One user doesnt get refresh token, others work

I have a webapp, user authorize and the webapp fetch segment efforts. But one of the user can authorize, all good,  my web can retrieve user information and saves this, but then the user doesnt get refreshtoken when webapp ask for it, response is Bad request. all the other user works well. We have tried to: revoke app, delete user and reauthorize several times. Also Adjusted privacy, so all public, but no luck with this. This user had privacy set to private, and request to follow when first authorizing, I dont know if its matter. So, I will be glad if someone has a possible solution for this.

Lost access to my account

Hello All, I hope to get answer here because Strava Support does not answer.Yesterday evening I had a run and the activity did not log into strava, I proceeded to log out, and when I tried to log back in, it created a new blank account ON the same email. When I followed my main account (the one I had lost access to), I got a follow notification on the same mail that the new account was created on.Since then I have deleted the blank account, and after I tried logging in on the account I have had activity on, they still create new ones.THis is the 3rd account from the same mail. I have a race on Sunday and need help and strava support are not responding

How to change emailadress

Hi all,I don't know where to put this question. So, here i go:So i want to buy Strava Premium. I bought for 70 euro's on Google Pay.What is didn't see, that my Google Pay and Strava-mail don't match.Now i got 70 euro's on a different mailadres and no Premium.Can i change the e-mailadres on strava what is connected to Google Pay or am i doomed to make a whole new strava account?

Problems with integrating accounts ( uploading unzipped files)

Hello all,I tried to integrate my activities into one Strava account. I followed Strava indications so I created a bulk file from my non-desired account and telecharged the files as instructed.When ready to upload the folder (files) into my desired target account files were not accepted/recognized. Strava says it accepts FIT type files but the ones created (by Strava itself) are of the type ####-fit.gz (exe: 104454534.fit.gz) which are not recognized by strava itself. Any option missed when generating these files ? Why can not be recognized by Strava ? how to upload them ?thanks for your support in advanceBR

Identifying workouts from SummaryActivity object

How would you guys recommend I try to identify runs that are workouts from the SummaryActivity object?For context: I have a group of athletes who've authenticated my app whose activities I poll to a Google Sheet via the Google App Script and I want to be able to identify their workouts.I have a few options in my head:1. Ask that my athletes mark their workouts as workouts in Strava, from which I should be able to grab the workout_type and use that (?). I still can't find any place which shows what the valid workout types are. Risk assuming this is even valid: They could forget to mark their run as a workout and then that activity gets overlooked.2. Try to use the laps data. Assumptions: All athletes will use lapping for their workouts and never use lapping for their easy runs. Womp womp.3. Try for a combination of the above two fields: workout_type and laps. From this make a decision on if it's a workout or not. If they forget to mark a workout type, check laps and see if there are fas

Weekly Widget Progress- Option to remove

I do not want this option on my feed.  It popped up a few months ago and went away.  It is now back.  I am hoping now that it is back- I can remove it. The widget itself seems to be primitive and only collects quantity rather than quality.  Then every week it challenges you to do more.  Rest is also very important and needed to prevent injuries.   Some might think it's great, and that's awesome for them.  I do not think it is good to see and why I have disabled things like the 'move' option on my garmin watch or removed the step counter option.

API scope

Im a new devloper and creating my first backend for a collage project, I would like to fetch data regarding from every user that uses my application. I have made an application to STRAVA, and gotten a read-scope, which cannot be used to fetch data from all my users. My question is if the following understanding is correct, can I access data from my users regarding their activities if they sign into my app using their Strava account through OAuth?Thank you in advance!

Strava Subscription

Hi,I recently downloaded the app and it has taken a years subscription out of my bank account but the app is still asking me to start a free trial and I have limited acccess to the app. Can someone please advise?

Keep seeing the same posts from clubs and individuals

Apparently this was a bug that was "resolved" but it's not been as I keep seeing the same posts come up on my feed from clubs and individuals for weeks/months, even if I've given it kudos.Activities I'll see twice then never again.The park run record was broken at my local club and I saw the same post about it every day for two months. Now it's happening more and more as I've joined more clubs. Makes me want to leave them. As it's just dull scrolling the exact same content again and again every day.

Stuck in Single Player Mode

I've filled out two requests to be taken out of single player mode so I can launch my group run club app. No response from either, it's been a month and a half since the first request, and 2 weeks since the last request. I emailed Strava support and they acknowledge that I'm still on a waiting list. Who else can I bother to resolve this?

