Please Strava, can we see segment leaderboards by year! I’d love to be able to remind myself how quick I used to be 🙏 

I track everything with my Garmin watch and sync to Strava. When skiing (alpine skiing). Strava detects lifts and cuts them out so that the height profile becomes somehting like this (lifts take no time and do not count towards total distance): This is a fine feature which was requested here:  However, there is a bug in this logic. This is implemented in such a way by just removing all points where you are traveling upwards (sitting in a lift). This assumes that the lift only travels in a direct path, which is correct for majority of lifts. But larger gondola-lifts often have a middle-station and then continue the second part in a different direction than the first part. This confuses the Strava alg

You can only choose between two distance challenges every month (ride). Thats to ride 200km or 800km in one month. It’s a big leap from 200 to 800km. Why cant they also make a challenge for something in between. 400km or 500km in one month.

I ride a lot of MTB, and I enjoy finding new tracks in my neighbourhood that I haven't used before.Could Strava not generate a feature where you can see the % of new track ridden that day both in numbers and on the map?Could also be applied to many other activities besides MTB..

I have a suggestion: when the heart rate is high the same notice that comes up to tell us to move can show up to suggest starting an activity.

When a Privacy Zone is configured around a home location, the activity track is correctly hidden and the start and end points are moved outside of the defined zone.However, if an image is uploaded to the activity, the image is displayed on the map based on its embedded GPS metadata. If the photo was taken inside the Privacy Zone, the image marker remains visible at its original location.As a result, other users cannot see the activity track inside the Privacy Zone, but can still see the exact position of the image. Until recently, when I edited a route, I could click on the small blue dots representing public photos and they would display instantly. For several weeks now, I’ve been getting a loading icon that spins indefinitely, regardless of the quality of the internet connection.Has anyone else had the same issue and managed to resolve it?

How can I connect to an interval timer with stravadoes stava have such a thing? please help  

We just had a mountain bike race last night.  Apparently, a bunch of us had our rides auto-flagged because the system thought they were e-bike rides.  When I first looked at my ride in the mobile app, I saw a box at the top that asked me to clarify if it was an e-bike ride (ride had been flagged already).  At least it gave me an option to select “ride” at that point and it was all good for me.  For a number of others (see the links below), they did not get the notification as far as they were aware, but their rides were auto-flagged.  This was just a normal MTB race on our local trails.  We are not pro-level riders, so the efforts shouldn’t appear that extraordinary.  Heck, I don’t even think we were taking any KOMs/QOMs with the efforts, so it wasn’t even a comparison to existing times on segments.  It appears the new auto-flagging system is too sensitive if it is catching that many people in a single event that are all clearly legitimate, even with heart rate data to support it.

Is the option to flag a ride still a feature.  I looked today and it seemed that the option is gone?

Is there an easy way to get Strava to suggest multiple routes between points A and B? Between two points there are always multiple ways to get from A to B, some being easier than others, either longer, shorter, more or less elevation, surface conditions (offroad to gravel to road) etc etc. It would be good to see the choice. Strava doesnt give any options. With options, this would allow creating a route with a different inbound route to the outward route. 

As Strava has been working to expand the Fatmap engine to web, I want to make this post to point out the things it does decently, mostly misses the mark on, and really needs to do better at. I am the owner/admin of a local running club.   The membership is by invite only, the requirement is that you must be a member of the real running club.On a weekly basis I copy the weekly data so that our club has historical data of previous weeks.   As a result of that, year-to-date leaderboards are produced.There is one slight problem.   The desktop version of groups limits the leaderboard to 100 members.   If the group has more than 100 members in the week that completed runs, the additional members are not shown.Can this be addressed?

Hello, is it possible to export a list from all users who gave me on my activity a kudo?

Hi,I like the newly generated training plans feature that was just released. It is very much what I need!They are, however, unusable for me on my bike as I use a Wahoo head-unit.Is it planned to be able to sync the routes/plans to head-units? Or how is the feature supposed to be used on a bike? At the moment I use Training Peaks plans but would like to consolidate on Strava. 

Hi my daughter can change the colour of her route to purple with a slogan saying "this girl can". How can I change colours. ? I just get these options. Thanks  

Hi guys, I have a family subscription which will be automatically renewed on the 27 Jan. For this new year a new member will join and one existing memeber is not interested in keeping the premium, so my question is: if I remove the member from the family today, will he be premium until the 26th and the 27 I’ll see the empty slot, or do I need to take care to do this on the 26th because otherwise I will eat up the last days of his/her premium family subscription? thanksLuca

When I check my segment times on the mobile app it uses my PR as the time on all the different options such as Men, Age Groups, This Year, My Results, I'm Following. When I filter by Weight Group then the segment time is no longer my PR but my second fastest time usually. I'm just curious about the logic being applied. Though when I use the browser based version it shows the correct segment times.

Dear Strava,  I know when I have completed an activity, I don’t need a notification for every activity, please turn these spam notifications off.

When will there be an option for weekly goal setting to automatically increase? For example weekly mileage to increase by 10% weekly.

I started using Strava in the summer of 2010 when the Whister Granfondo came to town and I had to buy a bike and start training. No Garmin, HRM, or power meter to start. Much more raw (and sometimes more enjoyable 🤣)One feature that Strava took away that I miss every day, is the ability to track distance and elevation when doing an activity on foot that is NOT a run. My wife and I power walk and hike about 3,000-4,000km a year and climb about 100,000m in the process. Unless it's recorded as a "Run" I can't track my yearly accomplishments and reach my target. Every bike ride counts, even when people coast to the park with their toddler. Unfortunately Strava has made some value judgement that says only runs can be counted and tallied up. Such a shame. If they (re)allowed the tracking of all foot activities, I think the Strava community would grow significantly. Strava wants to be so "inclusive" all the time, except for those who aren't runners

I used to type in 'ramp' to search for all my older ramp tests for comparison, now rides with rain in the title come up as well....as well as other 'near' matches and some I can't figure out why they appear! Very annoying. I'm sure it used to list them in chronological order but no longer does. 

My Stats on Strava are lame.  In the web browser view, Strava does not offer the option to show combined stats for all TYPES of activities. The only option Strava makes available are statistics each year by activity type, so Hike, Run, Swim or Bike individually.If a user wants correct statistics, we need to to manually input and calculate totals across all activity types that we are recording. There needs to be the ability for the user to combine types to get accurate readings by year and by all time.

The past few times I’ve done a treadmill run synced to my Apple Watch, the splits show up completely different when imported to Strava. See my interval training from today: the Apple splits are correct, but Strava has them WAY slower. Is there a way to fix this?
