When I update my pace through the cropping feature I can only share my old inaccurate pace. I would like to be able to post the updated cropped time. Please help.

Hi,Until July I was running with Strava app on my Apple Watch and my fitness score was getting updated on Apple Health app.But it stopped working since then, has anyone else had the same issue? I haven’t changed anything particular on my side and made sure permissions are correct for Strava to read/write iOS Health data. Thanks! 

There’s some useful data that Apple Health now supports, but that Strava doesn’t upload: Heart ratePowerCadenceGPS route/mapIs there a feature request open to get these fields added to the Apple Health upload from Strava rides?Also, is the opposite planned? To import the power & cadence from my Apple Watch cycling workouts (now that watchOS 10 supports power & cadence) when I add these to Strava.

In strava's new training zone feature, I try to click on the pen button in the upper right corner. Modify my maximum heart rate and heart rate interval, modify click OK, the software shows that the interval has been modified, but the actual did not change. The same is true of trying many times  

As of yesterday 19th Sept my Suunto activities are not transferring to Strava. I have tried all the trouble shooting ideas, but nothing changes!!! any help would be great. The activity transfers from watch to app but then doesn’t transfer over to Strava. please help. 

Since several days, the sharing function is not working properly.The app modify the size and ratio of the original pictures, uploaded, when sharing pictures.All the pictures are sharing in a portrait format even if the original format is landscape or square.As I’ve paid a subscription for that app, i’m not satisfied because i can’t share to my friends and my family all my activities with distance and speed on the picture with the good format ?Is there a way to modify the format of the mixité shared or when are going to fix the issue ?

Without my knowledge, I've been added to strava premium and can't cancel. On the app it says it'll renew in a month and I'll have to pay unless I cancel on the website but on the website it says they won't bill me?I don't want premium so I'd rather just cancel and be done with this fuss

I am trying to make a personal widget that shows my latest activity in the way that strava does in the feed. I am almost there now but I just can’t get the map to show the route line and I believe this is an issue with the polyline summary. My Apple Watch Strava activities have stopped syncing - when I try to sync I get the same error each time: ‘to sync your activity, make sure your Apple Watch is connected to the network’. I’ve checked and the watch says connected to Bluetooth and WiFi. I’ve logged out of the mobile app. I’ve closed both apps (phone and watch) several times. Nothing seems to fix it. Please can someone help?

We have reached the 999 Athlete limit and have tried contacting support, resubmitting the app for verification, and we have not heard back on how to increase these limits.Is there a separate contact form or method to get this number increased? I have sent mail and filled forms still no response from Strava 

 HiI'm building a system for myself and a group of users. I'm trying to get the info from Strava and send it to Health Connect (Google) and HealthKit (Apple Health), lets call them HealthApps refering to both of them. All activities are Public. But I'm having some problems: 1. Rouvy and many others didn't send data to Health Connect. So I plan to send example from Rouvy to Strava, then from Strava to Google Fit, then Google Fit to Health Connect. But from Strava it breaks and didn't get sended to Google Fit (which is active as "Other Services").First I suspect it was because it was created by a 3th party app. Then I create an activity direcrly from Strava and again it never gets to Google Fit.As a proof other direct activities from Garmin went out to Google Health and to Google Fit correct. So problem is not in Google Fit.I need to solve it. Please help me, I need to send ALL activities that start or not in Strava... 2.

I don’t see any endpoint, but it can’t hurt to ask: is there an API method to add a comment (not changing the description) to an activity?

Hello! I’m a Strava subscriber who organizes a local cycling club. I’ve created a club for it within Strava, but I want to push each week’s ride activity into Strava via the API. Is it possible to add write methods to the club activities API so each week I can have another system push that data to Strava? Thanks!

When my app attempts to update an athlete’s activity (title, description), the API is returning an HTML page saying that Strava is temporarily unavailable. This is accompanied with a 503 error. Two things worth noting are:The activity is actually updated, so that seems to rule out any authentication/authorization issues. As of now, the status page at strava.status.com shows all systems are online. Is anyone else experiencing this? Since today, most of my POST requests to the /uploads API are failing with HTTP 413 (Payload Too Large).I did some additional tests and it seems that files bigger than 1MB are being rejected - unfortunately most of my (TCX) files are larger than that.This issue started to occur today (28.08.2025) after 13:15 UTC. All uploads before were successfull. All uploads afterwards are failing

I know scraping is frowned upon but is it fair game to source the public athletes endpoint (e.g. https://www.strava.com/athletes/{id}) which is reachable without a login and is not explicitly forbidden by the robots.txt for athlete image links and other stuff to use in a Strava API application? Sorry if this happens to be a duplicate question. I was searching using the activity search on the web interface for some of my activities on the Goat Creek trail that I sometime use a ‘🐐’ character in the description of and I wasn’t finding anything.I tried on the android client instead and the search worked as expected.Looking further on the web version I noted that search for a ‘🐑’ instead turned up the one of the several activities I had with a ‘👻’ character in its title.I suspect the web search has an issue with byte conversion or/and utf-16 surrogate clipping of some kind...

It would be nice to have more options about what to show in the main feed in the activity highlight. For example: if I go on a run that has on average 101ft per mile run of elevation gain, the total elevation gain of the run shows in the feed highlight, otherwise it does not. Having more granular control over what is shown by default for each activity type would be nice.  Right now it seems determined by activity tagging, for example, indoor cycling vs ride.  For indoor cycling the power is shown in the feed, otherwise you have to drill down. There is no way to know these rules without experimentation and no way to control them right now. Also I've noticed recently some activities are not showing the total moving duration unless you drill down into the specific details, even with no segments or achievements.

Why sometimes, when you create a segment,you get a leaderboard, but if you slightly edit it afterwards you get no leaderboard? i undretsand there might need some time to be updates, but in few segments, noone was ever added after i edited it, although there were around 12 peopl in it when i firstly created it.

Some of the segments i ve created, do not appear on the map. While others, do appear. I have everything public, no spots hidden from the map. all permissions are checked. 

I’d like to incorporate the Global Heatmap data into recreation and conservation planning efforts in USA.  Is this possible?  Is there someone I could speak with to discuss it?

Please get rid of the strava features, challenges and adverts from the homepage.  I don't need to see these, I want to see what everyone else is doing, not what challenges there are. At least make these optional or in a drop down box or something.  I will not renew my subscription if these remain. 

Hey all, I used to love sharing my activity map with the “Save Image” feature on the app.Now when I do that the title and activity stats are considerably bigger than before and often cover up the name of the city. I can save a transparent version of the stats that would allow me to make them smaller but unfortunaley I can’t save the map on its own. Any idea’s appreciated, I wish Strava had never changed from the old smaller title. It was perfect. Thanks
