Bonjour, j’ai créé mon compte Strava en me connectant avec mon compte Apple sur mon iPhone. Une adresse mail a été créé mais il ne s’agit pas de mon adresse mail personnelle,.. Il s’agit d’une adresse fictive créé par Apple lors de la connexion. de se fait l’application. Decathlon ne synchronise pas mes activités, car ce n’est pas le même mail.. Je n’arrive pas à modifier mon mail sur mon compte car un peu ma connexion il s’agit d’une connexion avec Face ID.. Pouvez-vous mon adresse mail sur mon compte Strava? Par avance merci

This past saturday, I ran my first ultra, a 32 mile run that was 10 3.2 mile laps around Green Lake in Seattle.The problem is, my run got tracked as being 45 miles.I tried using the in-app tool to fix the distance, but that actually made the run longer. It was pretty consistent along the entire run, taking 2 minutes off my min/k pace.I did manage to fix it using gpx-dot-studio but now when I try to upload it, I get a message that it’s a duplicate of the run.I’m hesitant to delete the existing run without knowing how the import will work.Aside from just creating a temp account to import, is there a way to get it to import before I delete the original, albeit incorrect, run?

   I was wondering why I stopped receiving comments from Athlete Intelligence, as I found them very interesting.  Turns out I didn’t realize that this is because I recently bought a bicycle trainer and started logging my activities on Strava as “Virtual Rides” as opposed to regular bike rides which I do when there aren’t many feet of snow on the ground up here.   Any timeframe for adding the feature to Virtual rides like it is available now on just regular rides?  Seems to me there is no difference between the 2 types of activities so why not ?

I have been attempting to resolve an issue with my account for a couple of weeks now. The issue being that the flags I create have no effect on the public information. This happens even when I am flagging my own activities. I have contacted Strava support via the support ticket with no results. No I am unable to open support tickets. It’s email only. I am a paid subscriber.Any suggestions?

I’ve noticed that manual entries do not appear on my training calendar although they do appear on my training log. Can this be rectified? Thanks.

It is very confusing, if you record something as a "ride", the stats count in your totals on your profile. If you record as a Run, they show as a Run in totals, if you record as kayaking, it shows as Kayaking... But if you choose related cycling ones, they still count to the Ride category...Is this true for any that are related to cycling? Do any activity types record stats like HR, Cadence, Power, Speed, but not lump themselves into the Ride total stats? Velomobile? Ebike? Hand Cycle? It is confusing and makes no sense. Some activity types are different activities, others aren't. Gravel Ride, Indoor Ride, etc still all count as a ride.Why are these different activity types and not just tags, if they have no functional difference? 

I was viewing my Local Legends and clicked on the three-dots in hopes of editing something, and it offered “Leave Local Legends” which sounds like a common situation in a browser when one wishes to depart from some display.  It appeared that I needed to do that in order to proceed to editing so I chose that.Then, it notified me that it deleted all my Local Legends records and I could rejoin Local Legends and start over.I hope this can be reversed but I cannot find any way to contact Strava for support about this, and if it cannot be fixed I will not renew my subscription and will have to devote time every day to discussing this topic all over the Internet.  

The cycling data I recorded with the Apple Watch Workout app shows a significant difference in Strava compared to the data in the Fitness app on my iPhone after importing.

On a recent activity, I noticed that max BPM in the Android app does not match max BPM in the web view in Chrome.In web view, the highest BPM I can see is 160.  Note that webview does not show an actual max number.  You have to find the max by moving the cursor across the heart line on the graph, which is annoying.  In the Android app, it says max BPM was 163.Why the discrepancy?

On February 8, 2025, two cyclists rode the same 7.1 mile segment I did on January 9, 2016. Except they didn’t, because my segment shows as their entire ride. They maxed out at 95 mph. The photos are of other locations. They snagged one of my KOMs. Their ride shows they started from my house - they didn’t - which Strava has supposedly hidden on my account. They are number one or number two on every segment. So how did my segment end up as the route of two other cyclists? (I’m assuming it’s a bizarre Strava computer glitch.)

My followers cannot see All time stats and year to date stats. It appears 0 in both fields. I have tried to play around with settings + updated IOS latest version + latest stava update and it doesnt work.

