Hello Strava Community, My application has reached the 999-athlete connection limit, and I’ve already emailed developers@strava.com to request an increase. However, the limit is causing errors for my users, and it’s taking some time to get a response from Strava support. In the meantime, I’d like to disconnect some inactive athletes to make space for new users. Is there an endpoint or method available to remove specific athletes from the connected list? Thank you for any guidance!

Boa tarde,I don’t know when this first started happening, but the media (pictures or videos) I upload during my activities are no longer labelled with the time they were taken. Thinking it might’ve been a thing for my most recent activities, I went back to older ones only to find out that these also don’t have their correspondent timestamp. Not on the mobile app, nor on my PC.I was going through account settings, but couldn’t really find anything useful to bring this feature back. Was this a definite change? I see on strava status there are problems.  We are facing problems submitting activities via API.  Normally this is very stable for years for us so we are pretty sure strava API has errors.  Anyone else seeing this? 

Is this just me or has the iOS app started eating much more mobile data lately? Last month, I've noticed an unusually high amount of mobile data used by Strava. I thought it might have been because I've uploaded a video to one of my activities while being on cellular data. Anyway, I thought I'd keep an eye on this; with a new billing month, I usually reset the mobile data stats, so I've done that: and after 2 weeks, I can see that Strava is the #1 on the mobile data eaters list again, with 1.59 GB. 😳I haven't really changed the way how I use the mobile app. I do not use it to track my runs/walks in the real time (I record those with the AW native workout app and import afterwards). I'd sometimes use the maps during an activity to get directions, or scroll through the timeline to deal some kudos when traveling, and upload my activities (typically, when I finish a run, I'd do the upload while stretching yet outside / on mobile data). But that's it.

Hello!Today I recorded a Hike activity on my watch. I use Huawei GT5 Pro. For syncing with Strava I use 3rd party app called “Health Sync”.The problem is that the elevation gain measured by the watch is 1004,1m and in the Strava activity is 732m. Other thing I noticed is that the the route, built in Strava maps, shows gain of 721m.This makes me think that Strava uses the map of the file to determine the elevation gain and it is ignoring the data from the sync app. After all I am not sure if this data is actually provided.All of my hikes has the elevation gain compromised. Here are some useful links:The route: https://www.strava.com/routes/3295815139449377184 The Strava activity: https://www.stra

Hi I've been injured for a while & unable to run. I logged on to Strava today & noticed it had updated and I can no longer find the monthly challenges that would allow me to collect badges. Has this feature been disabled? I can still find my existing trophy case. Thank you 

I use a Garmin HR strap that records running dynamics (GCT balance etc) these are all written into the .FIT file that Garmin export to Strava on completion.It took Strava a while, but they were eventually able to grab the HR data from these addons, so could they do the same for the Running Dynamics data to enhance the analysis side of things.

A gym I am using has Technogym equipment (Bike & Rowing) - I have connected the Strava & Technogym/MyWellness accounts in the respective apps, but the synchronization does not seem to fully work:- Bike rides (that I tracked with my bike computer and sync with Strava) are imported into MyWellness - Rows in the gym (that I tracked with the Technogym app) are not imported into Strava Any ideas? I have been uploading tcx files for a while and it worked without problems but recently they have stopped working with the very useful “Error processing Data” message.Does anybody know what changed? Or does anybody have an idea on how to debug this?The tcx file is still well formed and valid.

Hi Strava team. I recently (about a week and a half ago) made updates on OpenStreetMap to a local trail system (Oak Mountain State Park in Pelham/Birmingham AL) to add a couple of new trails and fix a couple of trail routing issues within the Strava route builder. However, these fixes, while showing up in OpenStreetMaps still, have not yet updated within the Strava route builder. I am curious the typical timeline between updating maps/trails in OpenStreetMap and them being usable in Strava? Thanks.

