I’m running 18.2 and 11.2 IOS/WOS and still not showing fitness+ as described in recent announcement.  Any fixes?

As we know Strava activity distances can vary from the proprietary data, this is not a major issue. But, does anyone know why activity start times can vary by ±10 seconds? This seems to be most prevalent on swims and virtual activities but can differ on runs too.

Hello, i have a problem with year in sport.I cant share it for some reason it keeps loading when i click to what i want to share it.Anyone else got this problem? And so how to fix it

Hi please include the option to remove wrongly added shoe models.  

The Strava week starts on Monday. For some of us, we’d like it to start on Sunday. Didn’t you go to preschool? Ha ha.Honestly, I designed the title of this question to help Strava see how many people would appreciate this feature. I want to save these 30 days to use the free preview, but strava automatically started the trial 3 days ago without me noticing. How do I end this and save the remaining days?

For the past few days I have noticed that my feed only displays 3-4 activities of my connections. Has anyone else experienced this? How can o get it back to before so I can hand out some kudos  please note this is not an issue with syncing my activities. It’s viewing my connections activities on my feed. 

What is the purpose of the camera image on the Strava map?

Why can’t i see power zones map in Strava? I use Wahoo’s heart rate monitor, speed and cadence sensors, yet I cannot see the Zone1-5 readings. Are these sensors and monitors sufficient to calculate the training zones? Please advise.  

Hi there - does the direct messaging feature send a push notification if a new DM is received or a reply to an existing DM chat?I get all other notifications, activity, kudos etc ThanksWoody

My wife and I are both Strava subscribers. I can see her relative effort in activities when I view these activities on the Strava website but I can't for the life of me see this data in the Strava android app, and this is the interface that I use by far the most frequently.Can anyone point me in the right direction? Please don't tell me this is another area where there is a lack of feature parity between the app and the website?

could not create a route, weather it is short or long distant, i am getting an error message which is "Error: Sorry, we couldn’t complete that action. Please try plotting the point again.This can occur when routing across large distances, so try plotting more frequent waypoints that are closer together."

Hi everyone,I’ve been enjoying the "My Year in Sport" feature and taking a closer look at the data it shows for 2024, but I’ve noticed some inconsistencies that are rather confusing, and I’m wondering if anyone else has come across this?For example, in my summary, the total distance for "Ride" is listed as 3,880 km, and for "E-Bike Ride," it’s 1,005 km. However, when I check my Training Log and YTD data, the numbers are 3,885.8 km for "Ride" and 1,005.9 km for "E-Bike Ride." Even when I include the small distance from a few "Velomobile Ride" activities, the total still doesn’t seem to add up to the figure shown in the summary.It gets even more baffling when looking at the overall total distance for all activities in 2024. My Training Calendar summary says 5,741.3 km, "My Year in Sport" says 5,753 km, and the Training Log for All Sports shows 5,728.8 km

I am using strava on my mobile phone to record open water swimming. When saving the activity I get a ridiculous time, although the recorded route is accurate. I can get the correct time by resaving as a run and then again as a swim. However, as soon as I share it defaults to a ridiculous time. Anyone else experienced this issue and can it be fixed?

I went hiking the day before my flight and forgot to finish the activity session. Consequently, strava recorded the 12,000 km flight as part of the activity.My issue is that now, whenever I go to that activity to close it, strava crashes. This means that I cannot record new sessions. 😞 Any ideas on how I can solve this? 

Hello, I’m having an issue with the progress chart, it doesn’t update on the chart when I finish my run and upload it. I’ve tried to restart my phone ,log out and log back in, installed the las test version and try everything again, but none of them solve the issue.Could someone help me to fix this issue please

Hi! Requesting urgent help in checking why my activities are logged on my profile and showing up on my profile’s weekly data. But my activities are not showing up on my overall progress. I have tried manually creating a new activity but the data created was still not logging it to my overall progress. Attaching here a photo of my Progress and of my weekly mileage. 13kms have not been logged which are two run activities. I have restarted my phone, deleted and redownloaded the strava app, updated the strava app to the latest version and disconnected/reconnected my garmin forerunner 55. Still facing the issue even after attempting these trouble-shooting measures.Please advise on how I may fix this as soon as possible, thank you!

After previous ride my Rapha Festive 500 Challenge had 365km completed(which is correct), after todays additional 56 KM , stats show I completed 340km. My activities are public, nothing hidden. Anyone else experienced this?

This is more of a UI fix, than a feature request.I use a 4K monitor, and often have Strava opened on a website in one of the 4 corners of my large display.When I click on the full screen option on any Map within any activity on Strava, the map goes full screen on my entire 4K display, covering all other windows as well. The expected behaviour is that the Strava Map goes full screen on only that browser window.It is up to the user to maximise the browser to the full 4K size, and then click full screen on Strava, if they want that big size of a map. Strava may wish to add both options, but the default should be for the given window, not the entire display.

Feature Request: Allow Users to Remove KudosAs an active Strava user, I'd like to propose adding the ability to remove kudos. This feature would align Strava with standard social media functionality while improving the user experience. Why This Matters1. User Control: Social media platforms universally allow users to control their interactions, including the ability to remove likes or reactions. This control helps users manage their digital footprint and engagement history.2. Error Prevention: Accidental kudos can happen, especially on mobile devices. The ability to undo this action would help maintain meaningful engagement metrics.3. User Experience: While the current "kudos are forever" policy is playful, it may not serve the best interests of users who need to manage their activity history for personal reasons. Implementation SuggestionThe solution could be as simple as allowing users to tap the orange thumbs-up icon

Hello,On the strava app, my run appears in my activities, but it is not taken into account in the weekly progress graph. I tried turn off my phone, recording a new run activity, the graph is still not updated.Best,

Is there any way of setting up a challenge - where total miles in the challenge - but cycle miles are only counted as 33% of the total ridden..IE - 30 mile bike ride = 10 miles towards the challengewhere as a 10 mile run = 10 miles..

Boa tarde,I don’t know when this first started happening, but the media (pictures or videos) I upload during my activities are no longer labelled with the time they were taken. Thinking it might’ve been a thing for my most recent activities, I went back to older ones only to find out that these also don’t have their correspondent timestamp. Not on the mobile app, nor on my PC.I was going through account settings, but couldn’t really find anything useful to bring this feature back. Was this a definite change? Is this just me or has the iOS app started eating much more mobile data lately? Last month, I've noticed an unusually high amount of mobile data used by Strava. I thought it might have been because I've uploaded a video to one of my activities while being on cellular data. Anyway, I thought I'd keep an eye on this; with a new billing month, I usually reset the mobile data stats, so I've done that: and after 2 weeks, I can see that Strava is the #1 on the mobile data eaters list again, with 1.59 GB. 😳I haven't really changed the way how I use the mobile app. I do not use it to track my runs/walks in the real time (I record those with the AW native workout app and import afterwards). I'd sometimes use the maps during an activity to get directions, or scroll through the timeline to deal some kudos when traveling, and upload my activities (typically, when I finish a run, I'd do the upload while stretching yet outside / on mobile data). But that's it.
