I've noticed that the notification of a PR / PB isn't correct when I've ran my third best PR / PB on a certain distance it shows in the notification it's second best, while in the distance PR / PB overview it does actually show as third best. 

Strava is connected to my Garmin, I had garmin broadcasting, I can see my heart rate in the strava app. But when the ride is finished, when I wanted to see Heart Rate Insights, the section says "Start training with a hear rate monitor for access to more subscription features and etc. Then it has a link "How to add heart rate data."

Okay so ive had a problem for a long time with my heart rate data not showing on my posts altough everything is connected proprerly. And even on my garmin connect data is shown but on strava its not and ive checked my privacy setting and everything seem to be public so i dont know what could be wrong. If you got any suggestions please leave them in comments. Thank you.

Is there a way of flagging an illegal segment, e.g.Clearly states cycling forbidden,without actually riding the segment yourself illegally? I know a few illegal and dangerous to Walker segments that should be flagged but I seem to only be able to flag ones I've ridden

I've noticed when I check profiles of friends on Strava that I can see on their Profile the amount of kms they have ran this year (e.g. 2024). However when I do the same for my own profile this doesn't appear. I can switch between week, month, year on my profile but even when I set it to year only the stats show per month but no total amount of kms is shown. Can this please be added.

How is it 2024 and you don't fully integrate with Google Fit?

My last 2 walks are not showing the calories burned, yet prior to those that has always shown on my activity feed. I’m not using a different device so I’m confused as to what’s happening? My other activities: indoor and outside cycling are showing calories. Has anyone else experienced the same and if so how did you rectify it? TIA

I’m using a Wahoo Roam paired with my Specialized Tero 5 TDU. I pair a Polar HRM to the Wahoo.  When a ride is completed, data is uploaded to Strava.  I don't understand what data is supplied by the Tero that ends up in Strava but reported Calories in Strava make no sense.... This weekend I rode 100 miles and Strava shows only 46 calories.  The same Wahoo and HRM on a 5-mile ride on my Cutthroat show 460 Calories....   Can anyone explain how to get the Calorie data to be closer on the Tero described above?

Few days ago we encountered weird problem: there is no more "duplicate of activity..." message from server, even when sending the same activity multiple times. I've found this post at forum, which is pretty similar, but we have this problem on different accounts, where it was working before. Were there any changes in API? If not, what could be the problem?

Hi there,Maybe it is some stupid user error but since I have my new Apple watch 10 (watchOS 11) my activities show some weird stuff and I can't find out where to fix it.This is what happens: I record my activities with this new watch. If I look up the activity it shows the app in which I did my actvity. For example, a run in Strava will display Strava in my activity and a walk in apple work out, will show Apple Health in the activity. In my older activities the device was displayed as "Apple Watch series 6". I was expecting that activities recorded with Apple Watch 10 will display "Apple Watch series 10".Does anyone recognize this issue and knows how to fix it? Thx!  

Could someone please explain to me how Strava can create a new profile from Facebook when I already have one?  Years ago when I created my Strava account I logged in via Facebook and have a profile which I have been using successfully for several years.  On Sunday evening, I wanted to explore the possibility of subscribing to Strava and disconnected that profile from Facebook in order to create a more secure login via email.  No password reset was sent to me so I then logged back into Strava via Facebook and was shocked to find that I now have a new athlete profile attached to my email but with no activities logged.  I can still see my original profile as I know my original athlete number and have manually typed it into the web address bar.  My Garmin is also still uploading my activities to my original profile but I cannot log into it.  How can this happen as Strava insists that an account can only have one email address?  I have been trying to conta

I changed from Garmin Fenix 5X to 7X recently and the Strava segments that I have stared are not appearing during my runs. I have looked through all the settings and contacted Garmin who cannot find a solution and are out of ideas. Could it be a Strava problem? The segments are saved on my watch, they just don’t appear during my runs.

Hi All, I am looking for the list of domains that the application uses (e.g., api.strava.com, etc...) or a list of IP addresses for the application. I need it in order to detect the traffic originated from Mobile users to Strava and allow this traffic while stopping all the other. Many thanks for your help. 

Has anyone noticed that in the Android app, the power/heart rate graph is plotted against distance, while in the web app, it's plotted against time (which makes much more sense)? In the web app, you can also manually adjust this. Is there any option to change this setting in the Android app?

Is Strava able to automatically remove duplicates that count towards Local Legend status? There is a "Local Legend" that records his ride with a Garmin Edge and a Garmin watch. Both sync to Strava and then double counts the efforts, making them the "Local Legend" where in fact they only did half the recorded afforts. Surely Strava can detect this based on completing the same segment twice at the same time? Please add de-duplication to make it fair! 

  I tracked a run through the strava app on my watch galaxy 4 as I always do. Finished the run. Saw the times and pace. I see no record of it on the app and there's nothing I can see on the watch app. What can I do to retrieve this? 

Is it just me that gets annoyed with how much effort puts in to trying to make me subscribe? I already told them that their price is way too high for the features offered.  I've already told them that I won't be subscribing at that price. It's expensive and not worth it. Is it not better to reduce your price yet get more subscribers? It is not a premium app. It doesn't have integrated training plans. I want (when I subscribe and opt for a marathon plan) something that is integrated with the strava app, that gives me coaching and voice feedback during each training session, that is in the app that I can tailor so it's not just a bland series of emails that tell me when and what to do. It's very dull and lazy. The effort strava puts in to monetise everything by linking to their 'partners' which is just about getting exposure to their partners. It's not about providing a good app for your users it's about squeezing money out of your users wherever possible while n

Strava, we love you, but why are the MapBox satellite maps so out of date? The house I live in was built in 2017 and is still showing up as a vacant lot. Entire developments near me are missing, including streets. This is not only inconvenient, it's dangerous. We're paying good money for subscriptions, would you please find update or find a better map vendor? Thank you.

Management: If an activity has been flagged, it should be removed from "best efforts" on the member's profile page... one would think! But it's not, here's an example: https://www.strava.com/activities/1647252235/overview The guy almost certainly recorded an airplane ride as a bike ride and uploaded it. Hi all, I am currently a little stumped on what might be happening. I have connected Strava to a chest strap HRM and am a little confused with the readings. I’m guessing the connection is being dropped intermittently for minutes at a time? it looked like only a few measurements were taken over the course of a 2 hour bike ride. I have tried disconnecting/reconnecting, forgetting device, changing battery, updating, but nothing seemed to work. I am also not connected to any other devices. Interestingly, during runs it seems to be fine? Let me know if you have any suggestions. Thanks! 

I am a Huawei smartphone user and I would love to be able to use Strava on my phone. I know that Strava is not currently available on the Huawei App Gallery, but I think it would be a great addition. There are many Huawei users who are active athletes and they would benefit from being able to use Strava to track their workouts and connect with other athletes. I hope that Strava will consider developing a version for Huawei smartphones (AppGallery) store.
