Hello. Do you have any plans to add ukrainian language for the Strava interface? 

Hey folks,  I used to be able to make posts on my profile page and in clubs but for the last few months, it is giving me an error. It just says ‘something went wrong’ and does not get posted. I don’t think I have changed anything. My Strava version is uploaded and so is my iOS. What may be the problem? I’m attaching an image of the issue I face. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I was riding yesterday using my IGP BSC300 bike computer that is connected to Strava. I received a call from a friend to go and visit. I have never been to his place so I asked for the address to navigate there and I wanted to create a route to the address in the Strava App but I found it impossible to simply add the address in a just ask the App to plan the route. There is a search option but when adding the address it would take it as the start point, once the start point is selected there is no longer a search option only the pencil or adding another waypoint by scrolling the map. I think this should be a really basic function, so I wonder what is that I do wrong? In desktop there is no problem with this. Thanks

When I am creating a route the default surface type is “Any Surface Type” so I always have to open the dropdown and click “Prefer Paved Surfaces”.Because 99% of my rides are road rides this is a bit annoying having to do this every time I’m creating a route.It’s not a game changer but is there anyway to have “Prefer Paved Surfaces” as the default and not “Any Surface Type”?Cheers,C

Hi!I recently picked up a non-electric scooter from Decathlon so I can save some time on walks while still getting some movement in, instead of going lazy with an electric scooter.I'm looking for a workout type (preferably in Strava) that would roughly match the calorie calculation, while also logging my heart rate, speed/distance and GPS route in to my Apple Health/Fitness apps. I was trying to find a list that shows which workouts log what, but can't find that for either the Apple workout app or Strava.I can't imagine I'm the only one looking for this, what are you all using for this to get the data I mentioned earlier?While we're at it; I went stand up paddleboarding yesterday, it didn't log a rou

While editing a route when a waypoint is already selected to be moved, if I pinch to zoom I'm immediately zoomed way out such that my waypoint is in the ocean and I'm viewing the entirety of the US and Mexico. At that point I can't even zoom back in. Seems zoom just isn't supported while moving a waypoint. This is made worse by the fact that if I zoomed in before moving a waypoint, when I select a waypoint for moving, I'm zoomed out slightly by what seems like a minimum zoom factor. This is making it extremely hard to edit a map on mobile. Strava for Android version 358.12.

On my local hill, the MTB trails have been maintained and upgraded over the years, i.e. got their lines slightly changed and features added. Hence, the existing Strava segments and leaderboards aren't relevant anymore because the trails are now different, often longer. How should one go about this? Add new segments on top of the existing ones? Will this make a mess? How could the old segments be removed (not sure I can find their creators and make them do it)? Many thanks!

The update that shares pictures now with the info, is good, however it distorts the picture and missed half out. It was much better the way it was before, can we have that option back!

When I record it as walking, the total exercise time appears. The Strava Map shows private parking locations in Points of Interest. In OpenStreetMap (the map data that the system is based on) some parking areas are marked as private - e.g. the drive of someone’s house or a private building complex. However, Strava seems to import them all and display them as parking which is a bit misleading.

When starting a segment the screen works ok but as I enter the segment the entire screen turns green 

Hi,I have an i-phone, and in the last two weeks or so during my rides, the screen goes bright green / blank so cannot see the map / route screen, but if you change the view to speed/time etc. it’s all still happening. I can see that now it’s been happening to others, so I guess this is just to register my frustration with the app.

Hi, I've been having trouble adjusting the mileage when uploading my treadmill activity.Strava is missing 1.5K, and I want to adjust the distance. How can I change this?

I’m experiencing an issue where when I zoom out on the map, the map seems to be cropped and details are not visible within the cropped circle. As you zoom out further this becomes even smaller making the map unusable. See screenshot attached. I’ve checked on the normal website and this doesn’t happen. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a bug? 

I couldn’t find any place to send direct feedback to Strava so here we are. The new layout for activities is truly awful. It’s clunky, unintuitive, and very frustrating.Why is it when I click the map, it doesn’t go full screen?  Why does opening the photos require multiple taps? Tapping the small photo square swaps the photos to the banner and then tapping the banner opens the photos full screen. Why does the map not follow this same behavior for going full screen????Please revert the layout or give users the option to choose. And if it’s not broken don’t fix it. 

To the good folks at Strava,Please allow the user to share the aspect ratio in which they want to export their image with the run statistics.Previously, it was 4x5, and it worked. The reason it worked is that in this aspect ratio, you could see the strava logo, the image in focus and the stats at the bottom of the image, in one glance. It came together pretty well. Very shareable. Strava logos everywhere. Run stats right where you want them. Boom.But now, with the new aspect ratio, this does not work as well as you may have thought. I’ll lay it out.Scenario 1:I share a picture i took to my Instagram story with my run stats. Now, who ever came with the aspect ratio idea thought that the image would take the whole screen and it would look good. But the stats are now in areas of the screen which are occupied by the app specific action buttons! My run stats are hidden and so is your strava logo. They did not consider this

The stats display has changed on photos that I share.from Strava. How do I change it back. The stats now cover most of the picture instead of being a banner at the bottom. See the difference below.

Hi, I'm using a huawei smartwatch and it syncs with strava. I was using running mode when I was taking a break I paused via smart watch, but strava didn't detect the pause and strava continued to detect me moving. Should I enable auto pause mode on the strava app?

Hello Strava community, and especially strava employees:There are a few segments I "keep tidy", meaning I flag obvious motorized assistance.  Sometimes I wonder why... but recall that strava is community moderated, so I try.They are obvious - the hill climb holder is a former world tour pro who set the KOM when he was in the world tour.  Then there's 2-3x the speed and totally unrealistic VAM's of people with their tracking on in vehicles.  This is against strava's stated rules.Strava used to allow 10 per day of these flagging, so I'd do 10 per day when work was slow.  Now for 3 days and counting my account is prevented from flagging.1.  When did the quantity per day change?2. Has strava permanently flagged my account, for doing what is the intended purpose of community self regulation, on entirely legitimate basis of rides? 

Heat maps are so great but I feel like making them activity specific takes a huge amount of value out of them. Especially when they are split up between trivial differences like Run and Trail Run (or even Hike for that matter). Does anyone know why this decision was made? Any word of just One Heat Map™ on the horizon?

  3D view map preview is selected by default for all trail runs. I see it a lot in my feed because most of people who I follow are trail runners. I find that the 3D map hurts usability of Strava more than it helps. With the 2D map, just by glancing at the map preview, I often instantly know where the run was - many shapes of trails are easily recognizable. But with the 3D map a good part of the route is often obstructed by terrain like in the example below. That is because the view is always oriented south to north. So unless the activity was on a south slope or the terrain is fairly flat, the 3D map often looks quite terrible and useless to convey a good information about the activity.  I find that I often want to switch back to the normal 2D map, and that is glitchy by the way.
