I've been flagging a lot of activities lately, and finding the entire process very difficult due to only being allowed to flag 10 activities under a 24 hour period (starting from when the last flag was raised). This is the most problematic on Walking segments, with users either accidentally logging activities that should be runs/bike, forgetting to turn off when they get in the car, or worse just doing it deliberately, but the volume of people doing it is very high - over COVID this became very problematic as most of the data I see of people abusing leader boards stems from 2020-2021.Can we review this process as the segment leaderboards are frequently abused and the limit to the flag feature does not allow easy community validation, which Strava insists is the only way to manage these Segment Leaderboards. Some suggestions below1. Strava guesses power - "Est Power". Is there a way to export these predictions to a fit or gpx file or some other?

Hi!   I have saved some routes on strava to ride and would like to see them on my Garmin edge 840. They sync to the Garmin connect app, but for some, they send zero data to the device. It syncs and the course name shows up, but the summary is zero miles and zero elevation while the map only displays blue. It is not for all routes, but most. what can I do?

Heya,We are an app that rewards people to record their commutes with Strava. In our app we ask the user where are they going to, and then check if they made it there.Often people then hide their activity start and end points, and are app cannot determine if they really finished their commute where they told usIs there a way to get the activity polyline without the hidden start and end points?thanks 

There is a lot of fake KOM and cups these days where athletes forget the bike computer in the car or use an E-bike. these records could be easily detected. I suggest Strava to be more tough on these records by implementing some double checks like heart rate vs. power if someone wants to be in top 10 for a segment the results should be accepted only if there is more metrics than speed available, a power result or heart rate to validate. also it should be easier to reposrt a fake achievement

Be a great feature to create Pull data from Group rides.  Could use Fly By data to determine who from the group is on the lead and therefore Pulling, and capture the data for when they are on the front (Power, Speed, HR, etc) and create a summary listing each Pull as well as a total/average for all Pulls.

There are tons of data available when using a watch os device that is saved in iOS. One of them is cadence, which is a datapoint all runners want. 

I looked at my power curve comparing 'All of 2022' to 'Last 6 weeks' and discovered that a ride that I did 10 days ago shows up in 'All of 2022' curve, but not in the 'Last 6 Weeks' curve. Is this a bug or is there some logical explanation for it?

Hi,I've tracked a run using an Apple Watch Series 3 (without my phone on me).Now, Strava is showing me all the stats (heart rate, time etc.) but everything that is distance related (total distance, pace...) is zero.At first I thought this was a GPS issue. However, my route on the map is very accurate and the analysis also shows pace splits that make sense. It's just the total distance and overall pace that are missing.Here are some screenshots to show what I mean:   Has anyone encountered this issue before? I tried restarting the app, restarting my phone, turning location permissions on and off and accessing the activity on a computer. Nothing has changed so far. Thanks! 

According to the API docs, an app can only fetch information about the logged in athlete. It'd would be nice if there could be a way of reading the following athletes' activities. The same way, having a proper getClubActivitiesById would be helpful too (right now this method returns incomplete information, which can't be used to identify neither athletes or single activities, as there are no identifiers).Right now, one can get this information both through Strava's mobile app, and web app, either through the user feed, or just going to the followed athletes one by one and looking at their latest activities. It would be nice if this could be replicated through the API (something like getAthleteActivitiesById, or returning SummaryActivity through getClubActivitiesById

Hello, our app is using your API. Recently, some users have encountered an error 403 issue where they are unable to upload their exercise data to your platform. I went to your website: https://www.strava.com/settings/api Found no option to increase the limit. Should I increase the limit to solve this problem? How should I increase the limit? My current limit is 999

I would like to report an error when browsing segments on maps (https://www.strava.com/maps/segments PC web version) when a person is blocked. When we select segments on the map and then the KOM belongs to a blocked person, it is not possible to enter such a segment. The browser throws an error or displays a white page (each Chrome, Firefox, Edge). Please fix the error, I don't need to watch the blocked person, but I would like to view the segments 🙂

I am currently doing my workouts in a properly air-conditioned gym to avoid excessive sweating, which can be harmful to my head since I underwent a hair transplant last week. I must track my workout and other activities as I need to monitor my daily energy and calories burned. However, I am working out in a static location where my GPS location remains the same. Can you suggest a suitable mode for tracking my activities in Strava?

I'm not since when, probably about a week, that my activity feed only displays today activities. The android app and browser appears to have the same issue.

Strava has voice notifications for mileage in some but  not all activities.  I like to know when I hit each mile when I'm walking and hiking, but that feature is only enabled for running.  Can that be changed?  In addition, auto pause works well for cycling, but is not available for walking or hiking.  Can that also be changed?  I note that the Nike app has both of those features.

Help! I have been running every single day for a year soon and I' trying to edit the headlines 1/365 to 365/365, but I'm getting an error now, anyone has the same problem? 

My wife has been billed for two memberships.  Ticket submitted but no response...other than standard, we received it.  #3049718  Looks like it's for the past two years.  I'm not sure how this could happen and we'd like an answer before it gets charged back....and happens again.  Thanks

I follow about 40 people on strava, never had an issue. I followed a new person and now all I see is all their activities and no one else's. Any ideas? Obviously if I click on my feed, all my activities are displayed. 

Hello everyone, I don't understand the recent evolution about the gravel Heatmap. I had a lot of traces around my house, the gravel heatmap was rich. Right now, it's empty. It was possible to trace a track thank to heatmap but now it's just impossible. It's a shame.Do you have the same problem ? The heatmap works  only near the big gravel spot . Thank you for your help.SC  

I have a Samsung galaxy watch 7 and I tried to connect strava to Samsung health. In the Samsung health app strava does appear and is toggled on. However, in the strava app the connection doesn't show. Only a connection to Google fit.I already restarted both my phone (Asus Zenfone 10) and my watch. Both have enough battery and I don't have the watch in a different mode like sleepmode.Can somebody help me? Cause I would like to sync my strava activities to the Samsung health app. Thanks in advance. 

My app was down for several months (because free running challenge for my staff union only held in 2 weeks very 6 months).Recently I bring up my app server, make little changes, and create test activities, but those new activities does not automatically push to my app.Those test activities are successfully fetch manually, but not via webhook.I added log to my app to see webhook is triggered, but there is no log at all.I use Postman application to retrieve Subscription, it's fine. However, I can not delete that subscription. Suddenly hiking speed in mph on the main screen has been replaced with steps. Analysis shows pace which is not something hikers care about. Segments show mph but not the entire hike. Can’t imagine why this change after all these years

I've noticed that the notification of a PR / PB isn't correct when I've ran my third best PR / PB on a certain distance it shows in the notification it's second best, while in the distance PR / PB overview it does actually show as third best. 

Strava is connected to my Garmin, I had garmin broadcasting, I can see my heart rate in the strava app. But when the ride is finished, when I wanted to see Heart Rate Insights, the section says "Start training with a hear rate monitor for access to more subscription features and etc. Then it has a link "How to add heart rate data."
