Hey Strava team,Just a quick suggestion — it’d be super helpful if we could change the Name and Privacy settings of a saved route in the mobile app without having to go into edit mode and move something on the map.Right now, if I just want to change its name or make a route private or public, I still have to pretend to edit it, which feels a bit clunky. Would be a matter of adding a new “Edit name and privacy” option that takes you directly to step where they can be modified. Example:New option to directly edit name and privacy: That takes users right straight to the view where these settings can be adjusted: 

Hi everyone! I noticed that someone has marked me as a favorite on Strava. Is there a way to remove myself from their favorites list or undo this somehow? I’d prefer not to be on that list, but I can’t find an option to manage it?  Thanks in advance 😊 

Hi everyone,I’m currently experiencing an issue where segment results are being recorded and visible in my activities, but I’m not receiving any awards such as personal records (PRs), second or third place trophies—even when I’ve clearly achieved a better time than before.Here’s what I’ve checked so far: Segment efforts are listed under the activity, so Strava is recognizing them. My activity is public and synced directly from my device (not a manual upload). The GPS data looks accurate and follows the segment correctly. I’ve also tried refreshing achievements, but that didn’t solve the issue. Has anyone else experienced something similar? Any idea why PRs and other awards might not be showing up even though the segments are detected?Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi everyone! I launched two tickets with Strava support because I had an issue with my subscriptions.In june I used a 30-day trial which was extended and I payed the yearly cost for this. In July (after the trial period had ended and I already payed the yearly cost) I was not able to use the subscription so I had to buy another subscription to actually get access to my subscription.Now I have to active subscriptions on one and the same account and I can obviously only use one of them. I believe there was an issue with the app because the subscription with the trial period was not working and I had to cancel it and buy a new one to actually get access to the premium features. I already reached out to Strava Support about this twice and provided them with all the documents (payment tickets, photos of active and inactive subscriptions, …) but still have not received any kind of answer from anyone.Is this normal?

Hi everyone,I’m currently living in South Korea and I’ve been a happy Strava user for a while. I liked it so much that I decided to subscribe to Runna as well.Later, I found out there was a Strava + Runna bundle deal for $149.99, so I went ahead and tried to sign up for that. However, my first card didn’t have enough balance, so I updated the payment information with a second card and successfully completed the purchase for the Strava + Runna bundle.To sign up for Runna, I also started the free trial using the second card. I assumed that once I subscribed to the bundle and linked my accounts, everything would sync automatically and only the bundle charge would apply.But here’s what actually happened: Runna charged me separately for a full-year membership after the trial ended. I was also charged on the first card

Good afternoon, I cancelled my auto subscription for the student plan a few months ago. The regulations say that we have to request a refund within 7 days (I have put 2 tickets in the last week with no replies as it went through on the 19th and is now the 25th) , I need a refund for the amount on my card account, could you please refund it? I'm not sure why it went through as I had already cancelled, but not just that it charged me through at full price rather than student discount which is even weirder. Thank you  Add tags

Has anyone ever had an uploaded ride invisible to “Everyone” when your privacy settings allow for everyone to have access to what you upload? I uploaded a ride yesterday that was visible only to me, but just the day before I’d uploaded a different ride that is visible to everyone. 

After riding today, I looked at my activity feed on my laptop. Seemed OK, I gave some kudos, made a few comments. Then I realized, when I reloaded: any activity I had given kudos or commented seems to have vanished from my feed (including my own activities!) I tried switching back and forth several times between “Latest Activities” and “Personalized,” which seems to make no difference. Nor does logging out, clearing caches, and reloading. Please; can Activity Feed just show recent activities by me and those I follow (with as few silly ads as possible, but I know you need to place them), and not try to get clever. Don’t removed items from feed after I’ve looked at them. Don’t reorder or skip according to what YOU think I want to see. Just show the feed! Thank you.

Hi from Sweden 😀🇸🇪☀️ I often run structured workouts with intervals (e.g. 6×1000m) created in Garmin, and sync them to Strava. However, the displayed average pace always includes warm-up, rest, and cool-down, which makes it misleading if I want to analyze or share the workout’s true effort. Feature request: Please add an option to calculate and show average pace for selected laps – or even better, average pace for structured intervals, separated from total workout average. This would really improve Strava’s usefulness for interval training! Thanks! claes

Hi still not able to upload a triathlon I competed in on 2nd June .. every thing since then Is fine .. swims runs and rides .. as previously stated I have tried all the common fixes to no avail .. any thoughts ideas please ?? Obviously it's not a disaster but like to keep tabs on myself regards Stu . 

