Hi all,I don't know where to put this question. So, here i go:So i want to buy Strava Premium. I bought for 70 euro's on Google Pay.What is didn't see, that my Google Pay and Strava-mail don't match.Now i got 70 euro's on a different mailadres and no Premium.Can i change the e-mailadres on strava what is connected to Google Pay or am i doomed to make a whole new strava account?  

It says the club posts situation has been resolved on other conversations but is anyone else still unavailable to post on their club despite having tried everything?

Hi, Strava map query here: as of lately, when I click on the map recorded by Wahoo/Strava, all I get is my 'naked' route, ie just the outlines of my route but no background map at all to click on and enlarge, so no option to home in on the 'real' map to go over where I've been. Yikes. Am I going wrong somewhere, or is this Strava's naff idea of an update?!?

The fitness score/ graph is more like a training load score or effort score. It tracks the strain you're putting on your body, but doesn't account for things like efficiency, speed, or how well you’re adapting to that load. Calling it a "fitness score" is definitely a misnomer, especially when it doesn't accurately reflect your actual fitness improvements.My score has gone down 20% in the past 45 days even though I'm doing similar milage as at my peak, I've just gotten more efficient. So technically, the decrease in "fitness" is actually an increase.It’d be much more helpful if it were framed as something more specific, like training strain or load tracking, so users wouldn’t mistake it for a true measure of fitness. But for now, it’s really more about the volume and effort of your training than your actual fitness progress. Thoughts?

Hi, this was raised about a year ago and there still does not appear to be a resolution for it.  I seem to have a few runs completed where the activity time is completely missing for no apparent reason. One of my activities it was there previously but now it is gone.I’ve seen something about the amount of space, but this is not the issue at all. There is enough space, the detail is just not there.  I’ve uploaded two examples where you can clearly see the run with the time displayed has more achievements than the run without the time.This is only when on the mobile app on the main activity feed. You can see the time when you click the activity but most of us just want the time on the main page so it can be seen when scrolling.It is a small issue but very frustrating. Please resolve it.  If you need to omit details from this area, omit the achievement badges as this is less important than the time in my opinion. Would be grateful for an explan

My widget recently changed from orange bars to green and now also appears to be showing my year to date mileage instead of weekly mileage. The color is less of an issue (just weird it changed) but I would like the option to go back to seeing my weekly mileage rather than year to date.   

Would be good to have the Segments inside some control with a scroll bar, that when going through all the segments the elevation map or even the map would still be visible.Now when you are scolling down the map disappears after 25 segements and the elevation map after 30 segments (depends on the resolution). This is how it is now:--The list of segmetns can be very long, and if you are scrolling down through them, the map and the elevation map are not visible any more sooner or later.Thats why I would put all the segments into some control like DataGridView, where you can use a scoller if there is more then X number of items inside of it. So it would be like: 

On the mobile Strava Version you have a nice overview on how many Km,Hours and Elevation you‘ve gained in the last 3 months.  Now it usually has the Kilometers/Miles on the Y axis. How do I change it to hours?So that the chart has the highest peak at the week with the most hours and not with the most Km/miles.

Hi, I’ve recently subscribed to strava and after using the flyover video it creates after each of my runs it was great so see, little dot goes along your route you have just ran aswell as a red line following. Now for whatever reason my flyover vids are still working and being created but there is only a little dot following my route and no red line it’s hard to navigate your route. Anybody know why? It was available on previous runs and even if I go back and view them it’s the same now. Just the dot no red line. If I view any of my followers activity and view there flyover they have there’s all fine. 🤷🏻‍♂️ any help please 🙏 

I wonder if any of you have gotten a solution to a similar problem;I have an old Strava account, https://www.strava.com/athletes/13939161 , which I am fairly certain used my Facebook account to log in. Because I can see that I have a Strava connection still active on my Facebook account from the same time I created my first account.However, when I got a new phone and wanted to log in, I made a mistake and chose Google as log in method instead. My Facebook and Google account has the same email connected. Somehow that created a new account, https://www.strava.com/athletes/133051305 . Now I cannot access my old account. When I choose Facebook as login method, it directs me to the new account. The same for Google and Email login. I cannot wrap my head around this, since Strava claims that

I attempt to post in my team’s club as I do on the daily to provide updates for the team (I help coach) and I was able to post until tonight when I attempted to post a link for the meet results and then it wouldn’t let me post anymore. I attempted after that without a link and I also wasn’t able to post. I am the admin and owner of the club. It doesn’t even show any errors when I try to post. It just doesn’t go through. I refresh a bunch and do all the typical things and the post just ceases to exist. What do I do? I need to be able to update my athletes. I have signed in and out of my account in hopes to fix this and it didn’t. The images show how the post doesn’t exist and there is no error message.

