Years of activities missing on web app, but all are on my mobile app?  Why?

The new map engine was recently expanded on Android and beginning today I am seeing a new problem. Firstly, the 3D is not working. Here's a shot of Mt Everest, which is known for being pretty tall, but it is rendered flat:This was not a problem a few days ago. Curiously the Alps seem to be working but other mountain areas worldwide aren't.Strava recently touted they have new winter satellite maps, but on this skiing activity it looks no different from the standard map:I am also having pan and zoom issues where the map becomes unresponsive to all inputs requiring restarting the app. If I had to guess it's because the camera is in an otherwise disallowed location due to the 3D not loading correc

Hi, I run on trails a lot and recently learned I am supposed to be able to log runs as a trail run. But somehow that’s not possible for me. If I want to edit the run later, I can only choose between “run”, “long run”, “workout” and “commute”. No trail run option in sight. I am using an iPhone. Anyone with the same problem?

I’m trying to renew my Strava subscription but it tries to charge me much more than it’s charging in my country. I’ve raised a ticket 4 WEEKS ago and I got not a single response. This is just plain disrespect towards clients. What can I do?

I am trying to find the first bicycle ride I recorded on a specific bicycle “Gear” in Strava. I cannot find a way to search or filter activities by Gear. Is there a way to do this?

The last three times I have run using Strava it has incorrectly had my moving time less that half the time of my run. For example this morning I ran 12.3km in 1 hour 11 minutes (without stopping) yet my moving time is listed as 29 minutes.As a result my average pace is completely wrong and all segments are wrong.It is correctly tracking the distance I have covered so don't see how this could be a gps issue? Also I have used RunKeeper simultaneously, which has worked fine. I am having to delete my Strava activity and port from RunKeeper.Any idea what is causing this? I have been using Strava with no problems with my phone for a long time so don't understand why it has started doing this?

Steps to reproduce: iOS, Chrome mobile browser log into your Strava account  top-right corner menu > Clubs tap any of the clubs from the list expected result: club page opens actual result: immediately after the club page loads, it redirects you as if you weren't logged in (message "Want to run with us? Download Strava to connect with athletes in this club and track your workouts, races and adventures.” and the orange "Join Strava” button)notes:reproducible with any club (both those that I own or don't) reproducible also with Safari it’s not actually logging me out, when I go back to the dashboard I can browse my timeline etc; it rather seems that the Club landing page somehow doesn't recognise that the user is logged in

During a riding audio cues (start, stop, pause) do not sound. Audio cues are enabled in the settings.Android. Samsung.How to fix it?

Below is a screenshot of random ghost waypoints that I yoinked off the route trying to reroute…  What am I doing wrong? I’ve been making maps for 9 years already using this editor and I never ran into this issue..      

Saved a friend’s bike map. I want to change a few of the roads he chose along the way, so I chose to edit a copy of his map. I can change the starting point easily enough, but I can’t seem to add new waypoints along the way in order to change the route.Is there a way to do that?

I was recording a long distance ride when my iPhone died. Restarted iPhone after recharge. Restarted Strava to see if my recording had been lost, but all I get is the spinning wheel and app unlocked up. I don’t want to lose the recording progress that I’d made before the power disruption. 

A lot of people use t.ex. Zwift both for training and races. It should be possible e to set the type of activity to "Race" for virtual rides too. Looking at my Monthly fitness, it's not possible to get a good view on how the race period affected my fitness. 

Is there a option where i can create a consistency challenge. For eg, I want the group to be phycially active for 21 out of 30 days in month for a minimum of 30 days. I do not see an option to create this type of challenge even though i have a strava subscription.Is that correct or am i missing somthing. Second if I am able to create a challenge how do i invite the whole group instead of sending it individually to each member? Can someone guide if if this is possible and how to achieve it.?DO we need any third party plug ins to do this?

I submitted my request to download my data yesterday about 24 hours ago and I still have not received my link to download my data 😥Does anyone have any idea how long this takes?I think I did it about a year ago and it was within a few minutes. Thanks.

I am baffled 😯 by Strava at the moment and a little disappointed 😔 to. I couldn’t get Zwift &Strava to link ended up doing the manual route. Deleted Strava and Zwift several times etc etc etc. yesterday did a 5km ride to see if anyone from Strava had waved a magic 🪄 and responded to one of the several tickets I have sent in. No luck and no sync 😖 i then did a 20km and i could not believe my  👀s it synced with Zwift. So I added some photos and made a comment uploaded it and appears for a moment then I can’t see it again on the page where my followers are my followers can see it because they are giving me kudos. After a while I opened Strava again and it is now on the you list of activities but still not visible to me on the open page with followers. Grrrr

It seems like saving routes isn't working. The route is created but then does not appear in the route list

I ran my longest run this morning of 6.01 Miles. Garmin also noted it was my PR in the 5K but when it uploaded to Strava, none of this was recognized and the overall time, distance and pace are so different? 

I’m trying to use strava audio queues from my apple watch SE but I only have pace and distance audio queues in the run options. I gave all permissions regarding heart rate. All my runs have heart rate charts and everything, its just not showing up as an option for audio cues. (Fitness and motion is on and all that). Is there a fix to this? I have a premium subscription as well.

I am trying to use the strava app on a pixel watch 2. But the screen goes off after a few seconds on the watch and I have to press the button to show the screen again.Its not really useable like that so is there any way to force the screen to stay on when using the watch app to record ?I already have Always On Display set to On

Is there anyway we can get workout the strong app to sync with strava? 

Hi, I'm getting a server error in many parts of the app for instance:when trying to upgrade to premiumwhen trying to check the leaderboardwhen trying to select a route to follow and in many other parts I tried deleting app data and cache, logging out and restarting my phone. I even changed my Internet connection, nothing worked. I'm using a Galaxy S22 Ultra with One UI 6.1 and Android 14 

why does this feature use standard maps? Usually it uses satellite maps. Is there a solution for this?
