Be able to flag segments themselves, not individuals. There is at least one segment in Boulder that shows a faster time than the splits for that segment. Attached is what I’m referring to. It says my pace was in the 8s, but if you look at my miles 4, 5, and 6—which were part of the segment—they were in the 10s and 9s. This issue isn’t unique to my run; in fact, it affects everyone who has completed the segment.

It strikes me as a little uncharitable that Strava would put the new night time heatmap functionality under their premium setting. Women shouldn’t have to pay more for safety & yet so often they e are penalised. Also happy equal pay day ladies - for the rest of the year we don’t get paid as much as men on average…great timing

Dear Strava Team,  I will like to bring one issue to your kind notice. Earlier when we used to upload a .fit file to Strava, that .fit file use to get process and an activity gets added in Strava platform. However, since last few weeks this is not working.   Just wanted to understand from you, that whether it’s an issue from your end, or is there any change in .fit file supported formate. Huawei health is recording my running cadence, but it is not transferred to Strava. Is there any parameter to fix this problem? Is it a Huawei or Strava problem?

I’m curious what the normal lead time is for developer program applications. I filled out the form on October 13th and have not heard anything.Does everyone wait this long or might something be wrong with my submission?

I can open the HUB from the email, but I see no links at all IN STRAVA to go to the hub.  Am I missing something?

Hello!I'm writing an application that requires storing information about new activities in realtime as they come in from athletes. I have been successful in getting the creation of new activities sent to my server through the web hook. New Activities do not include any metadata about the new activity, so I have to follow up with additional calls to fetch the data.I've explored the following 2 approaches but both have their problems:Fetch By Activity Id: the most straight forward, I could hit `/activities/{{ id }}` for every activity that comes from the web hook. This would be the most expensive against my daily rate limit, though.Fetch By Activity Date Range: in order to avoid hitting rate limits, I could hit `/athlete/activities` and run against a date range to fetch multiple activities at once. This is great cause it allows me to "batch" request

Ok, I understood that killing FatMap the best way to get money from subscribers.But why this great tool so bat implemented to strava? Did you see how it looks? Why all the hills pretended to be a peak? Do you really think that mountains should be so tall.  Can you please return the display of the mountains as it was done in FatMap?

New this morning, I’ve been getting notifications for users who I do not have favorited. This is a really obnoxious use of notifications with no clear way to turn it off without turning off notifications for favorited users. This appeared to start this morning. Also, why was my last thread about this deleted?

OK. I do a hike and I track it with Strava.Strava says the finished track is 5.96 miles.I export the gpx file, then import that gpx into OS maps. (Ordnance Survey)OS says the route is 4.77 miles.Does anyone know why?

Hi! I recently completed a run with Strada recording the miles on my Apple `Watch. I completed the activity, however, it is not showing on the app- it just seems to have disappeared. Is there anyway to get the activity to show on my phone?    

Can someone from Strava please help me understand as a paid user why I can't share links? Or when this feature might be available again? I can't share links for tracking while doing ultra cycling races. Nor can I share videos I've put together after for others to watch from these efforts. This is really tempting for me to cancel my membership with Strava because the platform continues to ignore this. Or the ability to link a route that wasn't created on Strava? This is so simple but you've got extreme to disable this feature.

Recently the icon for velomobile rides changed to the most icon thinkable. Everyone I asked was complaining about it just like me. The old icon was most elegant and much more precise in reflecting the shape of the well known velomobiles. The current icon looks like a small car and is not aerodynamic at all. Please can you change the icon for velomobile rides back to the old one?

I've been using the Firefox browser for several years with no issues. A few days ago the Strava dashboard stopped displaying correctly. None of the activity is showing anymore. The stuff at the bottom of the page still appears. And the links to "your recent activities" at the bottom of the page still work. See attached screenshots. I've opened the page in Safari and Chrome and it displays correctly in both of them. I'm not having any issue in Firefox with any other websites. I'd like to continue using Firefox, if possible.Any thoughts??

HiI’m new to this and hope someone can help! I’ve used Strava off and on to record running for years on my iphone, but without exploring detailed features.  My main sport is field hockey and I was recently excited to be given an apple watch (series 7) - meaning I could record what I’m doing on the hockey field.  But I can’t get it to record accurately on the Strava app.  Below are two images, the first, mine from tonight's training session.   The second from another player’s at the same session.  You can see the difference.  Mine only appears to pick up occasional motion for a total of 0.52 miles, the other records for 3.48 miles.  I don’t believe I’m that lazy in comparison!Last week the same happened, I thought because I recorded it as a run with “Auto-pause” on.  But this week I recorded it as Football (Soccer).    I’ve search online but can’t find what’s wrong.Can anyone please offer guidance!?Thanks!

Hi all,how do you report a segment leader who has not walked/hiked but have recorded it as this? The person had completed on horse back but logged as run/hike which is really upsetting when your trying to do your best and this would be impossible to beat on foot uphill! any ideas? Thanks

If an activity has a large amount of splits, the elevation graph will not be aligned to the splits in the Workout Analysis view.Image showing incorrect alignment inside the view: Image showing correct alignment outside of the Analysis view: How to reproduce:1. Upload an activity with a lot of short splits in the middle. (My example had ~80 splits)2. Open the Workout Analysis view.3. The elevation graph will not align with the splits.

I recorded a hike on my Garmin Etrex with an elapsed time of 4:12:51 and moving time of 3:54:26. When it loaded to Strava the elapsed time showed as 4:12:46 which is fine but the moving time came up as 00:00:59 giving a pace of 11s/mile. A new world record! Any ideas why Strava would not pick up the correct stats from Garmin?
