strava automatically and retroactively to an incorrect value.  Shouod be 190, but suddenly one day all my activities going back years show zones based on a max heart rate of 173.i have changed it back to 190, but all my old activities still show zones based on the incorrect value of 173.

How can I change instead seeing average cadence I want to see average power? This just changed 2 days ago

Average power has been replaced with average bpm on cycling activities summaries. The former is more useful. Please could this change be reversed,  thanks. 

I am viewing Strava on a tablet with a large resolution screen. One of the people I am following has posted a race. You'd think that for a race, seeing the finish time is probably the most important piece of information. And yet, Strava insists on showings only two activity metrics even though this post takes nearly entire screen of my tablet. When I discussed this topic before, the answer was that the isn't enough space on the screen for more than 2 or 3 metrics, but as you can see that is clearly not true. Can someone from Strava explain why activity metrics are the lowest in priority when it comes to the feed? Below the map, a huge part of the screen is dedicated just to showing the 3 icons - to thumb up, comment, and share. Personally, I don't think I've ever shared someone's activity, and to comment I always open activity details

So I have the factory saddle that came on my bike when i bought it. It’s getting old, as am I. Lately on long rides, for me that is over 20 miles, I’ve felt sore in tail bone and taint (sorry ladies) area. I usually have to readjust my position on the seat and it reduces it a bit. I have a few questions for experienced riders. Would getting a split saddle help? Would adjusting the seat forward or back help? I’ve been playing with it a bit and raising my seat post and that has stopped my feet from going numb. But with raising the post the seat needs to go forward some.Any advice anyone has or their experience with the same issue is greatly appreciated. I ride a Giant Defy 2 from 2010. It’s a great bike for me. Thank you. 

Hello. I have a big problem. I can no longer access my old strava account because the email address no longer exists. the account is visible. is there a solution?

everytime I login or out Strava suggests new ‘friends’. These are random people from all over the world - not my firends. How do I stop Strava from suggesting ?

I’ve read many of the posts about this problem and the solutions have been that Strava either refunds you your subscription and changes your country or they just change the country to the correct one and the family member can join. I’ve been dealing with Strava support for with this issue for 7 days and they say there is nothing they can do, due to they can’t refund my subscription as it is past their 14 day refund policy. I’ve explained that my husband’s subscription only expired last week, so I wasn’t aware that there would be a problem having him join my family plan. All 3 responses I’ve got  from Strava support no matter how much information I give them, they keep refusing to deal with it due to the 14 day policy. Does anyone have any contact information for a supervisor or ??? that I could try. ( I did ask to be put to a supervisor but was ignored ) 

For some time now, I don’t see the names of the peaks on the Strava map. Before, there was a small mountain logo with the name and altitude. Do you have the same thing?

So, did a long ride and set a PB for distance (260km). All logged without issue on Strava.The activity appears in my feed, the club feed, the club activities, and every other place bar one. It appears in segment efforts, best, totals etc etc.But it doesnt appear in the Club weekly totals. I am only in one Club and I have been in its for 12+ mnonths and have never lost an activity. I am showing zero km rather than 260km .I have refreshed activity achievements and the activity appears just like all my other activities.Any ideas ?https://www.strava.com/activities/14745385170       

Hi, from the start of this year, my full run stats aren't showing in Profile page , I haven't changed my privacy controls from last year However the stats are feeding  into Challenges/Leaderboards, for example completed 100k Jan run challenge but only showing 66k in Profile  Itsa mix of Run and Virtual run
