I publish a weekly summary of our group stats. Being able to click on a week in the bar graph under a persons activity and see the total miles and time for that week is very helpful. What’s missing is the total number of activities for that week. I have to sit and count each person’s. It would be very helpful if that number appeared with the other two.

is there any way to create chapters within a club? Like if our club has a location in miami, one in ft Lauderdale, etc can we create a chapter within the club or do we have to make a new club for each?

Someone I follow (and who follows me)? As in, on the dashboard the activity feed can be filtered to My Activities, or Following, but not to an individual. Is it possible to see this? I know I can see some activities on the person's profile, but not the full list (not easily anyway).

Hi!I have an Apple Watch and recently purchased a new iPhone (Pro 15).I cycle and I run trail.Prior to getting the new phone, I’d begin my activities this way: 1. Go to strava on my phone. Start a trail run or a road ride. (This is a backup. Normally I’ll delete it once the Apple Watch data gets uploaded). 2. Go to Apple fitness on my watch. Start a trail run or a road ride.3. Import both and delete the phone data as it’s not as accurate. But now that I have the new phone, this strategy doesn’t work. The apple phone data uploads on strava. But the apple phone data is missing the *map*. Before the new phone, I’d get two sets of uploads with complete data and two distinct maps. Right now, if I delete the phone upload, eventually I’ll get a map to generate for the Apple metrics. But it’s on a delay or something. It takes quite a while to see the map. And it eventually asks (on strava) it asks “done your activity” and then offers you the option to add advanced opti

I'd like to take out the Strava subscription for the first time but it is costed in Euros.  I lve in the UK so I'd like to pay in Pound Sterling.  How do I make the change?

My phone is setup to use larger fonts to help with declining eyesight. I find that the Strava app has a number of rendering issues where important content doesn't fit properly. Here are two most obvious examples, but likely there are more:1) In the splits rows have insufficient height.also, GAP has insufficient width, which results in losing one digit in some rows 2) In segment leaderboards, many entries don't have their year rendered. I'd say, the year is probably the most important part of the date, to tell you how old the attempt was made, followed by the month. Perhaps Strava could fix this by using a different date format, for example by using abbreviated month or numeric month. Also, perhaps this could be improved by reducing the whitespace.  

This has been happening for a while, I enjoy looking to see who else has ran the same segment and where I place on the leaderboard for that day but it rarely works and only shows me.  Sure I may be the only person who’s ran that day but over like 6 segments showing only me chances are slim considering I live in a town with plenty out running.

I accidentally erased a saved hike and I have sent two emails already to strava support system to ask them to send me that saved hike again. No answer till now 🥺 

Looking at your long list of goals, it is hard to determine where you have done extra and where you still have a bit to go for the year/month/week. I suggest that the text To Go and value for this is shown in red and similar with the Extra, show this in green. See screenshot to understand how much easier it will be to understand how you are performing with regards to all your goals  

@Jane11 @Scout - Can anyone explain why my latests strava support tickets are listed in the support center as "solved" when they haven't even been looked at by Strava or responded to in any way?  The two in question at the moment are support requests #2798283 and #2798650.  The second was created as a follow up to the first one since the first one was not actually solved or responded to in any way but it was immediately marked as "solved" in your system.  I have one other support request that is listed as "open".  Does the system only allow a single open support request?  

I’m looking for a segment my wife can see near our home but when I go to the maps tab the segments she can see are not there on my app. Anyone know why this is? I have seen the segment once but now it’s gone.

The route creator on desktop is very good. On the app there are basic problems about route selection and making the same start and end will create very different routes on app vs desktop. The app will route longer in sometimes comical ways. Even when attempting to draw a route versus select points. Some examples when trying to make a simple route. 

Myself and group of other teachers at my school will shortly do a sponsored cycle over a period of around 10 days. We would like our pupils to be able to easily view our progress on Strava, but we don't want to risk them being able to interact with the the associated activities or muck about with the feed containing them by allowing them to join an associated club themselves. We would also want to stop pupils being able to easily see our previous, personal rides, from before we started the sponsored cycle, by simply scrolling down to the bottom of a club feed. I think this rules out using clubs for this cycle, and joining a group challenge (which might otherwise have worked, at least to a certain extent) is now restricted to premium subscribers, which would exclude 70% of the staff involved.Is there any way we can safely promote our sponsored cycle in Strava or do we have to look elsewhere? And if we do have to look elsewhere, does anyone have any device-agnostic suggestions? Thank you

Hi.  Can anyone please tell me if it's possible to get audio direction prompts whilst running a route I have created in maps?  TIA.

All of the sudden no heart rate data.  And this is the foundation for relative effort and fitness. I tried to manually upload the file but Strava would not accept a duplicate file. Any ideas? 

 My Progress page is not updating. I have tried logging out, restarting my phone, uninstalling the app and nothing is fixing this issue. Applied latest update yesterday. Any ideas on if this is a known issue in latest update?

Hello. There is probably an easy way to do this, but I think there needs to be a button to change the view back to a direct overhead vs tilt. I live in a very flat place where the tilted view is never that interesting. However, I do draw a lot of routes on my phone. Sometimes the screen gets tilted and for the life of me I can’t get it back. If there was a button or if you tapped the compass twice it would be nice if this changed the tilt back.  Thanks!

Hi ThereI've downloaded all my activities from my old strava account and now tried to upload them again in my new profile. I'm doing triathlon, so there are a few multisport activities. While uploading the files strava ist mentioning "xxxxxxxx.fit duplicate of Morning swim". So far so good. But then checking the activities, all those files are uploaded twice. Is there a solution to get them only uploaded once?Thanks and regardsBen

Hi all,I'm trying to add my heart rate information from my smartwatch to a Strava activity. The Strava activity was uploaded from my stationary indoor bike.I tried the following two methods:Method 1:I exported both actives as FIT file and tried to combine these files with "GOTOES". The FIT files have been loaded correctly, and also the merging looked good.When re-uploading the combined TCX file to Strava I noticed that the "laps" data is wrong. My stationary bike is listing the different watt intervals as separate laps.Working:    Broken:    So I thought maybe there is something wrong how the files got combined because the first lap distance shows the total workout distance.Method 2:Therefore, I converted the two FIT files into CSVs (using the download "Download Raw Data" from GOTOES). I manually added the heart rate information into the Strava export, saved the CSV file, uploaded it to GOTOES again, and saved it as FIT.I can see that the laps in

This issue is happening again periodically. Whilst there wer some slow updates following the recent server issues, I've two over the last couple of days which aren't showing up on my heatmap. I've tried changing sports and then resetting to no avail Funnily enough on both today and Friday when the no-shows have been recorded I've done another activity which does correctly show up up. On Friday the first activity showed, but not the second. Today it was the other way round. I'm getting a bit fed up of this.

hi team, my name is ritz, i have a question, so i use strava since 20th of july and i only want to use the free trial at first, but accidentally i was billed for a yearly subscription and out of panicking i deleted my account because i cant cancel my bill on itunes (im still billed but i havent pay yet), i know that account deletetion is irreversible so i am confuse do if i have to pay for a year for that account that has been deleted, i created this account for reaching out, please help thanks