Whenever I try to post to the club, I receive “Sorry, this one stays red. The page you’re looking for doesn’t exist, but you’re not at a dead end. Here are a few options:” error message and nothing is posted.  All I did was click the “Publish” button.  What do I need to do to get a post onto Strava?  Our members are waiting to hear from us!

I can't find the Strava app on the Play Store in Korea. I know that Korean support has ended and the default language has changed to English, but why can't I install the app? Is this a temporary issue?

Hi everyone,Me and my gf ride bikes a lot. We logged 140+hours this year alone and very decent volume in last two years as well. We upload our rides with power and heart rate data. My girlfriend is quite strong and gets a lot of QOMs, often ahead of pro riders. Unfortunately lately someone regularly flags here activities. She marks them as ok, then get a flag again and then needs to wait for days until it’s resolved.Nice thing about getting a QOM is that your friends  see it and can congratulate it. Silly or not that’s what the feature is about for many people - you enjoy your achievement. When the activities are flagged it has reverse effect: people think something was wrong and she gets worried people will think she is cheating.I find it very unfair that she needs to wait for review to get her achievements visible again. She uploads here rides with HR and power date. Her profile is open so everyone can look at her training history. The power is very consistent

If I use share > copy embed code, the preview language is somehow set to Spanish.  This is also replicated when I paste the code into my blog on blogger.  Everything else in my Strava is in English.  Does anyone have any idea how I can change this please?  

Every time I open Maps, it defaults to Global Heatmap showing San Francisco. Previously, My Heatmap was the default, showing the location where you are/had your last activity. Can you please revert this functionality, it's super annoying to have to change it every time.

The AI feature is completely useless to me. Today it told me that during a walk the elevation of 112 metres was quite modest (which i already knew) and "lower than your monthly average of 90 metres". Huh?  Even some basic arithmetic is too difficult for AI.

There’s a problem on strava with activities getting buried. When someone visits my profile, I would like them to be able to see the activities I’m most proud of. I think the perfect way to implement this is something similar to Instagram story highlights. With an implementation similar to story highlights, you get two features in one: Use case 1 is simply to have individual activities pinned. That’s possible with story highlights: you can have a highlight that is only 1 story. This use case is something that has been suggested before.  Use case 2 is that you can now pin a full series/group of activities. You could, for example, create a highlight that consists of every race from 2024. You could create a highlight that contains every day of your multi-day cycling trip. Hi, I’m admin of Strava Club.I wanna add a new post. The post is published as usual and the club members receives a notification. When I check my club dashboard later, the post is not visible and I see only older posts. It has happened first time this morning.Do you have any idea for the solution?

I bought a family plan for myself and 3 friends other which live in the same country (Denmark) but originally from other countries.Since the accounts were not created in the current country, 2 of them are unable to join, despite having changed the Strava country in settings and registering all the activities in Denmark.They opened tickets but Strava support is not doing anything to solve it…It has been a month and they haven’t been able to enjoy the premium, so unfair that you pay but not get what you paid for.

Thank you for a great app and thank you for offering a data export function through the Strava archive.   Could you please include timestamp and location information as EXIF tags in the media files of the Strava archive? I would like to use the media files in the Strava archive to create a photo album of the workout photos in chronological order and with location information.   Thanks for your consideration.

Hallo, ich habe zwei Accounts: einen den ich aktuell nutze und einen, den ich wohl einmal aus Versehen erstellt hatte (null Aktivitäten aufgezeichnet). Heute habe ich aus Versehen beim Beantragen eines Familien-Abos dieses auf die Email registrieren, die ich nicht mehr bzw. noch nie richtige genutzt habe. Schon blöd. Kann ich irgendwie das Familien-Abos auf die Mail umswitchen, die ich regulär nutze?(Translation: I have two accounts: one that I'm currently using, and one that I apparently created by mistake (with zero activity recorded). Today, while requesting a family subscription, I accidentally registered it to the email address that I no longer use or have never really used. It's a bummer. After I finished an outside workout with GPS data and opening the workout, first time the map doesn't show the workout route, but the whole Europe map ... I saw that the data view is now in an action sheet below which is ok, a lot of apps are started to use that component, but now I need to close and reopen my workout to see my workout route on the map view which is frustrating! Same with friends workouts sometimes, I open their workout and the map shows almost the entire world map first time ... I'm using an Android device.
