Does strava support offline routes on wearOS watches? I want to be able to use some of my routes on a wearos watch to navigate me whilst I run, without having my phone with me.

I am using the iOS Strava app.If a use a downloaded route map from my saved maps and start the route, I see the orange route line on my map… until I lose cell/mobile internet reception and then the orange route line disappears completely.As soon as signal is restored it comes back.Note that this is a downloaded route so I would expect the route data to be available without any internet connection.I think this is a relatively recent regression as a year ago I never used to have this issue.As a workaround if I hide the current activity and view the route in Maps > Saved > Saved routes, I DO see the orange route line and my position on it, even with no mobile reception. This is currently a huge frustration. Im not sure whether this is a general issue or perhaps unique to some issue with my device, so if there is any way to fix it then I’d love to know.

How do it get it back to seeing my personal heat map when I look at someone else's route or activity??? This was my favorite feature and I need it back pronto! What am I doing wrong for this to go away and how do I get it back. 

I just bought a Samsung Watch7 and have used it on the water to track/record my distance rowed. Multiple times now, the distance recorded after I finish and save the workout is approx 1/2 of the actual distance. The GPS track/map of the workout is accurate and complete, but the distance does not agree with that track, is off by a factor of 2. (NOT a factor of 1.6! I'm not confusing metric/Imperial units.)

Hoping someone can direct me to solve this issue  Ive logged a walk today and run both are not showing up on my progress but are visible on my activities as people are giving me kudos. ? Is there a issue somewhere? Not a serious issue but its bugging me :-)

I took out a family subscription and invited my daughter and son and law, who live at the same address as me.  However they are being told that they cannot join as they need to live in the same country as me ??  Anyone else had similar issues ? 

I want to download a route to an iPhone for use when offline.  I have done this before on this particular device.  However, now when I go into my Saved Routes, I see the list of routes, but none of them will open when I select them.  Nothing happens when selecting any of the routes.  I can go into record and select a saved route and it opens, but if I'm offline, this won't work.   Any suggestions?

I wear my iPhone in an arm band holder with a see through touch sensitive screen. However with the new interface I can’t hit the pause button through the arm band protective screen. The pause button is lower on the new interface.      Anyone else have this issue? I lose “precious🤓” seconds taking it out of the arm band to hit pause during splits or at the end of a run.  

Why is there such a chaos in Activities timeline? They seem to be ordered haphazardly. Activities from yesterday are much further on the time axis then from, for example, several days ago. It seems not to make any sense.

Don't you think it would be cool to see who actually created each segment (and to have that person's name displayed on the segment detail page). Strava is about the social connection among users, and this feature would increase that social aspect.A reason to have this feature is that if there is an issue where a segment on a trail/road no longer matches the exact trail/road section due to modification of that trail/road over the years. It would be a lot better if that existing segment could be deleted and then re-made with the updated trail/road. This would allow people to know who the segment creator is and contact them to delete the current segment so an updated one can be created to match the updated trail/road. I do not like the idea of creating a new segment as is (with the old segment still in place), as this would be confusing and not look very good on the map.Another reason to have this feature is if the

UPDATE FROM STRAVA: We're aware of a technical issue that may impact some Athletes who are trying to create longer routes. Sincere apologies for this issue.  Our Team is working on a fix, and we will update this thread when we have more information. We appreciate your patience. Hi just tried to create a route for tomorrow in the app and it can no longer create routes. Does anyone know how to do this now?

A few runnings activities have conflicting pace information. In the activity summary I see the right information for the pace. When I go to the Share Activity the pace for some runnings are wrong. For instance, I did a 10km with a pace of 7.09 km/h, in the Share Activity it shows 1.59 km/h.I already logout / login, uninstalled / installed and nothing changes. Attached a few pics.

Hey guys, I am trying to create a route, but automatic mode won't let me use one part of the route and offers detour (that does not make sense). Where does the Strava get the info from, there was a closure in that area some months ago, but it is open right now. thanks

I use an indoor exercise bike regularly. Until recently, I added is as a manual activity and could record the distance ridden according to the display on the bike. I now have a Samsung Galaxy watch and installed Strava on it. I record it as an Indoor Ride and the data is synced to Strava correctly. But I cannot find out  how to add the mileage. I tried Strava support but they just sent me to some pointless help pages which I had already tried (and in some cases, the page was actually wrong).Is it possible to add mileage to a Strava Indoor Ride? Thank you.

I noticed that when clicking into an activity that has 3D maps set, it now shows as a 3D map. While I can see this is intended behaviour and the previous behaviour of just loading the standard map upon clicking in was likely a bug, it is not very useful for exploring the map and gaining useful information (e.g. easily reading trail names or seeing how I’d plot the route myself).Can there be an option to change the default map when opening a detailed view?

I'm trying to use file upload on the Upload and Sync Your Activities page. I have 400 activities to upload from TCX files, limited to 15 files at a time by the page. I can upload 30 files in 2 batches, and then I get an error: You've exceeded the maximum number of uploads. Please try again later. Does the file upload have a rate limit? A limit of 30 files per 24 hours (?) would be annoyingly low.

Hello all, when i give kudos to people’s activities my kudos don’t appear on the related activity. They disappear. Never happened before this kind of thing. Could you please help me about this?

I merge 2 FIT files and uploaded it successfully, however the uploaded file does not count up my yearly total in My Profile / My Stats. What is a shame, as this was my longest ride ever.I raised a ticket, Strava returned due many service request they cannot dig into it.Does anyone have a clue how to force the system to recalc the rides? KrEric

Can I edit my ride? I forgot to end my ride. I drove off with Strava running and got 2 KOMs that I didn't deserve.

I've reported the same athlete several times and nothing has been done.Plus, the reporting process is terrible: why not create a form?Every time I've reported someone, Strava's AI has misunderstood my message.I filed a report again, and it was set to SOLVED without any action.What's the point?If STRAVA is short on people to analyze activities, they can hire me. I would like to suggest a way of visualising all your past logged activity in Strava on a World Map. I personally travel a lot and never loose an opportunity of recording a run, walk, hike or gym session from anywhere I am. I would love to be able, with the click of a button, to just visualise all the countries where I exercised and I think many other users would appreciate this feature. I know of the personal heat map feature, but it doesn’t really work well when you zoom out on a world-level scale. I’m thinking more something like a coloured dot or something else to mark a location where the user exercised.Thank you for considering my request, I hope this might help contributing to the development of the app!All the best, Arianna
