I’ve got a question about some of my activities (Work-Home) being flaged:“ We have detected a problem with this activityThe activity may have been performed in a vehicle, marked with the wrong sport type or captured with a poor GPS connection. Remove the vehicle from the footage or change the sport type to resolve the issue. You can change the type to “Followers only” to view segment results.” It’s the identical route I ride to work and in the evening in reverse home.This only happens on the way home. What could be the problem with it?

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience."This seems to be a really bad idea. I was just looking up how to give a gift subscription. If it isn't possible, I'll be spending my Christmas gift money elsewhere.Strava should consider enabling gift subscriptions again and stop throwing income away.

Hi, I have downloaded routes then when I open the app offline it just says "you don't have any routes downloaded for offline use. your saved routes will be visible once you're back online". I have tried uninstalling the app, powering off my phone then reinstalling the app but the issue still persists. Any suggestions please?

Overall I appreciate the effort to refresh the layout.I nevertheless used the altitude information in my weekly overview quite a lot and dont find how to easily view this info in the new layout?  Is there an easy way?Thank you!  

Hi, when looking at the group I rode with there’s no longer a way to distinguish from the list between a subscriber and a pro. You have to click into the suspected pros bio to see the pro badge. I’d love to see a way to distinguish this in the list as it was before with the double arrow 

I’ve just noticed that the suggested friends section has gone mad. Every time I log in or refresh the page I get another 5 suggested friends some from the other side of the world. This is a very annoying feature, I don’t want suggested friends, not interested. How can I stop this feature? 

Hi, I tried to change my email address, but after clicking the link I got on my new email inbox, I accidentaly created a new Strava account. For some reason I can’t even delete that account, because when I open the account settings the onboarding modal pops up, even though I have already filled it out. Is there anything I can do to transfer my account to the new email address?

Tring to build a route and getting this blank screen where the map should be showing. The below screen shot is from Chrome, I've tried Microsoft Edge and Mozilla with the same result. Anyone have any thoughts on what the issue could be? 

Strava, can you please provide an ETA on when it will be possible to select Sunday as the start of week? This key missing feature is driving many, many, MANY users bonkers!!

I created a route. I saved it. Now I can see it in "my routes". But the routes it's inside a small box, between community pictures on top, elevation profile on bottom and routes attributes on the left.There is no way of clicking the routes and enlarge it. Also I cannot see the surface type, walk the route, see the pictures on the spots etc. I go back to "maps". I check no filters are active. I wait  some time (like some minutes). Things start to appear (not always, but that's another story), bubbles with photo, public routes etc. everything except my route.Why I cannot see my routes on the map? Why I can't enlarge the map in my routes? 

Hi all, I started running about 6 weeks ago (just completed week 6 of C25K).When I started running I was using a fitbit, and about 4 weeks in I noticed that the maps were all over the place, zig zaging across the road and shooting off in random directions.  I have realised that this would have affected my distance ran and also my pace (I had some of my followers mention to me that my pace for starting off was really good and I thought they were just being supportive lol).It has meant that my personal achievements and PRs are based on distances/ pace I never actually achieved.I have since got a garmin, and my maps are noticeably more accurate, so going forward my pace and distance will be true to what I am doing.  The issue is I will now never beat the personal achievements and PRs attached to the inaccurate runs.  I don’t want to delete the activities, as they are part of my progress and C25K journey.  They are currently set to public so they sync with my

Why is it Mobile ONLY? It's far easier to inspect, plan, and choose a route on a large screen, so why is there a discrepancy between the web and mobile in terms of route planning, when it's definitely easier on the web? 

I'm a cyclist and would like to see at least average MPH and possibly average Power now vs last year, last 3 months etc. in the progress stats. Those stats are already on each ride so I'm guessing there should be a way to pull that data & include it on the progress tab.

When i use the keywordsearch for my activities, it should possible to search also the descriptions oft my activities beside to only search the title. Cause often i have some words (like Peaks) in the description but i cant find the activitiy for this tour cause only the title is searched.

I used to see an average power number in each of my cycling activities even though I am not using a power meter.  After yesterday’s ride I noticed the average power field is missing and replaced with max elevation. This change has affected all previous rides as well.  Does anyone know if this is a Strava change? I cannot find a way to rearrange the fields in my feed to eliminate the max elevation.  any insights would be appreciated.  

Hi, I’m new to strava premium but this is the 2nd time I’ve come across an issue with it (perhaps I’m not using it correctly) and I’m seriously considering cancelling before it charges me.I drew a bike route this morning and clicked “use route” on record to follow the route however I didn’t get any navigation queues instead I was just watching the map on my phone and had to keep twisting it mid ride to align the direction as it kept assuming I was facing at 90 degrees to my riding direction! I kept tapping the map icon but this just changed to metrics never to directions. finally when I stopped the ride the post on my homepage had no map attached. any help would be great before I decide to cancel. Thanks 

I see that Strava calculates things like CO2 saved per trip and all-time Km's, but there isn't a record of all time CO2 saved from what I can see. Am I just looking in the wrong place, or is this a feature they haven't added?

Is it possible to customize stats shown during activity? For example, for backcountry skiing I would rather see how much vert I have gained/lost rather than mileage. Is it possible to change the stats to see vert instead of mileage? Or to see vert AND mileage? I am sure this would be helpful for other sports as well (trail running, mtn hiking, etc.). 

For some reason whenever I open Strava Maps on the browser version, it always opens in San Francisco. Is there any way to get it to just open on my current location? I’m on the opposite side of the world.

Many people and me, too, travel by bicycle. Or on foot, on canoe, … We then may not be training hard, but still doing a lot of km and altitude.So please add the category “travelling” besides “training” and “commuting“. Thanks in advance!best regards – Myriam

I can no longer view live segments while running. Anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it? I’m using an iPhone. 

This feature has started appearing on my feed, listing “who to follow” suggestions. I find it distracting, unwanted and a feature that I’m simply not interested in seeing. Can this feature be disabled?

Can you please stop the foolishness of messing with our profile photos?  I just noticed the website now has the "shield" outline on our profile photo.  But only if you're a subscriber with a public profile... everyone else apparently gets the round photo, non subscribers and subscribers with a private profile.  (I guess it's an incentive to go private.)  What gives, huh?  You have over 1,000 "open for voting" suggestions in the ideas forum and a recently reported corporate valuation of $2.2 billion (yes, with a "B".)   Now, please change the photos back and put your resources to better use elsewhere.
