Stronglifts 5x5 is a fantastic weight lifting app and I’d love it if Strava could pull my data from it.    I find weight training on Strava (and Garmin) is cumbersome and not at all the strength of the apps.   

My husband has been unable to access his account for the last two days.  It says, "Sorry, you don't have access to this page."  Why? Nothing happened to precipitate this?  Why has it been two days with no answer?

Can someone help me understand what is going on.  With my last 2 runs, total distance on the watch and what uploads to fitbit is correct as well as total time. But in fitbit app, the total time is correct and total distance, but the split times and distance are incorrect. If i export the TCX file from my fitbit app and upload to strava the total distance is incorrect as well as the splits with a moving time of 47:20, which is pretty similar to the fitbit splits added up.  Fitbit doesn’t display “moving time” but shows total time (correct) with the splits (incorrect).  The maps in both fitibit and strava appear correct from what i can tell.  If i take the same TCX file and upload it to https://activity-analyzer.app/html/ I don’t see any obvious gaps, and total distance is correct. Where do you think the problem is?I’m adding some screenshots showing oddities form the

How come we don't have 5 mile and 10 mile PB records? There's plenty of these races out there. Garmin record the these PB's but for some reason strava doesn't, they just the 1 and 2 miles distances.

I rode a segment using my Garmin 540. During the ride i kept seeing my segment screen on the device, that it said I did it with 9mins and 2secs. But once uploaded, strava said the same segment was 9mins 13seconds. Why is there an inconsistency?

Does anyone know how to enter the number of steps in Strava after running or walking? Do I need to have a step counteror  pedometer?  Até. Rodrigues Bomfim

 at some point I’ve selected certain activities to be in the drop down list at the top, the training log then pulls from those activities to look at. I want to add a new activity type in but I can’t figure out how to - can anyone help please? For example yesterday it’s showing one 27 minute activity (yoga), it’s not showing a virtual row I logged because virtual row is not in the drop down.thank you!

I am reaching out to report an issue I am experiencing with my outdoor activity maps not appearing on Strava. I use an Amazfit GTR 2 watch connected via the Zepp app, which is synced with Strava. While the map for my workouts displays correctly in the Zepp app, it does not reflect on Strava. Here are a few details to assist in troubleshooting:Device: Amazfit GTR2App Used for Syncing: Zepp Issue: Maps for outdoor activities (e.g., running and cycling) are missing on Strava, despite being recorded correctly in the Zepp app. Issue Existing since 30/10/2024  I have already verified the connection between the Zepp app and Strava, but the issue persists.  Looking forward to your guidance on resolving this matter.

We encountered a 401 - Unauthorized Access error while attempting to retrieve the last six months of activity data for an authenticated rider using the Strava API Method: List Athlete Activities (getLoggedInAthleteActivities).We would appreciate any insights from the community regarding the potential reasons for this error.Thanks in advance,Saji

In the activity details, in the “Results” segment list, a segment name does not display correctly apparently when it has a dot in it. So my question is basically summarized in the title. I have a route which starts and ends at the same location (a loop). Now I want to modify the route to keep it the same loop, but to start and end it at a different location (without having to recreate the entire route from the new start point). 

Virtual rowing app EXR recently included GPS data in the upload. However, Strava seems to assume you are physically there as it includes Weather data for that GPS location. This should not be available on activities marked as Virtual Rowing. 

How long does it take for the staff to respond bevauze their most likely gonna reply after the 14 days where i wont get a refund on my subscription that i canceldd 

Hi, I have been using strava for years and never encountered this issue. I have uploaded an activity and it is all on strava with map, pace, time etc. - all the stats are correct. However it is not being pushed to the activity feed for some reason. Have tried deleting it and re uploading it, using a time corrector too, but it still isn’t being put on the activity feed. The activity is not private or muted as well. Any solutions for this? thanks 

HiyaWe have noticed users creating strava accounts with temporary email address providersAnd then coming to our appWe cannot detect this behaviour in our app - so would kindly ask Strava to enhance its security on the use of temporary email addresses to create accountsIt would be good in the Athlete API response we could get the users email address also so we can check its domainThanks

The auth request stopped working. I used to work fine for our app. We didn't change anything in the app config or strava config.This is our url call to start the access request:strava://oauth/mobile/authorize?redirect_uri=ourAppName://stravaAuth&approval_prompt=auto&client_id=the-client-id&state=ios413&scope=activity:write&response_type=code It opens the Strava app but brings a white screen with the error • Invalid redirect URIIs there anything new we missed on the Strava API?

