I'm not sure which API/Mapping service that Strava is currently using, but it is impossible for me to use the privacy feature to hide my home address.I live in Bahrain and the address system here is messy, so identifying an exact address is pretty difficult. Previously I could hide an address using GPS coordinates but that doesn't seem to work any more either.Anyone else facing these issues or have a better solution for me? I'm not really interested in hiding the start/end of all my activities as I don't really care when I start away from home.

Hello, I am using Samsung Galaxy watch (B62B) (Model No. SM-R800) for syncing my Strava activity. It was working almost fine till yesterday until I encountered issue on syncing my morning run from Strava to Strava servers through watch. Little did I realise at that time that it can be something to do with watch.samsung.strava being down and did multiple things to fix and now have landed up in difficult situation. Looking for some assistance now.Issues: 1. Not being able to sync activities. Getting error: “Sync failed (42)” and sometimes “Sync failed (99)”2. On reading internet, one of articles suggested going to Strava site and unlinking watch. Did that3. Now while, Strava site doesn’t know that my watch exists as I unlinked it, the app on my watch is still linked to account and there is no logout option!!! It opens up as before without prompting me to enter 4 digit new code to link again.4. Now if I try to sync activity, I get “Sync failed (7)”

When filtering for "all time" the fitness graph seems to bug out  

Hello, so whenever I end my workout of my garmin it will sync automatic to strava without any issue but everytime I check “you” menu at strava, the profile tab is missing. The solution that I already did is logout and then login again then profile tab will shown again. Anyone have dame experience with me? This happen everytime I ended workout from garmin and sync to strava

Hello, the sessions of sports shared via Ifit are wrong, for a week the difference in altitude is no longer taken into account by Strava, example, my last two sessions I did 600 meters and 600 meters of elevation gain and my two sessions on Strava display zero meters.(NordicTrack Commercial X32i treadmill workouts)

After riding 670km in one go over the weekend, the 'my longest ride' feature of strava has not updated. How can i fix this?

I Zwift a lot, even during warmer months. I like the controlled environment and training aspect of it all. I noticed when viewing another athlete in Strava, the "Side by Side Comparison" does not reflect this (very real and full of blood, sweat, and tears) data for the last 4 weeks (maybe all year/all time).Actually, it appears there is no way to merge Virtual Rides or even display Virtual Rides for last 4 weeks, even on "My Stats" on my profile page. The top of my profile page has a large font "Last 4 Weeks 6 Total Activities", but "My Stats" and "Side by Side Comparison" has "Last 4 Weeks Activities / Week 2" 

If I log into STRAVA and look at the global heatmap, I just get a blank page. Can anybody tell me what I need to do to see the global heatmap?

On one of my weeks in the "You" Progress view, the Elevation metric is truncated (it shows "1,654..." instead of "1,654 ft")This doesn't happen on any other data points that I can find. Just a random thought, I wonder if it's related to the duration being exactly "2hr" (with no minutes to display). That's the only unique thing about this data point that isn't true of the other weeks that I can see.Anyway, hope you can fix this, thanks.

good evening StravaSince the beginning of November my moving time on each activity has been drastically wrong. the last two runs I have completed have been about 1hr 10mins but Strava thinks I completed them in about 35mins which is ridiculous. And Yet Strava records my route perfectly but the time is completely bonkers.I see this is a continuing problem for many other users and I wondered when the problem will be fixed?? seems like a very basic feature to get wrong. There's nothing complicated in recording a start, finish then calculating a duration.I am using a Samsung S21 and the app version is 332.10see below bizarre graph   

My phone turned off while I was record activity. After turning on the phone (I do not have a SIM card in it), incorrect date was displayed (31st February 2022). When I turned it back on, Strava showed the time with "-". After recording activity and correcting the date and time on my phone, the workout was saved, but I can't find it anywhere. Is it possible that due to an incorrect date, the training was not included at all? Where can I find it? 

The Strava app keeps showing 50+ badge notifications and it is really never more than 3-5.  This is SO annoying.

Hi,I have some questions relating to Strava & Apple Watch/iPhone.Why does Strava have to make everything so awkward? Other, so called lesser apps can turn on the water lock automatically when you start a swim activity, so why can’t Strava?? I’ve noticed this sort of thing a lot with Strava, another example being when you start a run on the Apple Watch, it isn’t mirrored or at the very least given an option to mirror it on the iPhone. Again, other apps allow this so it’s blatantly possible, yet Strava refuse to enable it. My final question is why are there no new Apple Watch complications? There are only the same basic ones that have been there for a long time and also, there isn’t any Strava Lock Screen widgets? A feature that has been available for nearly a year now and still no support from Strava? Thanks. 

Since last watchOS update (10.1) the clock on the upper right corner is missing. Please compare this photo with a screenshot from Strava's Apple Watch FAQ page:   I tried switching the watch language to English to be sure it was not a language specific problem and that's not the case. Is this a known bug? Any suggestions to fix? It is very annoying using the Strava app on commuting by bike (so I am not worried about sports stats etc., just want to log the activity) and having to go back home to see the current time.

I have scoured notification settings but there isnt an option for turn off patronising comments. Does anyone know what they come under? 

Hi, I'm 2 seconds off the KOM for a short segment near me. (34 s) Today I had another try, but on my return home / end, & fill in the Strava report, I found it no longer exists...(The KOM holder has just moved to Spain, by the way).Can Segments be taken down or removed....? And do people do this...? TIA Ian

We have received feedback from users about this issue. How can we resolve it?Is it possible to download exercise data from Strava's API in FIT format, or is it limited to GPX format? So I was in a challenge (contest) that ended at midnight. I logged my final activity shortly before and was in the lead. Midnight came and went and I was in 1st place! I was happy I won and went to bed.I woke up this morning, and I can see now that I’m no longer #1. Nearly an hour after midnight, someone had  backdated a new entry, logging an additional activity, and that pushed me to 2nd place. How is that fair? Why does the Strava app not have something in place to prevent this? Now the admin of our challenge will see the other guy in 1st place and declare him the winner
