How on earth does this work? I have a Galaxy Fit 3 and Samsung Galaxy A55. I understand that you toggle on Strava as a synced service through Samsung Health. The watch and phone are synced fine. I’ve given Strava and Samsung Health all permissions, including physical activity and sensors. What shows in the Strava app when they are successfully synced? In the settings bit, I can click two different things. One - ‘Connect an app or device’ with a little watch icon. And two -Manage apps and devices’. The first opens a screen of different watches available, and I select Samsung. It then says ‘visit our support page to connect’ and has a orange ‘get started’ button at the bottom. When clicked, it’s a support post about connecting it - all of which I have done. When I press back, it briefly flashes up with ‘error connecting your device’. The wheel spins in the top right corner of the Strava app too. What do I need to do from within the Strava app to sync and connect? 

I just got back from a ride and feel very frustrated. I started the app when I started my ride and, for some unknown reason, the app only recorded about a third of my ride! ☹️ I did not knowingly pause the ride at any time. The ride shows that I started and ended in the same place, which makes sense, because that’s what I did, but if I had accidentally paused the app at some point, then I would’ve had to accidentally restart it too!I really don’t wanna pay the subscription fee if this keeps happening. This isn’t the first time that I wasn’t able to satisfactorily record my ride! I do take a lot of pictures when I’m riding, so perhaps I stopped it from recording accidentally, but I’m not opening the Strava app when I’m using my camera. On a specific segment my previous PR was 3:07min, dropped to 2:30min today and registered as my new PR on that segment however the leaderboard for the segment still shows my old PR.. Any ideas? Seems broken..  

A couple of feature requests:- Would love to be able to filter my activity feed to only show certain types of activities. Like maybe I'm interested in people's runs but I don't really care to see their daily walk/bike commutes?- Same on the post side: if I could automatically post certain types but keep others private (unless I decide to post later.)- The dream would be if I could choose to mute certain types of activities from particular people. Like maybe I like seeing when my dad takes a walk every few days. But that friend whose watch auto-posts their every step? No so much. But maybe I don't want to mute that person because I do actually want to see their runs. Just not their 30-second walk to the corner store.Thanks! 😄K p.s. I'm in Canada, not Indonesia. UPDATE: aannddd all of a sudden it’s back. 🤨 My apologies for the confusion! Some recent changes took place and it appears that Virtual Ride (and other Virtual activities) have been removed. I used this for indoor spin bike rides and could manually enter my distance and time. Am I just missing something? Where did it go? Can we get it back?

I have my apple watch health app synced with my Strava and have never had any issues uploading activities until today. I see the activity and it shows that it has uploaded successfully to Strava but then it just never shows up on my activity feed. Is anyone else experiencing this or know of a fix?

Lately, I have a problem with showing rides on the dashboard page. When I load the ride it appears normally during activities. The next time I see only the rides of my friends on the dashboard page. Mine aren't here. On the Training - My activities page, all my rides are normally visible. What's wrong with the Dashboard page?I have an annual subscription.Thank you

Strava used to only calculated my actual moving time for runs and rides (unless marked as a race). I’ve noticed the last few weeks/months that it’s now doing my total time and not eliminating stand still time. Please help! This feature was nice for trail runs so I didn’t need to stop/start my watch every time we stop for pictures etc. Thank you.

I’ve been trying to record my indoor pickleball round robin play, but every time Strava says it detected no activity. What’s going wrong? I have successfully recorded my spin class workouts as well as my weight training workouts and yoga, so indoor activities work. Does it record outdoor pickleball? As it’s December, I’m not going to be playing outdoors in New England for another six months to be able to test that out. I would like to record my indoor pickleball activities. How can I do it with Strava? Choosing the activity on my Apple Watch doesn’t work for the above reasons. 

It is currently possibly to view the relative effort scores of other premium subscribers on the website, activity by activity. However, I very rarely use the website (and suspect the same is true for many other users) so, despite my wife and I being premium subscribers for over a year now, we didn't even know this was even possible until yesterday. My idea is simply to make this functionality available on the android / iOS app as well, so that a greater proportion of users will be aware of it and able to easily make use of it.

I can't find the January swim challenge, are they coming it in 2025?

I have been a subscriber for quite a while, and this is the first time I am seeing this issue where a ride segment that I created some 3-odd years ago had its name changed. For some reason it's now named after some local folding bike club. How does something like this happen and can I please get my named segment back? It's a fairly busy segment, and I and many others have been using it for years. It went from a name with some meaning of the local area to one now named after a folding bike club with the word “sprint” added to it…it’s an almost 2-mile-long segment…What’s going on???

I am currently experiencing an a issue when viewing a walking activity on the web interface. The behaviour is browser dependent but basically non of the analysis information is available. The activities display correctly, includes HR, Pace, Cadence and temperature, in the iOS mobile app but not on the web.Any ideas?Microsoft EdgeFirefox 

Has anyone else experienced that their activity feed has shortend? The last few days I can only see a few activities and not any of the previous day's activities. This is quite frustrating.

I’m running 18.2 and 11.2 IOS/WOS and still not showing fitness+ as described in recent announcement.  Any fixes?

As we know Strava activity distances can vary from the proprietary data, this is not a major issue. But, does anyone know why activity start times can vary by ±10 seconds? This seems to be most prevalent on swims and virtual activities but can differ on runs too.

I want to save these 30 days to use the free preview, but strava automatically started the trial 3 days ago without me noticing. How do I end this and save the remaining days?

For the past few days I have noticed that my feed only displays 3-4 activities of my connections. Has anyone else experienced this? How can o get it back to before so I can hand out some kudos  please note this is not an issue with syncing my activities. It’s viewing my connections activities on my feed. 

What is the purpose of the camera image on the Strava map?
