Some race I do are considering like cheat, my segments are not available and my ride to. And I don't take the Kom, a lot of riders do better than me, this is why I really don't understand what happens.Please fixes that, thank you.Have a great day

whenever i walk like 2km on a treadmill or run a short distance it gets recorded but when i walk or run distances longer than 6km it wont show up on my profile despite me recording it. Was wondering if there was anything i could do in my settings to change this or its just a fault with my watch.

While I wish this were true … seems to be an error around percent increases in fitness score; 43/10 * 100 =430 not 614; same issue on other views of time! Just wanted to flag :)🐛🐛 

May I know if I search an athlete on strava and view their profile & activities, will they know? Will I leave any footprints? 

My bike workouts show power and heart rate by distance but this isn’t helpful partly because they are indoor workouts and also because the intervals are time based and I want to see the power and HR ranges over the same time period. How do I change the x axis to be time based. 

I'm not understanding how it why my rides have been red flagged! I have ridden 100 percent outdoor all ridden milage!  I do not have a vehicle,  therefore it would not be possible to have any car rides or unrealistic flaggable segment efforts.  I need this to be resolved and credited back all my milage! Please help?  Review it all you'd like!  I pedalled every stroke of the pedals! 100 percent outdoor with no assist either! 

So I wanted to try Flybys but when I open the Strava labs tool and enter my link it just says "loading..." forever. I have let it load for many minutes but nothing shows up. All my privacy settings are as needed.Do I have to just wait a long time or is something wrong?

Hi.  Are the servers being slow this afternoon?  I can see my ride in my activities but not on the home feed.  I can also see others I follow, their activities if I go directly to them but they also not on the home feed.  I uploaded my ride over 3 hours ago.  Thanks 

Since Monday, I’ve noticed a significant delay (about 2–3 hours) in the appearance of activities in the feed. This affects both the activities of people I follow and my own activities appearing on others’ feeds.Strava status showing no abnormalities, this issue seems widespread, as people who usually receive tones of kudos are experiencing delays as well - they simply start to get any kudos later as well. Activities eventually appear in chronological order, suggesting a possible delay in server processing. The issue persists regardless of whether activities are uploaded via Garmin or Zwift. Interestingly, when accessing someone’s profile or club feed, the updates are live and function as expected.Location: Europe

I understand that for a running activity the Garmin 245 displays the average pace based on the moving time. How do I get it to display the average pace based in elapsed time (not moving time) on my watch during the run itself - not after the run by changing the type of run to ‘Race’. It’s too late then. Thanks in advance. 

I would like to define my individual zones as measured in my performance diagnostic. It seems not to be possible but I cannot believe that. I can only find to set my FTP value but I would like to set the other values precisely. Same goes for heart rate. Thanks for any pointers!

Strava generates a weekly report of active participants in a Strava group.  Does the functionality exits to create an AdHoc report (preferable which can be exported to a PDF) of active participants for select periods of time (a month, select months, a year)?

Hi,I went on a hike but forgot to end it, so the drive back home was registered as part of the activity and also showed up on the heatmap.Cropping the activity removed the drive from the hike, but this didn't remove the 8 kilometers of driving from the heatmap. It's been weeks and the map has not updated to reflect the edited activity.What do?

I'm sure many people who do different sports - other than those under biking and running umbrella - would love to be able to join more challenges and earn more trophies (aside “moving time” or “ten days active” trophy). That's why i propose the option to join riding challenges with different vehicle type that you take rides on OR add challenges for different types of sports such as inline skating, skating etc…     

It floors me that Strava have still not figured out how to accept/upload a triathlon activity, even if it sees it as three individual sports and then merges them.  All other platforms recognize multi-sport activities but the supposed “leader” still can’t.

Please revert back to the old photo sharing with time/distance stamp. This new blurred photos are a big no.

I created a new route in route builder but once I finalized the route the button you would normally click on to save the route ("save route") is still in gray and not clickable. I've created hundreds of routes before and never ran into this. Any ideas? See pic below for reference. You can see that there is a start and end point so I have no idea why it's not letting me save the route.

Hi Strava Team,I’d like to suggest adding new gear option in profile to track the wear out and replacement of essential bike parts like chain and cassette. E.g. Chain : 2k miles (max) Cassette : 10k miles (max)  Once the profile reaches this threshold, a message is displayed on user profile to replace the parts just like shoes feature. Note: User can have two or more bikes so there needs to be an association of each component to specific bike.  UI would be straightforward, for backend, you can have new sub gear table (chain, cassette) with foreign key association to existing gear table (bikes).  Best,Adi

I set my “ASICS Novablast 5 TR”, as default for running, but today I saw no gear associated with my run, so wanted to set these Novablast 5 TR for today’s run but it has disappeared from my gear list. It is not in the retired section, it seems it has been deleted. I never deleted it myself, so how can I get it back with a proper running distance ?

On “My route” page.I was trying to filter some of mine when i see this.I think i dont have to see “strava.activities.show_public.distance/elevation” string 😁.

When I view the 3D animation of  activities in Strava ,the POIs were normal,but when I shared the flyover to instagram,the POIs disappeared.I have set all the settings about privacy to everyone.Can anyone help me?

When rowing on my Concept 2, I notice that the distance recorded in Strava is often less than the distance actually rowed. For example, yesterday I set the distance on my ErgData application to row a 2000m warm-up. When the Concept machine (and the ErgData application) indicate that the row is complete, and stop recording, I continue rowing a few seconds, in case there is a delay in the distance being recorded somewhere. When I then check the Concept machine, ErgData and Garmin, they all show the correct distance of 2000m. But, Strava shows 1999m. This discrepancy increases for longer distances rowed.What is the solution to get Strava to record the correct distance?Thanks.

The virtual segment Aple du Zwift doesn’t show the correct data. The distance of 12,17 km seems to be correct but the elevation (729m) and the grade (-0,8%) are totally wrong. At the moment, this is a downhill segment. 😄 But elevation should be around 1.000 meters and the grade is 8.5%. The elevation profile is also absolutely wrong.Who can fix this?