Hi, can I change the default summary information that is displayed after I complete a cycle. For example right now 'Distance', Elevation Gain' and 'Time' or 'Achievements' are shown on the summary at the top. Can I say replace 'Time' / 'Achievements' with 'Average' Speed'?                      Thanks, Noel Shannon

Curious if I had a list of key segments in a trail network if you could use the API to give the number of riders on the segments “today” and possibly the average speed?My idea is to know what winter fat bike trails are running well and have been packed down already. If no one has been on the trail it probably means you should bring snow shoes instead.I can get this data by digging around on the web version but it would be nice not to have to go segment by segment, and possibly have a nice way to present it to the community.

Hi, I’m trying to get access to my activities with GetActivityById, but it doesn’t work anymore with the Swagger Playground. I tried it with scope read or readall and I tried different ids. It worked last week but doesn’t work now and I don’t know what's the problem. { "message": "Resource Not Found", "errors": [ { "resource": "Activity", "field": "", "code": "not found" } ]}But I know there are Activities and the Ids are right.Can someone help?

This afternoon I uploaded a beautiful family ride on my new bike! After a few hours i noticed that I still hadn’t received any kudo’s, where normally I get between 40 to 60 depending on the ride. I asked my friends, but they couldn’t find my ride on their feed. When they search for my profile they see it and can give kudos. But on the feed it won’t show. I’ve tried deleting and re-uploading the ride, didn’t work. Activity is on view for everyone and hide in feed is not checked on. Who knows what’s going on and how i can solve this?  Never have had this problem, and now it happens on my new bike day 😭 

Hi,I synced my Oura ring today (for the first time) with my Strava app, and after that, Strava feed hasn’t updated any activities of my friends’. I can see them when searching a person and taking a look at their log, but normal feed stopped updating after connected Strava to Oura… Same problem with Strava app as well as when logging in via website.My activities of today have been transferred to Oura app correctly.Thank you so much if anyone can help!

Maybe I haven’t found the feature but I can’t see how to lock the screen on Apple Watch when starting a workout on watch. That doesn’t present a problem in summer, but it does in winter when layers of clothes around the wrists might accidentally stop or pause the activity.  

Hi,I'm trying to upload activities to Strava. I've made sure the user I'm doing it with has the right permissions (`activity:write`). When I perform the uploaded, using a gzipped tcx file as content, I get a 500 Internal Server from the Strava API.The body just contains:500 Internal Server ErrorIf you are the administrator of this website, then please read this web application's log file and/or the web server's log file to find out what went wrong.Has anybody seen this before (and been able to fix it)?Cheers,Ilja

Hace un año me robaron el GPS, que tenía rutas guardadas mias y de un amigo, cada vez que lo encienden me sale.la.ruta de hace tiempo y me alertais de una ruta fraudulenta.Ya van varias veces que .pasado y se os a avisado y no hacéis nada al respecto. El GPS ha sido robado!!! A ver qué solución me dais porque aún sigo esperando.Gracias 

I did a 100mi bike ride yesterday and recorded it via the native workout app on the watch. I finished the ride and can see the workout and all the data in the Fitness app but when I hit “Import” in the Strava app to upload the workout, I just get a spinner that goes forever and the workout doesn’t upload. I’ve tried logging out and in, rebooting the phone, and reenabling health permissions. I’ve also tried recording a new workout and that new workout syncs no problem. How can I force this workout to upload?