Hi, A couple of my followers have shown me that my statistics for runs, rides, and swims are not the same on their phone app as on their desktop. I usually save my runs to be seen by followers only and have logged over 4000km. The correct statistics can be seen by my followers on their desktop version. However, on the phone app my statistics shows less than 1000km.On my own account the phone app statistics matches the desktop version. I’m not sure when this started happening. I have tried to change who can view a run activity from ‘followers’ to ‘everyone’ and this made the activity visible on the phone app for my followers. Please help.Thank you

As a rider who is of a certain age, I know there are PR’s I will never see again. What if there were “lifetime” PR’s and another category of PR for, say, the past year?

I had signed up for a family plan on which I had planned to add my daughter and son. Neither of my children could accept the invite link. I then gifted a subscription to my daughter which could not be redeemed either on the app or on a desktop. As it sits now, Strave has taken over $200 from me without any of the services working. To further frustration, Strava has no human person to talk to help rectify this issue. I am a track coach and my team uses Strava. We have enjoyed Strava's interface and help but the exchange of my money for no services is not cool. Anyone else have these problem and/or have a fix for these problems?

I see on a friends smartphone my PR’s displayed on the map and the location were they were achieved. I cannot see it on my own smartphone. How do I turn this setting on?   

I have been manually uploading strava runs this month and they add correctly to my weekly total and total distance this year. However, when I got to check my activities they are not present. Sometimes they have been displayed on my followers feed but not my own! How can I fix this as I don’t want to loose these activities? Thanks !

Strava are ignoring for over 2 weeks my ticket. I purchased a family plan, but no-one can join. It says they are in an incorrect country, but our locations are identical. Does anyone know how to get Strava to help before I have to do a credit card chargeback?

I have already downloaded my achieve from settings of my account. But most of the activities are gpx files. I know I can export original activities into fit files, but it is tedious to do this.Is there a simpler and quicker way?

Hi everyone,After a cycle ride, I used to see a map and the segments by tapping on the map (Android Strava).This feature access appears to have been removed?Where can I see both the map (which segment) and the segment summaries now?Even on a PC, the map dispappears as you scroll down - not useful.Thx

This has happened to me several times when I've tried to import a GPX file to create a route on Strava. I have been making GPX files using FatMap because its the easiest editing software I've found so far. I get the track looking perfect on FatMap. I then import the GPX file to Strava, but I've found that parts of the GPX track snap to a nearby trail or road when they aren't supposed to and I can't figure out how to correct that part of the route. I've tried adding extra data points in FatMap to no avail. I've tried turning on manual mode before importing the file, which didn't change anything. I've tried adding manual waypoints in Strava, but all that seems to do is hopelessly mess up the track. What am I doing wrong?Update: I created a route from scratch using nothing but manual points in FatMap and Strava still altered it and snapped parts to the trail when I imported it into Strava. So frustrating! Why can't Strava route mapping just work like FatMap? They bought the plat

The activity filter shows options for 1 year at a time. Selecting one of them only shows the recent month. You can see in the screenshot, it is showing data for a 5 days when the filter is selected for an entire year i.e, Jan 2024 > Jan 2025. 

I noticed a change in the Strava IOS app this week.   When I finish an activity and open Strava the activity automatically opens for editing.   Previously Strava would open to my feed and I could choose to edit the activity if I desired.   Now I need to close the activity to see my feed. Is this a new “feature” of the app.    If so, how do I disable it so my feed opens normally? 

I’ve been using Strava to record weight training, workout, yoga, etc., using a Polar HRM. My weight is set in my profile. I do see the HR during the activity. The activity record shows a average and max HR, as well as a HR profile vs time, but no calories. I’ve used the Polar HRM through the summer on bike rides with no issues (calories shown - but getting data from Wahoo Element).I did search community for other posts regarding this. Saw similar question from 5 or 6 months ago that said bug was fixed. I do have the latest version of the app on my iPhone as far as I can tell. Thanks!

Estou tendo problemas para abrir o mapa do Strava. Todas vezes que abro o mapa para ver algum segmento o app fica travando Translation: I'm having trouble opening the Strava map. Every time I open the map to view a segment the app crashes.
