Please update my last run pace, its not accurate

As a longtime fan and frequent user of Strava, I really value the platform and appreciate the continued development. That said, I was surprised by the recent UI changes for subscriber profiles, and I wanted to share my concerns. Orange Gradient on Subscriber Profiles The orange gradient at the top of profiles makes interface elements harder to see—particularly the icons in the top right. The dominant orange color inevitably clashes with user-generated photos in the carousel. The gradient darkens into a muddy brown at the top, which further disrupts visual harmony. A clean, neutral background would better support photo-focused content.   New Shield-Shaped Profile Photos The switch from circular to shield-shaped profile pictures for subscribers feels like an unnecessarily bold change. Since today I can suddenly see who of my contacts is a subscriber and who isn't. That means they can see the same for me. Surely that's private information I didn't give strava permission to share with my friends?I once got a subscription to support Strava, but that doesn't mean I want to broadcast it to the world. It feels extremely pretentious. Can this be turned off? And if not, can I get my subscription cancelled and refunded? It still runs until March but surely this wasn't part of the agreement I signed.

Hi, I cannot see Power Skills on my Android app on my Google Pixel 9 Pro. I updated the app and also tried uninstalling and reinstalled the app. Nothing did help, still cannot see the functionality anymore. I was able to see it previously and all my activities were tracked with power meter.Thanks in advance! Best,Tobi

Hello, just been browsing the Strava map. A lot of my personal heatmap data has disappeared. Rides that were on there have gone, both old and recent. I like to use personal heatmap and global heatmap to plan rides and with a lot of my ride data gone this has become a pain! It was a great feature, so I’d like to know how to get all my data back on the personal heatmap map please. 

As I have seen in previous posts several months ago, I cannot access offline maps. Yes, I have save and downloaded the maps. Yes, I have the latest version of Strava 432.0.1. When I am off line, all I see is what's in the screenshot below. The View Saved button is dead. Am I missing where my Saved Content is? 

I recently tried the paid version of Strava for a month and noticed that whilst recording a run the screen displayed the Split Avg Pace as opposed to the Avg Pace for the whole run. After googling it, it turns out this is a feature of premium, however now I'm back to the free version it hasn't changed back to showing Avg Pace. I tend to do longer runs so don't find Split Avg helpful at all whilst running.Anyone else had this? I've tried making a new, free profile but that still just shows Split Avg whilst recording.

Hi, i live in Germany and my set language is german. However the standard activity title is in English. How can i change that? I don’t want to change every single activity. In 2024 my standard activity titles were in german. Thank you for your help.

Hello, my account an old strava, but what we did was get a different strava subscription for my friend  with same Google e-mail address.:( I'm a subscriber. We subscribed to a friend from my own android phone to help him. However, that, my own subscription has been canceled, I want to buy a subscription now, it asks for a price of 3 times the normal price.

HelloI have a Hama 7010 GPS watch, works great but when the activities upload to Strava, they show the mapped route and distance but NO TIME and ELEVATION.In the Hama Fit Move App everything is displayed correctly.Any Help please.

Very confusing set up for challenges.  I can't find my challenge I set up and people I invited can't see the challenge.  The challenge day has come and I can't find it anywhere or a leaderboard.

When searching your activities on the mobile app, search results are returned in non-chronological order. When I do interval workouts, I will leave a note in the "private notes" section stating the type of interval I did. When I go to "My Activities", before executing a search the activities are listed in chronological order. Once a search is executed, say for "intervals" I get back all of the proper results, but the order of them is all over the place. I believe they should still be in chronological order. Thank you! Also the little auto save statement for this text box should probably be in my local time. Its not. Just saying.

Hello to evereyonesomeone can tell me how I should proceed if I want signale a dishonest Strava user? Unfortunately, the Strava user in question has blocked me, and I cannot access his activities. The person in question is over 70 (!) years old and rides his modified Specialized E-Tarmac on our segments, stealing the KOMs. Several Strava users have already tried to block the person, but no one can access his profile.Greetings, Stephan  

Strava added the flyover option for sharing a few months ago, and now it seems to be the default share option. If I want to share just the map version of the activity to Instagram, it changes it to portrait orentiation and cuts off large parts of the activity, making it unusable. It used to share the map version of the activity as a square on the Instagram story. Both my apps are updated to the current version. How can I share just the map version of the activity and have it look like normal? Is there a way to set the map version as my default share option? I generally don’t want to share the flyover/video version of my activity.

100% reproducible. Uploading a rowing activity correctly shows the distance in meters. Editing the workout changes it to miles. It also changes the workout type from rowing to workout.  solution: workaround that’s also 100% reproducible: change the workout type to anything else and save. Then change it back to rowing and save. Miles are changed back to meters.  would love to see this fixed. Thanks!

On 2 segments, I didn't even take the KOM, so I don't see why my result is excluded for those 3 segments, while the results for the other segments are included. You can review the entire ride and see that everything is fine.My HRM wasn't working because the battery ran out on my Garmin. You can see from all my previous rides that I use it, and it's not my intention to cheat or do anything suspicious, but to enjoy riding and achieve good results.I use Strava because I love segments, leaders, personal records, KOMs, but it feels like

A friend of mine can't login to his Strava anymore and we think it is because of an inappropriate comment (joke) from his account to mine, that was reported. He did not receive any message of being banned or suspended but still can't login. Is there any way to discern being temporarily suspended from being perma banned? I can still see his account and activities but he gets a message of not being authorized to login when he tries it. 

Why isn't cyclocross a type of ride in Strava? Does anyone know a workaround? 

I have a main account and an account I don’t use. There are roughly three recent workouts I’d like to move to my main account, before deleting my other account. Is this possible?
