Your algorithm very often responds after completing a ride stating that it was one of my best three efforts. If I look at my history, you can’t keep responding with the same analysis because your top efforts are already completed. The only way I can see this being accurate is if there’s always a rotation of your experiences and completed activities, which would alter the prior top three completed rise so I’d like to know from others if this is accurate because it seems to be a little strange that I received this message very often.

After getting my second ebike I went ahead and created a profile for it however when I make it an e bike, it automatically makes my other bike, also an ebike, no longer an ebike. I have had multiple analog bikes and it always allowed me to pick and choose what bike the ride was on but now not only do I have to select the bike, I have to go in each time and change it to an ebike and when I do, it undoes all the other bikes rides from being ebike.

Some time in the last month or so all (hundreds) of my saved routes were removed from view in android mobile app, and I can only see 11 in there that I created recently. I logged onto strava on desktop PC and I can scroll back through pages of them, so I assume they are all still available to my account. Can i get them back on mobile, since I rarely use Strava on desktop? Would like to be able to access them when I’m out in a specific area, especially now that Strava map has improved with fatmap. Thanks. 

Hello guys,    I use strava to record my mtb rides but I discovered that some of them do not rest the equipment (bicycle) so I do not have a correct calculation of kilometers for bears and consequently even Probikegarage can not display a correct mileage.    I don't know how to filter the rides that they are without equipment and how to add the correct equipment to them.    Also being numerous rides to be corrected are not like making the change by group and not one by one

Forerunner 55 does not provide power stats. How come it shows in the top stats. 

I ran 5 rounds around my park which is 1km for 1 lap but today when I turn off my phone during the run I looked at my phone after 5 laps and it was 1.6km how can I fix this

Add the barefoot to the shoes Km tracker.. so I know how many km I’ve done without shoes!  Efrem Spataro

Yesterday I attempted to build a route for a wheelchair activity and discovered that it was routing me up and down the stairs for a pedestrian bridge (rather than using the adjacent ramps). Bike and other rolling activities successfully routed up the ramps. I also tested this in a couple of nearby locations and it repeated the same result: wheelchair routed up the stairs, and bikes/handbikes routed around. See below. First location is (37.8347523, -122.2910888) and second location is (37.8985159, -122.2669583)

When saving someone else’s route, one of the settings is a toggle switch under the heading “privacy” with the label “everyone” Using a toggle switch for the input of “Everyone” with no other explanation is confusing. Everyone is on or off ? Available to everyone? Hidden from everyone? It could just be “private” on or off.Or a number of other better ways to handle this in the UI. I’m still confused on what on or off on this toggle switch actually does 

My and most of the other runners of the official Aare Lauf from yesterday, missed the halfmarathon time, because the the gps accuracy in the forest near the river seems to be weak and not accurate. Thus the distance is often 20-40m below the halfmarathon distance, however it is an official run. "correct distance" did not help, do you have any others suggestions?

Hi All.  why has Strava suddenly removed the estimated average power from the main summarised data at the top of each activity. Though I don’t have a power meter, I always used this to benchmark activities. It’s gone from all my rides.  please put it back. Maximum elevation - unless you live in the alps or Colombia - is a pretty useless stat.  thank you.  andrew. 

We made a club challenge that would include rides done only outdoors. And it works perfectly, it doesn't include all rides on the trainer using Zwift, MyWhoosh etc. The problem is when someone rides on the trainer using only a bikecomputer, e.g. Garmin. Strava treats it as indoor cycling but at the same time also includes it in the challenge with outdoor rides. There is no separate category Indoor Cycling, so it is included in Ride not Virtual Ride. The solution would be to add indoor cycling to the types of sports?!

Bug report: when I write longer description of my activity, there is no "read more" button so me or my followers can't see the full text, only just a few sentences. I tried to reinstall Strava but it didn't help. It's quite annoying since it takes me some time to write it and then no-one can read it. Also I'm paying for the premium version (which is quite expensive) and there is no way how to contact real support so I can't try to solve it with people from Strava. The chatbot keeps saying it didn't understand and I am tired of rewriting it for a fourth time. 

On the web (using chrome on a desktop machine AND on a laptop), the search interface has been broken. If you click on the magnifying glass a field to enter the search text appears but it disappears before you get the chance to use is.

My Heart rate zone is indicated to be based on a HFmax of 175 [Strava | My Performance]:But when opening the Heart Rate Zone field to make changes, the listed Custom Heart Rate Zones don’t correspond to a HFmax of 175, but rather to 190 BPM. OK, the wrong zones are not checked, but the correct Max Heart Rate is checked:So, you may think they don’t apply and are just some default values. But indeed, they are very well applied. Just have a look at the Heart Rate Analysis of one of your trainings and you have the proof:

I can add goals to the iOS Strava app but there is no way to edit or delete them, the three dots button is unresponsive. As far as I understand this is a premium feature but I don’t have premium so I guess this is a bug. I would like to remove all my goals.In this screenshot the three dots button is unresponsive.Maybe this could help to fix this bug: I added first the goal as a “suggested goal” from the starting page of the app.

Hello,I noticed as I was uploading my past activities that after reaching a total 84 that new ones can be added but old ones got lost so that the total number remains 84.Is there a physical limit?

It would be an awesome addition to maps if we could put in our daily required km run as per our training plans and strava finds us a running route.  Example: today I am away for work in a hotel, I don’t know the place to well. I have to run 14kms as per my plan. I can click on maps and record ‘find me a run that covers 14kms’ strava then says no worries here is some 14km run options. Would you like easy? Medium elevation or hard? Then I can choose my path for my training run.this would save us heaps of time drawing out our runs on a map and ensure we stay on track with our training plans.   

Hello,For each Srava ride I see average power but would it be possible to show Weighted Average Power in summary overview of ride? BrKris

There is a hill I climb frequently that no has a bogus QOM/KOM recording. It is about ¼ mile and very steep for about ½ of it. The time recorded was 30 seconds! I think someone gave her a ride and she didn’t turn off her computer. There was no power or heart rate recorded.How can I get this removed? I see no way to do it or even inform the person who uploaded it. I assume she can change the data without removing the segment or deleting the entire ride.

Hi. For the last two weeks, when I save an activity, my gear is missing from the pull down menu and the only option is to add new gear. To remedy this, I edit the activity after it is processed. 

When I change the dates on my heatmap to only include this year, I find that my rides aren’t showing up.  I tried the solution offered of changing the ride type and then changing it back again but it didn’t make any difference.  I also checked to make sure the rides were visible to everyone, which they are.  

Why is the cadence replaced with avg power? Forerunner 55 doesnt provide power stats since way back. So how come its being shown in the top stats. Cadence can still be found below but its kind of inconvenient to scroll down further down when it used to be at the top with the distance, pace, elevation, etc. https://strava.app.link/jcJ3ivq85Tb