My treadmill runs do not reliably create the transparent overlay share image. It is always hit or miss. I am using a Garmin Epix G2Pixel Pro 9 XLI have tried attaching photos, and changing pretty much every option of the saved workout but it doesnt create the transparent image. 

I've been requesting a refund for about 7 days now and no developer responded to my ticket?, and the bad part is when i check my ticket in strava it's says "Status: Solved" howw? i didn't even get an refund? and strava support didn't explain how my ticket status is solved?. 

Hi all, here's my situation:I'm going on a week long hiking trip in Swedish Lapland. During the week, I will have very limited and unreliable internet access, meaning I probably won’t be able to synch my activities. Also, when not hiking I'll be turning off my phone to save its battery. This probably comes down to recording my hike every day, not being able to upload because of no internet, then turning off the phone. The process repeats for six days. Will Strava be able to save the six activities offline, locally on my phone, even if I turn it off repeatedly, and then synch all activities once I do have proper internet at the end of the week?

Recording defaults the map to track your direction, except due to natural GPS variations it is gimbling all over the place. Yes I can press the compass, but it refuses to stay on North. Every pause, by me or autopause dismisses my North preference and swings the map around again. Bad now, but in winter with gloves on this would be supremely annoying.Then we have Live Segment tracking. The dismiss button is gone. So if I am approaching two start points close together I can't dismiss segment A to show segment B. And then when tracking starts the head to head vs PB/KQOM does not pop, I have to press the screen again after the segment starts, very annoying if I am sprinting for a short segment. And the segment name is in black in red, making it hard to read.The screen should not be ‘needy,’ I should not have to be pressing it so much to keep it in the orientation I want. Please revert or return these features. Des

I did several climb segments on dead-end asphalt roads yesterday on a 7kg-ish road bike and noted that my times were beaten by riders who had continued past the end of the metalled road and on to mountain trails. These folk were obviously not on road bikes because of the terrain they encountered later in their rides and I can’t believe many people would be able to ride an unassisted MTB up a climb as fast as a lightweight road bike. What else did these segment times have in common? They had no HR or power data. I’m not necessarily in favour of disallowing rides without power data as many can’t warrant the cost of buying a power meter but surely HR data should be a minimum requirement of a segment time? I’m 63-years old and if I get a top ten time on a hilly segment I’m pretty happy with myself as it normally means an all-out effort. It can be pretty demoralising to discover that many of the times above mine have been gained with motor assistance. 

I miss the old Strava feature that let us download a shareable image of our activity — you know, the one with the map on top and stats (distance, time, elevation) at the bottom? It was perfect for posting on social. Any chance it’s coming back?

Hi, is it possible to use manual mode when plotting a route in the iPhone app like you can using the website?  

It appears that there’s been a recent change which applies auto-pause to kayaking, but I suspect it uses cycling parameters, which are not appropriate for kayaks (which move more slowly than bikes). I record my kayaking outings on my iPhone. In my most recent kayak outings, Strava auto-pauses almost immediately and then never unpauses. I’ve used Strava for years and this never happened until now.My settings: I have auto pause enabled for cycling, but turned off for running. There doesn’t seem to be a way to control auto-pause for other sports. 

I am trying to create a route on desktop (windows 64bit, Chrome) and the map is just blank and I cannot interact. Bug? 

I'm new to this site so apologies in advance if I'm unfamiliar with itI have regular bike and e-bikes. I want both to count towards my annual goals (time and distance). I've been Googling for whether e-bike rides count, most replies suggest they do count, but clear from my total they don't (I can simply change an activity from Ride to E-Bike ride and see the totals change for YTD).How do I get it to count everything short of calling everything a Ride (which messes up lots of other things)?

I ride MTB, E-MTB, road and trainer and the e-bike rides don't get included in my goals.Just had a look at goal setting area and all Strava need to do is include is E-Bike and E-Mountain Bike Ride in All Ride and problem solved.

Hi - Is there a way to view previous year's stats to compare with current? So for example, I might want to compare my rides over the last few years to see how many miles or climbing etc, that I've done in each year to monitor how I'm doing this year. All I can see is the current year and all time details.

I think everyone would agree an hour of riding on the trainer can be exercise just as much as an hour on the road, but it is omitted from the hours for the week displayed on the profile web page.This is a bug.

This sunday I ran a 100K with my friend. He has a garmin and when he uploads his files he taggs me and I accept, then strava takes over and I also get the activity, however this activity can not be accepted for some reason. We tried declining and inviting again but it does not work also not on my mobile phone.
