I’m sure it would be tough to have Strava automatically remove rest times from overall pace (one man’s rest might be another man’s workout), but Strava should allow me to identify rest “segments” in my uploaded workout.  Strava can then ignore them when calculating pace and give me a true average pace.  Example, I run 8x800m with 1 min standing rest - Strava will mark my pace as slower because of the 8 minutes of standing rest.  When we mark the type of run as “workout” I would think Strava could account for rests.  Even better would be for Strava to put my splits on the main workout overview instead of having to drill into the workout.  

There needs to be a method to reset all elevation data, updating a single ride in the app isn’t practical. I have years worth of incorrect elevation data due to a faulty GPS 

Hello I m trying to find out if there is a way to check total khm of my club members.Since challenge is only pay to join i have invited my friends to a club to challenge each other but i want to make it yearly not every week. Is there any way to do that?

Doesn't happen on all maps, but most are zoomed out when you want to view them, and only way to see route is by a flyby - not very helpful. This has been since the last main update.When's it going to be resolved?

Hi everyone. I'm new to Strava, I have the free version. My friend logged our walk and I shared it to my feed, I wanted to add my own photos but the upload photo icon is greyed out. I've checked my app permissions but still can't find the issue.  

I recently move from UK to the US how do I change the country to USA? 

Is anyone else having problems creating Segments today ?I have created many hundreds of Segments over the last 5 years and so I am quite familiar with the process.  Today I keep getting “Strava is temporarily unavailable” messages when I try to create 3 new Segments (all in different Activities).  I have successfully created a couple of other Segments and I don’t see anything unusual about the problematic new Segments.  Has anyone seen anything similar ? (I’ve not come across anything like it before).  “Status.Strava.com” says everything is working normally.

Any chance that we could log the distance covered on a static machine eg stationary bike, elliptical, rowing machine? It’s frustrating that these are excluded from the progress tab!

Hi in fat map there was loads of great ski routes for back country as well as route descriptions for these and on pist descriptions. Are we going to see these returning to Strava? As there's running and biking routes so should be skiing?

If I assign different shoes to an activity after it's already uploaded, I don't see a change in that shoe's total mileage from the Gear page. I see the same issue whether I update the gear from the iOS app, or the web app. Anyone else seeing this problem? (iOS v321.0.0 (r39013))

I’ve been doing a 5 mile minimum per day run streak this whole year, and my year in sport said my running streak was something like 190 days.  It’s messed up, because some days of that streak were ultramarathons that spanned multiple days.  Strava has the data.  It always just shows one giant activity on the day the activity began, even though the activity spans multiple days.They should come up with a stretched dot, or some other mechanism to visualize a multi-day event, and also count that towards a “streak”. Would also be nice to see (and possibly have settings) for “streaks”

For creating routes I would really like to control what activity types I can toggle on or off for the personal heatmap as well as the global heatmap.For example: I want to build a run route based of a biking activity, a walk or even a ‘trail run’. It’s impossible. Even if you’d start route creating as ‘ride’ to see the global and/or personal heatmap for that activity type and than change to ‘run’ the route is re-calculated. Same problem when saving a route from a buddy, it re-calculates when you want to compare it to your own heatmap which may not have that activity type.Another case where is is important to be able to layer heatmaps of any type is in remote regions of the world where it is very helpful to check out different activity types and find for example a running route by also adding the biking information to it.All the heatmap information already exists in the Strava database, so we just need to add the toggles, right?

So I’ve noticed that not long ago my biggest climb changed to 4105m, from a ride where the total elevation was 299m, and on top of that, was done in 2018. I’ve tried to see if i could manually change it without deleting the ride but to no avail. I do not want to delete the ride by the way, but i would like to see this corrected as it’s a bit annoying and unfair to the real stats which i work hard for ;)

I have my strava setup with my Facebook login. Now not able to login . Please assist. Getting this issue. I have an active subscription too.

How do I view the details of an e-bike segment when I just have it's name?I used the 'Don't see the segment you're looking for' feature to show me other segments in the area of my E-Bike ride - this gives me the name of a segment that I want to look at. But there seems to be no way of actually seeing the segment details.The segment I'm interested in doesn't ever appear on the segments map - maybe because it's not well used? Even if I had the segment ID number I could look it up that way - but I can't get any info about it apart from the name. Any ideas?

I used 'Draw your own route' with iPhone app and was able to finish it. Once I saved it it is no longer there. Now when I click on Maps -> Routes to check routes for my city, I see only 3 old ones. I don't see the ones I created. On the other hand, once I logged in your website, I am able to see all routes I created.

Just want to check if anyone know how long it takes for strava to reply to a support ticket? its been 2 days now and not sure if my ticket is still open and if i followed the right steps. 

I did an indoor workout (no GPS data)  but accidentally left the watch running after for 22 hours.  I want to crop it.  But the “Crop” option does not appear when I click the “...” menu.  How do I crop this?  Did they move the crop options?

No issues with the app other than the Who To Follow feature. Please add an option to hide this. I am not interested in this at all and nor is anyone else I know who uses Strava. Did Strava copy this from Facebook as I dislike it on there too!

We host a weekly clubride with multiple routes on the same date and time. We used to share the links to the routes in the event text plus a link to our rules and guides. Since the weekend Strava keeps deleting all links from the event text. Is there a work-a-round to cover the links from detection or to have a link sektion in the club event form? Cheers Tobias

Hello,my friend offered me to join his family strava plan. Unfortunately strava tells me, that I have to live in the same country to join him. In fact we live in the same country, so what can I do to be able to enter the plan? Is there someone from support to check it out? Thank you,Jakub Ch. 

This started today, 2/7.  In Route Builder, the pointer is offset to the left of the actual pointer by a significant margin.  It makes it impossible to pick waypoints or create a route.  I’m running the latest version of Microsoft Edge on Windows 11, if that helps.  I’ve tried all the basics: Computer reboot, cntrl-f5 page reload, cookie deletion, but the problem persists.  Any idea how to resolve this?
