Olá, preciso de ajuda. Sou assinante pagante e desde o dia 12/09/2025 estou enfrentando um problema. Realizei uma corrida de 5 km com tempo de 28:47 (tempo de movimento) que deveria ser registrada como meu novo RP1. Porém, o Strava não atualizou corretamente e continua mostrando apenas recordes anteriores. Já abri múltiplos tickets de suporte, mas todos foram fechados automaticamente sem solução. Estou anexando prints que comprovam o erro. Solicito, por favor, que este caso seja revisado manualmente.(Hello, I need help. I use Fenix 6S to record my outdoor rowing. Sometimes it shows up in training log as a row but most times just as 'workout'.  I can't figure out why it does this as I follow exact same steps each time.Screenshot example shows 28Jul 17k row in Blue but 29Jul is also a row but showing small grey dot and no distance.  This happens most of the time and there are plenty more examples.  (11, 12 and 13 Jul are all rows). This makes the training log useless for me. 

I walk, take a bus or train, then restart to walk. I would like Strava to calculate only the part where I walk but I didn’t find a solution except start-finish and then start-finish a second time. And then add the 2 distances, the 2 times,… and how can I handle the average bmp and the rest? I tried using Pause during my bus/train use, but Strava still considers that I walked during the Pause and add the m or km to the total. I don’t want that! 

Hi runners,I cancelled my subscription as my partner suggested we join the family plan. However, when she sends me the invititation, the page reads that i cannot join the plan and need to live in the same country.We are both set to the same city and country in our Strava profiles. Did anybody else encounter this problem? Any solutions? Thank you guys! It somehow feels a bit demotivating to run and not have my premium features.Kind regards,JJ

HelloSince version 428.0.1 of the Strava app on iOS, the power zones graphs are corrupted it looks like Z6-7 is displayed as Z1, Z5 is displayed as Z3…Anybody else experienced this so far? 

I follow my brother and he follows me. He is a subscriber. Recently he posted a screenshot of the map of his last activity, swimming in a lake. I accessed Strava to have a better look of it but HE DOESN’T have any activity! 

I’m trying to plan a circular running route. It works well until the route comes close to the finishing point, when it automatically reroutes to take the shortest distance between the two, undoing all the planning I’ve done. I tried inserting lots of waypoints to force it to stick to the route I want, but it has a mind of its own

My app interface is in Italian. But now when I record an activity instead of Passeggiata mattutina I have Morning walk. All the activities’s titles are in English.

It’s interesting to see the Best Efforts in an athlete’s profile, however, in some cases the data is corrupted by inclusion of flagged Activities.  For example, here’s some data for an athlete in my local area which shows some rather impressive Best Efforts, such as cycling for 5 miles at 126 mph (!!)… If I click on the links to see the related Activity it shows they have all been flagged (hardly surprising).  Surely Activities that have been flagged in this way should not continue to be included in an athlete’s Best Efforts ?

Good evening,Is it possible to give directions in maps, like turn left in 200 meters? Today i rode a route which contained a few roads which i had to ride more than once. Then it is not possible to see if you have to turn left or right at the end of the road or at a t split when both are part of the route.Thanks, René Kleverwal Netherlands

You can’t filter by Pickleball in the Training Log. Pickleball also has some odd behaviour as activities. When you view the activity by itself, the symbol is for “Workout”. When you view the activity in the feed, it’s correctly “Pickleball”.   

New user here. I see the section at the bottom of the screenshots which implies trail reports, but it looks like it’s for reporting a violation of some kind when I click through. Is this actually a section where people’s reports of violations show up or is it intended to be trail reports like Trailforks? A user on Reddit has some insight but is this a relic of a previous feature or something that will be coming?  

I frequently see KOM or fastest times for segments for running at speeds at which it is impossible to run, (above 25km/hr or whatever). Can't there be an algorithm applied to the segments placings which deletes these impossible times? You can't run 58km/hour. Not too dificult to filter out these times when a certain sport is chosen.

I use Strava on my Android phone to keep track of the distance for a ride on my adult trike.  How can I set the display to continuously display the mileage for that ride.  Right now, it displays the route.  I know the route I am on, I just want to know my distance as I am riding.  I am not concerned with time, speed, elevation, etc., just the current distance while on that particular ride.  Thank you.

Whenever I try to create or edit a route, it cuts the trails off and creates straight lines. What’s odd is that in the editing screen, it’s great and I have added many points to ensure it’s taking the right trail. After I save it, it reverts back to the straight line issue. The Strava created routes before editing are totally fine. See screenshots for an example of a route in editing (fine) and after saving (lots of errors). Does anyone know why this is happening or how to correct it in route editing?

I have selected a segment and clicked the Share button in the upper right corner to get to the “Challenge Friends” page and sent several segments to several friends, and people have done that to me. Where are these messages or notifications going? I do not see anything on the Challenges page and did not get any notifications.

Everytime I am going out running Strava is completely over estimating how far a distance I am running and therefore giving me a completely faster pace than I am actually going. Apple Watch is correct distance but Strava is adding on over a mile on runs? I believe it could be an GPS issue but I have tried everything to correct it. It’s happening on all different routes. 

I tried to share an activity on FB but the thumbnail render is not my preferred photo--it’s a random older woman with her tongue sticking out. It is not my photo either. I tried to reboot computer and also refresh page to see if it would show up but it does not work.

I'm doing thousands of miles a year touring different countries. It's even the reason I bought a Strava subscription. Most of my net miles are done touring yet there is no touring tag.  Why is this?

Why are the global heatmaps now limited to 13 months of data? I am not sure when it changed but previously the global heatmaps data went back multiple years. Losing this functionality severely hampers route building for hiking, mountain biking, etc. An option to filter the timeframe for global heatmaps which is available for personal heat maps should be available and it should provide heatmap data that goes back as far as possible.

I can't see my saved routes on the app. Haven't been able to see them for a couple of weeks. I just get a wheel of doom circling, but nothing loads. 

Hello,Did Strava change its method to calculate relative effort ? I’m seeing much higher scores starting this week for comparable efforts.See those two activities for example :https://www.strava.com/activities/15633274060/overviewhttps://www.strava.com/activities/15704488083/overview There is no discrepancy in my HR data.
