Boa tarde,I don’t know when this first started happening, but the media (pictures or videos) I upload during my activities are no longer labelled with the time they were taken. Thinking it might’ve been a thing for my most recent activities, I went back to older ones only to find out that these also don’t have their correspondent timestamp. Not on the mobile app, nor on my PC.I was going through account settings, but couldn’t really find anything useful to bring this feature back. Was this a definite change? Can I get the timestamps back? I do find them interesting, as they give me a better idea of what place I was at at time X.Moitas grazas pola vosa axuda,Yago

Is this just me or has the iOS app started eating much more mobile data lately? Last month, I've noticed an unusually high amount of mobile data used by Strava. I thought it might have been because I've uploaded a video to one of my activities while being on cellular data. Anyway, I thought I'd keep an eye on this; with a new billing month, I usually reset the mobile data stats, so I've done that: and after 2 weeks, I can see that Strava is the #1 on the mobile data eaters list again, with 1.59 GB. 😳I haven't really changed the way how I use the mobile app. I do not use it to track my runs/walks in the real time (I record those with the AW native workout app and import afterwards). I'd sometimes use the maps during an activity to get directions, or scroll through the timeline to deal some kudos when traveling, and upload my activities (typically, when I finish a run, I'd do the upload while stretching yet outside / on mobile data). Hi I've been injured for a while & unable to run. I logged on to Strava today & noticed it had updated and I can no longer find the monthly challenges that would allow me to collect badges. Has this feature been disabled? I can still find my existing trophy case. Thank you

Hi all,I've noticed a lot of comments lately about missing or hidden links while using Strava. After checking here, I saw Community Manager Marya's post explaining that the links are being filtered to maintain community safety. (https://communityhub.strava.com/t5/strava-features-chat/upholding-platform-safety/td-p/45352)On behalf of many in the community, I want to say thank you for addressing this, but I also encourage you to share this information (there is a safety issue, & we are working on a fix) within the app itself. There is a ton of confusion about this.The Community Hub, while passionate, represents only an incredibly small group of power users. Most people simply think something is broken on your app. A little transparency would go a long way, and I’m sure you’ll receive plenty of support as you work on a solution.Thanks!good luck 🙂 

Hi Strava team. I recently (about a week and a half ago) made updates on OpenStreetMap to a local trail system (Oak Mountain State Park in Pelham/Birmingham AL) to add a couple of new trails and fix a couple of trail routing issues within the Strava route builder. However, these fixes, while showing up in OpenStreetMaps still, have not yet updated within the Strava route builder. I am curious the typical timeline between updating maps/trails in OpenStreetMap and them being usable in Strava? Thanks.

There doesn’t appear to be a hide function for segments I haven’t ridden.  There are many old segments cluttering my local heat map from old charity rides/events for instance that no one records anymore. This one is from 2012, 9 riders total, as an example: https://www.strava.com/segments/2481219However, hovering over it does seem to initiate a hide button on any page I can find.Is there a way I am missing to do this?Thank,Mike

why does the AI state that i have best power output for 5 and 30 mins, yet Strava shows no trophies for them? 

Hi team, Recently been noticing that my efforts for a few segments have not been updating in the local legend tally.Segments in question:Yokine reserve double loopYokine reserve triple loop For the triple loop I've done at least 6 efforts in the past 90 days, yet the Local legend has 1 to his name. Thanks

whenever you’re in edit mode and you drag a map to see another area, it always drops a new waypoint which you then have to delete every time! should be a way of moving the map without creating a waypoint. 

This is driving me nuts. There are several segments in the climbs near me which have KOMs with OBVIOUS bad GPS data; in some cases the entire Top-10 is comprised of rides with bad GPS! I’m talking OBVIOUS bad: Like 215 mph, 91mph, tons of 60-80mph -- up 12% hills! The GPS map on Strava shows them riding over water, trees, looping over roads, going in straight lines through the forest, etc.Most of them can be flagged. It’s annoying that Strava can’t figure out how to automatically flag an 80 or 200 mph segment, but oh well. BUT there are several rides -- including KOMs! -- which can NOT be flagged! When you try to flag it, you fill out the “reason” box, click the “flag” button, and the box just clears. I’ve tried multiple browsers, with multiple flagging reasons, over multiple days. No matter WHAT, some of these BOGUS KOMs and Top-10s simply cannot be flagged!WHAT GIVES?Also: Why are there certain segments which have sooooooooo many bad GPS errors?

