Hi, I’m admin of Strava Club.I wanna add a new post. The post is published as usual and the club members receives a notification. When I check my club dashboard later, the post is not visible and I see only older posts. It has happened first time this morning.Do you have any idea for the solution?

I bought a family plan for myself and 3 friends other which live in the same country (Denmark) but originally from other countries.Since the accounts were not created in the current country, 2 of them are unable to join, despite having changed the Strava country in settings and registering all the activities in Denmark.They opened tickets but Strava support is not doing anything to solve it…It has been a month and they haven’t been able to enjoy the premium, so unfair that you pay but not get what you paid for.

Thank you for a great app and thank you for offering a data export function through the Strava archive.   Could you please include timestamp and location information as EXIF tags in the media files of the Strava archive? I would like to use the media files in the Strava archive to create a photo album of the workout photos in chronological order and with location information.   Thanks for your consideration.

Heute habe ich aus Versehen beim Beantragen eines Familien-Abos dieses auf die Email registrieren, die ich nicht mehr bzw. noch nie richtige genutzt habe. Schon blöd. Kann ich irgendwie das Familien-Abos auf die Mail umswitchen, die ich regulär nutze?(Translation: I have two accounts: one that I'm currently using, and one that I apparently created by mistake (with zero activity recorded). Today, while requesting a family subscription, I accidentally registered it to the email address that I no longer use or have never really used. It's a bummer. Is there any way I can switch the family subscription to the email address I regularly use?)Viele Grüße Max 

After I finished an outside workout with GPS data and opening the workout, first time the map doesn't show the workout route, but the whole Europe map ... I saw that the data view is now in an action sheet below which is ok, a lot of apps are started to use that component, but now I need to close and reopen my workout to see my workout route on the map view which is frustrating! Same with friends workouts sometimes, I open their workout and the map shows almost the entire world map first time ... I'm using an Android device.

I just started and trying to get everything working. I have a Motorola and like a dummy I got a Motorola watch 40 which tracks my heart rate. But Strava doesn't accept it. I am using Google fit so shouldn't that sync my heart rate to Strava 

This doesn’t always occur, but when it does it’s annoying. All of a sudden when creating a route the map starts to glitch making it almost impossible to continue creating routes. I’ve tried refreshing and logging out, but for now the only thing that seems to work is just wait at least a couple of hours and then come back. I use a MacBook. This has occurred to me for at least a couple of months now.

Strava winter map overlay generally shows correctly nordic/cross country trails by parsing the piste:type=nordic from the way regardless of whether it is a dedicated nordic:piste or if it is a nordic trail that goes along a road/trail (e.g. highway=track, highway=path).  However, if the piste:type=nordic is on a way tagged highway=footway the trail is not indicated as a nordic trail on strava heatmap. (NB: this is this may well be a mapbox bug and not a strava bug.)for example, if we look at this locationhttps://www.strava.com/maps/global-heatmap?sport=All&style=winter&terrain=false&labels=true&poi=true&cPhotos=true&gColor=hot&gOpacity=51#15.52/44.201008/-71.215744 we can see that FR 512 (which is a highway=track) is shown as a cross country ski trail, but  Huntsmen’s trail, which has the same piste tags as FR 512 is not.  This seems to be because Huntsmen’s Trail is tagged a highway=footway. Cheers,Carp

I’ve no doubt this has been raised before but does anyone actually prefer to see moving pace by default over elapsed pace which was always default? I don’t want to set all my runs to ‘races’ just to see this. I don’t want to have to look into the data for a run to see overall elapsed pace and showing moving pace on feed gives a false impression of performance. 

Just until a couple of days ago, there was a workout summary in the activity page. If I had a workout programmed, it showed the running laps in a bar graph. Is this coming back or is it only for subscription users now?

You know what’s worse than criticism? Insincere feedback. ‘ progress is a marathon’, ‘ well done’ , ‘ strong effort’ . I just ran for 10 mins lol

I would like to suggest a new activity. As an avid mountain biker I also spend time doing trail building and maintenance. It is an activity that I think if Strava added would help give incentive for others to participate. It is also one heck of a workout.

When recording a ride, I want the blue line moving UP the screen and the arrowhead centred on my screen. I can sometimes fluke this by messing with the bottom of the 3 icons (direction icon?) but usually it just changes from across the screen one way to the other way, but i want it to go up, and turn the map as I turn corners. There’s a simple answer but I don’t know what it is! Help please

My Fitbit refuses to send heart rate data to Strava. I can see the heart rate data in the fitbit app but it will not come through to Strava. Any suggestions? I’ve checked the settings on the fitbit app and HR data is allowed to go through.

Hello,In the newest app update there is a missing heatmap layer option.Currently it looks like here  but in the past (even 2 weeks ago) there was an option like below (currently working only on segments but not activity...)   Could that option be restored? Thank you 

Hello all!Is it only me or it’s currently not possible to a website to the Clubs profile/settings?Recently, I have noticed that the website which was set in the Strava Club’s settings disappeared. I tried to add it to the Website section in the Settings, but after hitting the “Save changes” button, the website is simply not added. If I return to the club’s settings, the Website sections is empty again. Is there anything special I need to do to get it work? I am using a valid URL including https://Thank you in advance! 

Dear Strava,I posted this previously last week and, instead of getting a reply, it appears to have been re-posted as a reply to your own thread - with no answer to my question. So, again:The loss of FATMAP has led to me having to pay a more expensive subscription to Strava.  However, the promise of a transition to FATMAP features in Strava is not happening.  The main items I have used extensively in the past and find most helpful are navigation and mountain-user features such as National topographic map layers for UK and EU countries, avalanche forecast, and slope angle/aspect layers, as well as waypoints.  There is no sign of any of these yet - do you have an expected date for the return of these?If this will not be re-introduced within the year, I would like to close my account with a full refund.Many thanks,Matt

Can I manually put in my treadmill runs? 

I searched all topics related to segments not working…my issue seems to be unique. For the past week or so, every time I select a segment, name it, then click, “Create” button, the next page I see says: Strava is temporarily unavailableWe hit a road block, but our team is working on an alternate route.Check Strava Status for more information. Thanks for your patience Strava Status seems to indicate there are no issues. I’ve had this issue for more than a week, tried hundreds of times….   Is there a known issue with segments currently?

When is Strava enabling Two-factor authentication (2FA)?

Hi I have 2 Strava profiles. The first profile I created gave me full access & I pay the subscription fee.  I then created a second profile as I couldn’t access my first one (forgotten password) which has all my activities and up to date info.   How do I combine the two profiles without losing all my activities logged,  so that I get full use/access to the account which I’m paying for? 

Is it possible to change to the previous layout in the Strava app? The new version is beyond terrible. It’s juat another thing I don’t want, like the ‘athlete intelligence’ nonsense.

Please help. I have a Strava account. Workouts from the watch and bike computer are uploaded to my Stava account. But. Someone hacked into my e-mail account and changed my password - I had to set up a new e-mail address. I can't log in to my Strava account because I don't remember the password because I was logged in on all devices and the devices remembered the password. I can't log in from the new device. How to change the email address on your Strava account so that the password reset email will be sent to the new address. I only have access to my Stava account on an old mobile phone, which still remembers my password and does not require me to enter it. Is there a Strava support email address I could write to directly? Please help.
