Heb sinds kort geen opgave van calorieën meer in de app. Ik zie ook dat er een activiteit wijziging heeft plaatsgevonden? Tot aan mei dit jaar gebruikte ik voor spinnen een activiteit die niet meer voorkomt, gebruik nu binnen fietsen maar deze geeft geen calorieën aan, Hoe op te lossen? TRANSLATION:  I have recently stopped reporting calories in the app. I also see that an activity change has taken place? Hi, myself, and several other riders in Australia have noticed that over the last few weeks the GPS driven path bounces all over the place in parts of the ride, incorrectly increasing distance, and adding jagged or starred path artifacts to the path. In places it will jump several tens or hundreds of metres, adding significantly to the distance (and increasing the average speed). I have been using Strava for over 5 years, frequently with daily rides of > 10km. I have never had this issue. My friend, from a city approx 100km away is also having the same issue. He came up and we rode together on the weekend.  We rode together ~ 50km.  Before the ride I had checked his phone, made sure network time was on, high precision mode was in the app access, made sure power saving was not triggering and testing the GPS using a GPS app. All good. After tie ride we checked both our phones, and surprisingly both of us had weird jagged artefacts in the path, with the path hopping

I regularly get this message in red and can’t see my activity:"Something went wrong please try again"Strava on iOS 

For about three weeks now, the indicated speeds and distance driven are no longer correct. I never had that problem before. (Samsung A 32)That's why I think it's not due to the calibration of my Samsung.It's strange that the location and the route driven are correct.After reinstalling Strava, the problem has not been solved.In the Google Maps navigation app I don't get any deviations when I use that app in the carWho can make me wiser?

is there any way to create chapters within a club? Like if our club has a location in miami, one in ft Lauderdale, etc can we create a chapter within the club or do we have to make a new club for each?

Someone I follow (and who follows me)? As in, on the dashboard the activity feed can be filtered to My Activities, or Following, but not to an individual. Is it possible to see this? I know I can see some activities on the person's profile, but not the full list (not easily anyway).

I just started using the app. I have problem because it does not record my activities. case 1: I started recording my morning yoga. I don’t have my phone on my, it was next to me. When I finished the training after 35 min I stopped recording but the time in the app was just few minutes. case 2: next day I was doing my Pilates and after I started recording this activity I had the phone in my pocket. Still it didn’t correctly recorded the timecase 3: I went swimming (obviously no phone with me), again it didn’t record the time.  question: how to record the time of activities that you do without your phone or you do them in one location?

Until about a month I was able to view my Strava activities in Google Calendar. However it stopped working and I can't get it to work, could it be due to a change in Strava? Any thoughts about this?

Hi!I have an Apple Watch and recently purchased a new iPhone (Pro 15).I cycle and I run trail.Prior to getting the new phone, I’d begin my activities this way: 1. Go to strava on my phone. Start a trail run or a road ride. (This is a backup. Normally I’ll delete it once the Apple Watch data gets uploaded). 2. Go to Apple fitness on my watch. Start a trail run or a road ride.3. Import both and delete the phone data as it’s not as accurate. But now that I have the new phone, this strategy doesn’t work. The apple phone data uploads on strava. But the apple phone data is missing the *map*. Before the new phone, I’d get two sets of uploads with complete data and two distinct maps. Right now, if I delete the phone upload, eventually I’ll get a map to generate for the Apple metrics. But it’s on a delay or something. It takes quite a while to see the map. And it eventually asks (on strava) it asks “done your activity” and then offers you the option to add advanced opti

I'd like to take out the Strava subscription for the first time but it is costed in Euros.  I lve in the UK so I'd like to pay in Pound Sterling.  How do I make the change?

My phone is setup to use larger fonts to help with declining eyesight. I find that the Strava app has a number of rendering issues where important content doesn't fit properly. Here are two most obvious examples, but likely there are more:1) In the splits rows have insufficient height.also, GAP has insufficient width, which results in losing one digit in some rows 2) In segment leaderboards, many entries don't have their year rendered. I'd say, the year is probably the most important part of the date, to tell you how old the attempt was made, followed by the month. Perhaps Strava could fix this by using a different date format, for example by using abbreviated month or numeric month. Also, perhaps this could be improved by reducing the whitespace.  