Hey Strava, I’ve noticed the following troubling pattern related to the segment consolidation effort.Let’s say there is an old segment based on trails that no longer exist because there has been some rerouting or just a segment based on a very poor quality GPS data. A new segment is created from a very accurate GPS track produced with a recently released GPS watch with dual-band GPS to correct both the segment track and the distance. At the same time the old inaccurate segment is hidden.What I discover some time later is that the accurate segment is gone without a warning - simply gone. The inaccurate segment remains but remains hidden for me. So at the end I have neither. When Strava consolidates segments it would be reasonable to check them against the heatmap and see which one is closest to recent activities. If the consolidation is based purely on the popularity or a number of hits is the main criteria, how would it be possible to account for the trail reroutings?Consider the follo

Strava is absolutely useless for us skiers. Does anyone know of an app similar to fatmaps? I don't give a damn about running or cycling, I want back the same maps that fatmaps had for us skiers.

When I look for a specific person Y (not following, private profile) in the overview, it says “X is a subscriber”. When I go into my friend X's profile (we follow each other) the person Y does not belong to the person he’s following/subscribing. It also fits with the total number of people he is following.  What’s right? Does X follow Y?Is it possible to hide persons you follow in your list or is it just an error/bug. I know that X followed Y but it was a time ago and Y was part of his list also.  thank you so much 😊

All the other riders' Strava accounts show the Group Activity ("Rider X rode with Rider Y and Rider Z" etc), but I don't show up in their rides and they don't show up on mine. My Privacy Setting in Group Activities in my settings is set to "Everyone."I opened a support ticket two weeks ago but haven’t even got a response. Anyone experienced the same issue and maybe solved it somehow?

Was just looking back at some of my first activities recorded on Strava (rides) and noticed that the gear selected for the ride was my current default bike for "ride" sport types (Cervelo R5). The problem here is that the bike I have set as my default for rides was purchased several years after these first rides. For those initial rides, I'm guessing I didn't have any gear set, so I then looked at the rides I had logged just before my actual first ride with my current bike, and see that they too are marked as R5 rides, even though I know by that time I would have marked them as my old bike (Allez).When I recently set my default bike for rides (R5) did that action override what gear I selected (or didn't select) for those old rides, and artificially inflate the miles logged on my R5? 

Tried to write this when forums where down (lol), so brief and to the point here:Fix route creation. Cannot believe it hasn’t been fixed yet, it’s useless now. Nothing is functional, it selects the specific route no one wants to ride, double click adds a way point (I think single click for that is enough clicks, there are only so many, and right now, I give zero clicks for my previous fave function). Concretely: get the functionality of the old model. There are many others things that are wrong, you can find a long list in all the posts that no one submitted when the forum was down.Oh, and make sure you ditch this API circus. I know whoever reads this has zero influence on it, but I just want you to know had bad Strava is becoming.Thank you for once being awesome.

Hi, on my indoor route (Stage 1 - Million Dollar Highway Colorado) today I noticed that I didn't see my wife on the segment the complete climb, "All time woman". Her time was on place 5 but she isn't visible at all. We have the same privacy settings and we are friends IRL (😂) but on Strava as well 😂.  We should also see followers on the site but that isn't visible either.Her profile name brehmweg@duck.com. Thanks for help😊

How come we don't have 5 mile and 10 mile PB records? There's plenty of these races out there. Garmin record the these PB's but for some reason strava doesn't, they just the 1 and 2 miles distances.

Does anyone know how to enter the number of steps in Strava after running or walking? Do I need to have a step counteror  pedometer?  Até. Rodrigues Bomfim

 at some point I’ve selected certain activities to be in the drop down list at the top, the training log then pulls from those activities to look at. I want to add a new activity type in but I can’t figure out how to - can anyone help please? For example yesterday it’s showing one 27 minute activity (yoga), it’s not showing a virtual row I logged because virtual row is not in the drop down.thank you!

Hi Team, I am having sync issue between Strava and Zepp. Whenever I start the activity in my Amazefit, it shows all the values correctlyWhen i sync my activity to the strava. It does not show the correct time, map and my location. Also, it does show the max speed of 0 km/h for my cycling activity. 

In the activity details, in the “Results” segment list, a segment name does not display correctly apparently when it has a dot in it.