There doesn’t appear to be a hide function for segments I haven’t ridden.  There are many old segments cluttering my local heat map from old charity rides/events for instance that no one records anymore. This one is from 2012, 9 riders total, as an example: https://www.strava.com/segments/2481219However, hovering over it does seem to initiate a hide button on any page I can find.Is there a way I am missing to do this?Thank,Mike

why does the AI state that i have best power output for 5 and 30 mins, yet Strava shows no trophies for them? 

Hi There are some endpoints i am missing in the strava swagger, dont know if those are available. This is the info i want to retrieve: 1 - Power distribution zones - in a workout, there is an option, zone distribution, that displays the power split by the 7 zones  (https://www.strava.com/activities/{id}/zone-distribution 2 - Freshness and fitness, to retrieve fitness, fatigue etc (https://www.strava.com/athlete/fitness) 3 - Weather information (klimat). Although the activity enpdoint displays the temperature, as i have the klimat app enabled, i would like to retrieve that info as well Can you help me to find out how can i access that data please?Thanks

I have an application integrated to strava api. For some athletes the stats in the API are wrong. Mostly the alltime ride distance, number of rides are way too off.  Interestingly the strava android app is also showing the wrong data when viewed as a follower. But the website is showing correct data. How can this be resolved?

whenever you’re in edit mode and you drag a map to see another area, it always drops a new waypoint which you then have to delete every time! should be a way of moving the map without creating a waypoint. 

Hi! My recent WattBike activity is appearing in my notifications and contributing to my weekly goal but not showing up in my activities or on my feed. Please can you assist.  

I have an ongoing problem with Strava displaying incorrect step counter compared with steps recorded on my Apple Watch and iPhone. I’ve been trying all sorts to fix the problem, calibrating, disconnecting/reconnecting, location services are always on etc etc.Simple example as shown here, only 1k steps recorded on Strava but at least 1600 recorded by phone and watch according to health data. Why is that, every single walk I do is inaccurate regardless of location and if I have a friend doing exact same walk with me in terms of distance, their counter is always greater than mine.  

This is driving me nuts. There are several segments in the climbs near me which have KOMs with OBVIOUS bad GPS data; in some cases the entire Top-10 is comprised of rides with bad GPS! I’m talking OBVIOUS bad: Like 215 mph, 91mph, tons of 60-80mph -- up 12% hills! The GPS map on Strava shows them riding over water, trees, looping over roads, going in straight lines through the forest, etc.Most of them can be flagged. It’s annoying that Strava can’t figure out how to automatically flag an 80 or 200 mph segment, but oh well. BUT there are several rides -- including KOMs! -- which can NOT be flagged! When you try to flag it, you fill out the “reason” box, click the “flag” button, and the box just clears. I’ve tried multiple browsers, with multiple flagging reasons, over multiple days. No matter WHAT, some of these BOGUS KOMs and Top-10s simply cannot be flagged!WHAT GIVES?Also: Why are there certain segment

Hello, I'm using the getClubActivities endpoint to keep a tally of individual rides in my club. I would like to limit the response to a certain date, or at least to a certain week (i.e. this week). Is there a way to do this? Getting the date of the activity in the API Response would be enough.  Lastly, I couldn't find info on the units for the time and distance that is returned by the endpoint. I assume it's seconds for time, but not sure for distance.  Any help is appreciated.

Hey, in google sheets, I’m attempting to set up an automated spreadsheet to use a few segment URLs as an input, and provide an output of the segment’s name and also the most recent date ANYONE has completed it. I’ve successfully grabbed the segment’s name, but not sure how to go about getting the most recent completed date. I don’t care at all about the person’s name or time or any personal information - literally just what was the date it was most recently completed. Can anyone offer a good way of doing this via Strava’s API? I have already created an API app as a DataImporter and am using google’s AppsScript editor to aid in this. Thanks for your help and time.

As of about a week ago any workout I have tried to upload to Strava through the API is never being processed. I checked my console log when uploading and I get a response message with a successful response code. Hi Strava Support,I am facing one issue for a bunch of athletes in my team with the API for last few days. Its not happening for every athlete, just hand full. My rest api call for stats is not returning data for the ytd_run_totals . This was working earlier for couple of years now.