Error getting access token and refresh token

I'm following this tutorial here, and the step at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sgscChKfGyg&list=PLO6KswO64zVvcRyk0G0MAzh5oKMLb6rTW&index=1 doesn't work for me. Specifically, it's the step where we have a "code" read:all access and we exchange it for an an access token and a refresh token by sending a request of the formhttps://www.strava.com/oauth/token?client_id=ID&client_secret=SECRET&code=CODE&grant_type=authorization_codewhen I do this with my value of ID, SECRET, and CODE I get a page that just says "{"message":"error"}" or I get the 404 page with the red traffic light (I've tried it several times with a few variations on the scope I'm requesting).

Duplicate activity uploads sync issue

Due to occasional inaccuracies in altitude and dynamic data on my Apple Watch, I typically use both the Apple Watch Ultra and Coros watch connected to the Stryd running sensor during marathon runs. However, today I noticed that the data from the Coros watch for the Hong Kong Marathon is missing, and the Apple Watch data seems to be off by a few hundred meters. Additionally, Stryd is unable to sync heart rate data. How can I filter data from these three different auto-sync sources or manually retrieve the Coros data?

Sport Direct 20x5 Chalenge - wrong calculation in percent of done work

Hello. I take part in chalenge run 5 days-20 minutes. I've run 4 days from 5 . And I see wrong result calculation in percent - 75 %. But there should be 80%. (In any case it's impossibile to have 75 % - there could be only 20/40/60/80/100 %)

Kinni FIT file upload issue (elevation)

Hello Team,We have incorporated the Strava FIT file upload via the Strava API (https://developers.strava.com/docs/uploads/) into our app Kinni (http://kinni.co/) for a number of years. The uploads captured the elevation gain correctly until around mid-July 2023 after which it seems to be missing. We have checked the FIT files being uploaded via the API and nothing has changed as it contains the elevation gain as per the Garmin specifications. If manually uploaded via the Strava web interface elevation gain is still missing. I have attached two examples of FIT files. Both contain elevation gain. The FIT file from Kinni uploads to Strava without the elevation again being captured. The FIT file from Garmin uploads to Strava with the elevation gain captured. We have raised this issue with Strava Support before and have not seen any process from the Strava Support Team since August 03, 2023.We would really appreciate assistance in addressing this issue as we are unable to troubleshoot the i

Hello! I recently got a new phone, and tried to login in to Strava. I now have a new account and lost my history. I also paid for the subscription and my new profile is telling me to upgrade. Challenge status

Hello, Can we have some kind of challenge status/progress display in the web application? If I recall right the smartphone app has (or had) this circular progress bar around the challenge icon.This appears to be missing on the web version. As I walk and cycle a lot there are a lot of challenges to attend to and opening each one to see if it completed or not is time consuming.

5 mile 50 minute run shows as ending 2 days in future

Used Strava for the first time today.  Ran 5 miles in around 50 minutes.  But in one area of the app it shows the run ending two days from now.  It uploaded to apple fitness and health which shows me as continually running every minute of the day.  Please help!

Photos on Personal Heat Map

I've just resubscribed, and I've found random photos appearing on my personal heat map. They are intrusive at best, and at worst actually obscure the route unless I zoom in really close. It's the most useful (to me) of the subscriber features. My own don't appear (I'm happy with with), but I don't want others there. How can I turn them off?

Understanding AVG Pace

Recently been reviewing my avg pace stats on runs and am trying to understand why often my runs may show a pace of say 3:35m/km while the avg pace will show 7:22m/km. I have tried this several times and with others who did the same runs as me but their stats show as their run ave pace. i.e. if 3:35, show as 3:35. Any insights to understand how this feature works is appreciated. Thanks

Club leaderboard data

I have a specific question regarding the data in leaderboards that I haven't gotten a clear answer on when searching.I have created a club for our XC team to track mileage.  Will data from their activities show on the leaderboard if they have their account set to private and their activities to followers only?  I currently am not following any of their accounts but runs are showing on the leaderboard so it would seem even with a private account, the data is recorded to the leaderboard.  Is this correct? No activities are showing on the activity feed which would seem to indicate they do not have their activity setting to public.

Not all best efforts are visible or do not update.

If I look at my personal records, I have only cycled distances of 80 kilometers/50 miles or more. The shorter distances are all 0 seconds. Of course I cycled these shorter distances, otherwise there would be no longer distances listed. In addition, these times, with the exception of the last 2 times, may not be correct at all. Either the hours are missing on the front or they are the times that should be displayed in the empty fields/for the shorter distancesAdding the “virtual ride” option would be nice. For example, the Stelvio is now considered my biggest climb, even though I have not cycled it in real life.In addition, I would like to mention that kilometers are displayed in 3 ways, such as 10k, 20km. (dott) and 40 km(Dutch Strava website)