This has been happening for a while, I enjoy looking to see who else has ran the same segment and where I place on the leaderboard for that day but it rarely works and only shows me.  Sure I may be the only person who’s ran that day but over like 6 segments showing only me chances are slim considering I live in a town with plenty out running.

I accidentally erased a saved hike and I have sent two emails already to strava support system to ask them to send me that saved hike again. No answer till now 🥺 

I have done numerous runs in the last few weeks using the Strava app on my Google Pixel Watch, of which most runs have never synced with my phone and thus my account. My watch has 0 unsynced runs... I have tried all of the recent solutions given on these forums (turning watch on and off; uninstalling the app on both my phone and watch; clicking sync runs numerous times despite it saying there is none). I ask for some sort of help as it's becoming a major issue and really disappointing to see it not being fixed after an extensive amount of time, despite being a Strava Premium member.

Bonjour a toute et à tous  j'ai un petit soucis avec mon Strava je vous explique mon problème ou apparament je ne suis pas le seul et pas forcément avec le même appareil  Quand je réalise une sortie course a pied ou vélo ou course les temps au kms , temps totale et altitude ne corresponde pas a mon suivi sur mon application de montre Huawei auquel corresponde parfaitement mais temps au kms et a mon temps total d'effort . Il y a t-il des modifications possible ou comment faut il procéder pour la bonne synchronisation. Sachant que sur une activité de 6h j'ai 30 minutes de différence et les kms détaillés ne correspondent pas à ce effectuer Strava fais une moyenne de tous a lui seul . Ça n'a donc aucun rapport avec l'effort effectuer . Recently I started facing issue on wear Os strava app. It cuts down the kms after syncing to strava mobile app. I have attached my activity screen shots from phone and watch also link. I recently connected Strava to Mi Fitness. However none of my past activities I recorded with Mi Fitness were imported to Strava, except two activities that I had done a few hours before. All new activities are now syncronizing, but how can I recover all other past activities?

Looking at your long list of goals, it is hard to determine where you have done extra and where you still have a bit to go for the year/month/week. I suggest that the text To Go and value for this is shown in red and similar with the Extra, show this in green. See screenshot to understand how much easier it will be to understand how you are performing with regards to all your goals  

I’m hoping this is a stupid answer with a quick answer, although I suspect not! (For the latter!) I’m a premium user training for my first marathon using an Apple Watch. Many of my runs now include varying the pace (e.g. 10 minute easy run, 10 minute target marathon pace, 10 minute easy run etc.). These will increase in time in the coming weeks/months. The problem I have is that Strava on my Apple Watch will only show my average pace for the whole session. So once I’ve done my 10 minutes, I have no way of knowing what speed I’m actually running at (and therefore can’t see if I’m actually hitting my target marathon pace or not).  Thanks in advance for your replies. Also, when is Strava going to introduce maps/route integration on the Apple Watch for new routes?! I’d like my watch to tell me when to turn etc rather than memorising a route or checking my Strava app on my phone mid run! Thanks all.

Hi there,It seems like there is a lot of discussions about the webhook API and it seems to be kind of going nowhere.Strava wants to enforce fewer API Calls, but doesn't really make an easy way of going about that, when the webhooks are this limited.I have a list improvements that I can think of:Update on "gear_id" changesUpdate on "workout_type" eg. from none to "race"Update on "type" going from walk -> runThese changes could really make for a better user experience, where right now users of 3rd party apps are kind of forced to update the "short description" of an activity to trigger a webhook.As I mentioned before there has been a lot of talk about this, both on this forum and on the old google user group.But it seems like Strava is not really taking it seriously.Is there any plans at all to improve the Webhook API?

@Jane11 @Scout - Can anyone explain why my latests strava support tickets are listed in the support center as "solved" when they haven't even been looked at by Strava or responded to in any way?  The two in question at the moment are support requests #2798283 and #2798650.  The second was created as a follow up to the first one since the first one was not actually solved or responded to in any way but it was immediately marked as "solved" in your system.  I have one other support request that is listed as "open".  Does the system only allow a single open support request?

I’m looking for a segment my wife can see near our home but when I go to the maps tab the segments she can see are not there on my app. Anyone know why this is? I have seen the segment once but now it’s gone.
