How to save route map from activity as image from the web browser version?

Bonjour, est il possible de savoir si la planification d'itinéraire de strava sera identique a celle de fatmap un jour???depuis l'arret de fatmap, il est difficile de creer un parcours aussi bien avec strava!!!!Sur fatmap on pouvait tracer sur une carte ign, en n'etant pas obligé de suivre une route, ou chemin.....on pouvait tracer en hors piste ou sur un chemin qui n'existe pas sur les cartes.…est ce que ces fonctionnalités seront un jour sur Strava version mobile????

I'm a premium strava user and recently I can see my activity map when I open that activity. I can see the map in my feed but when I open it, map is no available.Also, when I try to see any other user that that day did the same segment, for example, strava app closes and it backs to the feed! Any idea? Thanks

This has been a huge flaw for years. It’s the main thing that kept me from paying for premium, and the thing that’s going to make me cancel it one of these days. “Moving Time” 1) Is worthless because it’s hopelessly inaccurate. When I’m on a trail with big elevation gain it could be off over 50%, and 2) It’s irrelevant. If it took you an hour to do the route because you stopped to tie your shoes and send a text… it still took you an hour. In what world does it matter hour how much time you were actually running vs stopping? If someone wants to know that irrelevant metric, let them search for that. Not make the rest of us who live in the real world have ridiculous times posted that bear no relation to reality. There’s no way it could be that difficult to actually make the correct time the default to display. 

Starting yesterday i cant post on anyclubs i made one post and it was the cleanest post ever and now i cant post and can only post activities. The reason why I said it was clean was because i looked it up and it couldve been flagged and thats why i cant post but i didnt post anything even remotely bad. I would like this fixed. I'm trying to view Flybys for today's (and prior) run(s). I'm not seeing anything load (see image below) and I'm seeing a unicode type character referenced in the orange section where I assume the route name would be. I do have Flybys privacy set to allow Everyone to view as well, in case that information is helpful.     Thank you!!

When you play videos that are uploaded to Strava (on your own profile or watching others) the last few seconds of the video get cut off. This usually only happens the first time you play it, and when you try to watch it again, you can see the final seconds of the video. I have only tested this on an iPhone.

Dear Team of Strava,first of all many thanks for your free service, for which I am totally satisfied.I subscribed the free trial version, but after checked how it works, frankly I am thinking to remain a free service user.Below I wanted summarize the points for which I am taking this decision, if they can be usefull for you.Main one: I was totally convinced that I could navigate with indications during my MTB route and was surprised once understood that any kind of alert was not in place on Strava. I am not talking about a exact route voice indicator, but at least a “bip” when you skip your turning point would be important. When I run an round trip on the same route, the return track line is hide by the blue color of the outward one. Would important that the predominant color remains always the orange one. The screen turns off automatically. So I have to touch it to see the route. I suggest to include this function on Strav

I made 3 "indoor rides" today with a couple of pauses using the STOP button on my Garmin Edge 530. It was saved after the third ride. The result in Garmin vs. Strava is: Obviously, in Strava the elapsed time is used in avg. speed calculation. This is a horrible bug. E.g. if concentrating exactly on avg. speed during an indoor cycling, the record is totally useless. Why the elapsed time is used in calculation instead of the moving time? It makes no sense.

Hi everyone,It has been almost one month since my safety contact reported not receiving beacons for my activities. My watch is Samsung Galaxy Watch5 Pro. Raised a ticket Request #3198908 but issue still remains up to today.I have removed the safety contact & re-added, as well as adding my own number & re-enabling beacon.Got a couple of beacons sent at first but stopped again.  Up to this very moment no beacons sent/received for the last week despite of being active, even a couple of hours ago! Are you also having issues with beacons not being sent?I will appreciate any help, thanks!

Hello, I’m wondering how Strava calculates the two above mentioned metrics.I performed exactly the same endurance training, separated by 8 days.  Suprisingly, in exactly the same time, so exactly the same average speed, denivelation (1060 m), distance (131 km).  However, heartrates of course were different.  First and second workout are summarized below.AVG HF : 120.  4 min in zone 2, 232 min. in Zone 3, 143 min in zone 4, 2 min in zone 5.  It resulted in training impulse of 388, and an fitness increase from 136 to 142  AVG HF : 12 min in zone 2, 152 min in zone 3 and 66 min in zone 4. It resulted in training impulse of 304 and increase from 136 to 142How are the time spent in the different zones factored in?  Is the AVG HF factored in?  And are increase/decrease of fitness derived from the training impulse values?Thanks for clarifying!

