If an activity has a large amount of splits, the elevation graph will not be aligned to the splits in the Workout Analysis view.Image showing incorrect alignment inside the view: Image showing correct alignment outside of the Analysis view: How to reproduce:1. Upload an activity with a lot of short splits in the middle. (My example had ~80 splits)2. Open the Workout Analysis view.3. The elevation graph will not align with the splits.

I recorded a hike on my Garmin Etrex with an elapsed time of 4:12:51 and moving time of 3:54:26. When it loaded to Strava the elapsed time showed as 4:12:46 which is fine but the moving time came up as 00:00:59 giving a pace of 11s/mile. A new world record! Any ideas why Strava would not pick up the correct stats from Garmin?

Longer road-bike workout with two longer pauses for lunch and snack. Measured in very same length by Edge 530 and Watch Ultra 2. Edge was placed on table (no moving) during breaks, Apple Ultra 2 rested on my arm.Difference in moving time after upload is significant - workout uploaded from Ultra 2 seems very incorrect ie. unusable.Is there anything to check? Is Strava velocity treshold too sensitive?Thanks!

Hi, Does anyone understand why when you use the 'Correct Distance' feature after posting an activity, it also updates your moving time? I use stryd for running which usually cuts off a bit of distance, but when I correct it my moving time and also average pace also changes. Surely this shouldnt happen, moving time should stay static? Moving Time is useless, I never want the time from my watch to be different than what Strava shows. So when I need to get rid of the moving time and only use elapsed time, I set an activity to be a Race. BUT-- I went to do that today and the option isn't there.I have options for Sport, Map Type, Tags, and Shows. Where did activity type go (it had options for Workout, Long Run, Race)?

I may be confused, but I seem to be unable to find public routes on the Strava website and at the same time I cannot find my personal routes on the Strava (Android) app.   Is it just me?On the website, I can find My Routes and a "Routes" item in the footer under "Explore" that leads to a list of hiking routes (but no biking routes!?)On the app, under "Map", there is a "Saved" tab, but for the past two days, clicking "Saved Routes" returns "Server is not responding, please try again later".I ran into all this because I went for a long gravel ride yesterday and wanted to have the route on my phone, but I could not find it.   I did find out that the most popular saved route in my area is terrible -- I'm not sure why anyone would recommend it.  The recommended route puts people on a busy and dangerous major highway when there are lovely and quiet alternatives on the same loop.  I had hoped to find the recommended ride on the websit

Hi I have accidentally deleted an activity on April 21st at around 10:30am BST - it was a 44km run - the London marathon recorded in the Strava app on my iPhone. Please can you restore this - I did save it to my profile but then deleted it - I have since uploaded an Apple Watch activity of this run but it hasn’t captured the distance correctly so want to replace it with my Strava recording if that makes sense?I’ve raised a ticket several times but no response can someone help please?

Hello! My Runs in the Peloton app load to Strava, but are not counting/showing up in personal best data, PRs, longest activity. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Dear Strava Community, I would like to analyse my Training in defined last periods, overall but also per category. I am interested in analyses like: - Cycling, last three months, last 12 months, current year, total time, average HR, max HR, etc - the same for Hiking alone, or Running alone - the same for all together In my previous App I could summarise really flexible like in relational database. Additionally I could download raw data into a Excel spreadsheet where each data log was available as a line (eg. all logged data like HR etc each 3 seconds...) In Strava I cannot really find more then "My Activities", which is only a list of my trainings. Data analysis or visualisation per type over periods, etc is not available. How do you prevent Strava from generating the “X uploaded their first Y in a while. Give some kudos to show your support” Notification for all followers of user X who does an activity Y after not doing any for a while? (as an option for X that is, not for each individual follower)

So as is often the way my wife wants to join Strava. Sweet.  Except my subscription has just rolled over for a year. Is there a way of having my plan cancelled and put onto a family plan without having to wait 12 months?

I have made many routes of my own from scratch and they all look as I expect, regardless of device. But whenever I download a gpx for a race it doesn't look "correct" on the mobile app. By that I mean it looks as if it was created with a fraction of the resolution, a couple miles of the winding course represented by one long linear line segment.  I have found that if i select "edit" on the route it looks fine in the editor, but as soon as i select save it looks poor/incorrect. As i said this is only on mobile but obviously mobile is the one place i need it to work.

I ran a marathon on Sunday and cant seemto upload it at all. I submitted a ticket and no one has looked at it request : 3104588 The import button spins for a long while before it turns to a check mark but the activity never processes. I even left it overnight

Can I forfeit a KOM?  On my ride today, I know without a doubt I didn't do the segment in 2 seconds with a speed of 108 mph on my MTB haha, and I'm chalking it up to a recording glitch. I don't want to take the KOM from the rightful KOM and wondering if there is a way I can forfeit the KOM.  Thanks

Randomly my Apple Fitness+ workouts don’t sync to Strava. This morning my walk did sync but my afternoon cycle class did not. Wednesday my walk did not sync but my cycle class did. I have toggled the settings between Strava and the Health settings but this persists. What could be causing this?Is there any way to upload individual workouts from Apple Fitness+ to Strava so I don’t lose all my workout data (rather than having to input them manually)?

Hi! I have a Garmin Vivoactive 3 which I record my hikes & rides on via the Garmin app. I’ve then connected the Garmin app & device to Strava.  When I recently uploaded my hike yesterday, the maps are not uploading to Strava showing where I was. The last activity that had a map was my walk upload on Oct 4. Was there a setting change that prevents map uploads now? I also tried deleting the Garmin app linkage within strava & reconnecting it, but that did not resolve the map upload.
