I don’t need this information.  I don’t want this information.  Please give me a way to stop the notifications about event insights after my club events.   You should always provide a way to disable a specific notification before you start pushing that type of notification.

Probably been brought up before but i'd like to hide individual activities from a single follower.  Right now the options are "everyone, followers, no one".For example if someone's boss follows them and they are spending the winter in Spain rather than home in the UK 😉 😉 

On a new beta update today selecting maps causes the app to crash. Tried the usual actions such as force close, clear cache etc but it nothing works. Version 425.6

It would be super useful if Strava could introduce a feature where it is possible to search your saved routes by distance to a location - e.g. a slide bar and search bar for location to search within 10 km of a postcode or pin on the map. This would also be useful to do for activities in the search past activities. I’ve made a lot of routes and have to remember what each is called and where it is, which I can’t always do so being able to filter by location would be amazing. Or even as previous topics have suggested to have your routes put onto a map overlapping for visualisation would help too.It would also be useful if this feature took into account the whole route, so if any of the route passes within a 20 km circle from the location specified

Previously, after new segment was created it’s stats was updated within few hours with previous attempts of other athletes. Now I can see only one my attempt from the activity from which the segment was created. Other athletes attempts are added only if they run the segment after creation. Is it a new feature? How can I re-calculate historic data for the segment?

I’ve just downloaded the RunStory app, but it’s not syncing my runs? It’s connected to Strava. My Wattbike ride that didn’t sync to Strava, synced to the RunStory app though. Appreciate any help or advice. Thanks.

Hello, Recently I was cleaning my notification feed but at the same time I was prompted to eventually modify my activity. I clicked on finish and it crashed the app, merging the home and Notification Center. 

I have two starred segments under My Segments, one of which is clearly not one I starred. I tap the orange star but it stays orange and never gets removed. 

Hi! I’m on my phone and I can only see about 200 of the 330 people I follow. Recently 3 people unfollowed me, and I’d like to unfollow them back, but they’re in the group that I can’t see. I usually do follow-for-follow, so I want to keep it balanced. Does Strava show all followers and following if I log in on a laptop or computer? I’m not sure how to fix this and it’s a bit confusing lol

i ran in a official half marathon race today 13.1 miles 2.05.15 strava has logged run at 12.70 miles how can i fix this 

I found the post below from a couple of years ago and see that it was resolved. This is what my app is currently doing, this is very frustrating as I am currently training for a half marathon and would love to be able to see how I am doing throughout the run, but since my pace and avg pace times are based off of incorrect moving time that isn't possible.  I have updated and also deleted and redownloaded the app.  Is there something that I need to do in the app or a fix that is coming with a new update??.......SolvedMoving time and elapsed time not correct 2 years ago 18 replies  C

In the past few weeks, route builder has started building routes that do not follow filters and are also very disjointed. -Using dirt roads when I select paved-Making random dead-end out-and-backs (much more than just a single climb, for example)-Routing through forest paths when I select road-etc The routes being generated look like a mess and would be a terrible riding experience. I’m stuck! I have attach a screenshot of an example. Instead of just a ‘typical’ route I’m getting all of these little one-way sections. Sometimes much worse than this. The other day I was in the woods on rocky trails!

When creating a route, the route builder will not allow me to follow certain roads, even though I have ridden them many times. It will not even allow me to put waypoints on those ridden roads to direct the route there. Using the 'most direct' setting does not help. If I have ridden it, I should be allowed to make a route including it - the most direct route even includes public segments that others have ridden, all on asphalt, unlike the route it gives me, where km 4 is on a 'dirt' road with round stones that is dangerous to ride.

Please bring back the “Virtual Ride” type. I and many others use it to separate outdoor from indoor rides. Thank you.

Anyone else noticed this recent change on the webpage?I have just noticed that under 'Profile' and ‘My Stats’ activities are now being displayed  showing the activity total time rather than the moving time of the activity.I'm sure most people would much rather see their efforts recorded showing moving or effort time, rather than a total time that may include all manner of stops!Any advice on how to change back would be very welcome.Strava ‘support’ were no help BTW.

Hi. I’ve been a subscriber since 2020 and have over a hundred maps saved for my cycling. Recently what’s happening is that when I chose a saved map and press ‘Start’ the map expands to full screen and shows my location (with the blue dot) but the orange route line will not show. If I hide the zoomed-in ‘centred’ view and go back to the map the orange line shows but as soon as I go back to the ‘zoomed-in’ view it disappears again. I have tried deleting the app and re-installing but I’ve still got the same issue. So at the moment I can’t use any of my carefully planned routes - very frustrating.I’m using an iPhone 15 Pro and have the latest IOS 18.6 running (it wasn’t working on the previous IOS version either)Any ideas?

My map updated and now everything that isn’t a road or path is now the same green color, including water. This makes it so hard to orient yourself and find good routes when traveling. Additionally, the map is now so visually overwhelming and overstimulating. Along with this new update, when you click on satellite it just stays on this green color scheme. Is there any way to reverse this update?? Any way to change the map at all?? 

Hey, I'm asking about my payment. I see that my annual subscription for my Visa was canceled. This is €70, but I later confirmed that I'm still a student. This was approved, so a year is €35 with a 50% discount. Now I'm wondering if I'll get the remaining €35 back? Or how does this work exactly?

I love the (relatively) new screen that pops up in the Strava app after a ride syncs from my Wahoo bike computer. I would love for that popup to also have a dropdown to allow me to choose which bike I rode.I know I can set a default bike (which I have), but I ride a few different bikes and it would be great for that screen to allow me to select one (or leave it alone if I rode my default bike). This way I don’t have to go in after the fact and edit the activity to choose the correct bike.

The Quick Edit is a great feature that makes it easy to quickly edit a recent activity. But it would be even more useful if shoes/gear was part of it. Runners tend to use different shoes for different kind of runs. And tracking the shoe usage is already a great feature but it’s currently a bit annoying to have to do it in so many steps.