Hi,Is there a way to get a personal heat map of all ride activities.I would like to see the heat map from both Ride and Gravel Ride simultanously, when I do my route planning, so that I can plan a route on roads I’ve never ridden before. Regards,Joachim

Does private activities count for end of the year recap? I know there is an option to mute activities for small runs and commutes. But I’m used to putting these activities in private. Will these activities still be counted in the summary sent at the end of the year?

When I post my runs my time doesn’t show up on the feed I can only see it when I go into the activity it looks like I have hidden it ( I haven’t) 

 Hi I need help. Has anyone had this issue and has fixed it?? I did a long run this morning and it imported from my Apple Watch like usual but it’s not showing up. It’s check marked as imported but does not show up in feed or adds to my distance etc.. I don’t know what else to do I feel like I’ve tried everything. Restarting my phone, deleting the app and re installing multiple times, deleting it from my watch and reinstalling, I even tried exporting the file from my Health app to my iCloud and then to Strava website and that didn’t work either. 

Why is the workout analysis different on website and iphone app? Hi! A few years ago I created a public route, and I would love to see if any activity was added in that time, to compare times. I do see attached screenshot on the mobile app, but it would be nice to see some more stats, like how many users have tried the route, what average finish time is etc? I also checked the API documentation but I dont see any way to get route activities, which would be great.  

 I can see the activity description, small map and any media media uploaded on everyone’s activity on my feed screen. But when I press the map to get to the map screen I cannot see the map.  All I see is the line of the route with no underlying map.  There’s just a blank white screen under the route. And don't have duckduckgo or similar because most topics said it was that.

I’m unable to get through to support and every ticket I create is marked “Solved” within seconds after creation despite no reply.I have yet to interact with a human after having paid for an inaccessible subscription that Apple refuses to refund without stating a reason why. The Apple payment integration is broken and somehow I’m being forced to pay for this faulty system.How am I supposed to interact with support when every ticket I create is automatically closed? I have yet to hear from a human after days of trying to get through. The ticketing system is broken. 

Hello, while I’m aware that many users have probably already reported issues related to the recent layout changes in the mobile app's map, I’d like to share a few specific observations: POIs (Points of Interest) Fences North Orientation Indicator Previously, all three were always visible on the map for saved activities. Now, they seem to be turned off by default but do appear when I start recording a new activity.These changes noticeably affect the overall user experience. I’m not sure if they are bugs or intentional design decisions, but I wanted to share my feedback and ask if this behavior is intended or if it could be improved.

Hi so im not sure if its a small mistake or if its supposed to be like that. I was checking my progress and comparing it to previous weeks and years, and when i touched the current day to compare to a previous week or years the app shows "today" on both bubbles on the graphs as you can see here, its just a minor thing i would like you to know, keep up the good work!

could you please tell me if it is possible for Strava to delete a load of activities from a Garmin device that was paired to a friend's account? There are far too many to delete manually.In the furture a simple solution would be a simple warning when pairing: "Do you want all activity data from the watch to be uploaded?"Other option is user block activity delation with simple interface. Strava Ticket: 3233060  

Every day, when I launch the Strava app on the Apple Watch, I get the loading spinner with the app icon while the app launches, then a screen that just says “Loading…” that blocks the UI for anywhere from 60 to 120 seconds or more. Why does the Loading screen need to be there?Blocking the app is extremely frustrating from a UX perspective, and it’s becoming a dealbreaker after years of waiting an extraordinary amount of time (and sometimes forgetting) to start my activity every day. Whatever it’s doing (e.g., updating the list of sport types based on frequency of use), could it instead be done in the background for the next app launch? I use my Apple Watch for limited periods of fitness tracking each day, so I turn it off every day. That seems like it could be a factor in the choice to present this Loading screen every single time, but I think that’s further evidence it needs to change, as a cold launch after a restart is not a g

Are the team at Strava aware? I can’t find a way to report this but an error message is currently plaguing the route planner “sorry, we couldn’t complete that action”. Upon refreshing all my routes disappeared at one point too. Server issue?
