Bonjour , au changement d’androïd vers iPhone et abonnement Premium je me trouve avec deux comptes en parallèle, avec mon adresse email je peux me connecter sur le plus récent mais pas sur le premier . À chaque activité Strava identifie que les deux comptes on fait l’activité ensemble . Quelqu’un a eu ce problème ou connaît son origine. Merci !

Dear Strava Community, I would like to analyse my Training in defined last periods, overall but also per category. I am interested in analyses like: - Cycling, last three months, last 12 months, current year, total time, average HR, max HR, etc - the same for Hiking alone, or Running alone - the same for all together In my previous App I could summarise really flexible like in relational database. Additionally I could download raw data into a Excel spreadsheet where each data log was available as a line (eg. all logged data like HR etc each 3 seconds...) In Strava I cannot really find more then "My Activities", which is only a list of my trainings. Data analysis or visualisation per type over periods, etc is not available. I have written a javascript command with the help of Chat GPT3 (I am not a developer) but would love some community assistance here! How do you prevent Strava from generating the “X uploaded their first Y in a while. Give some kudos to show your support” Notification for all followers of user X who does an activity Y after not doing any for a while? (as an option for X that is, not for each individual follower)

So as is often the way my wife wants to join Strava. Sweet.  Except my subscription has just rolled over for a year. Is there a way of having my plan cancelled and put onto a family plan without having to wait 12 months?

I have made many routes of my own from scratch and they all look as I expect, regardless of device. But whenever I download a gpx for a race it doesn't look "correct" on the mobile app. By that I mean it looks as if it was created with a fraction of the resolution, a couple miles of the winding course represented by one long linear line segment.  I have found that if i select "edit" on the route it looks fine in the editor, but as soon as i select save it looks poor/incorrect. As i said this is only on mobile but obviously mobile is the one place i need it to work.

I ran a marathon on Sunday and cant seemto upload it at all. I submitted a ticket and no one has looked at it request : 3104588 The import button spins for a long while before it turns to a check mark but the activity never processes. I even left it overnight

Can I forfeit a KOM?  On my ride today, I know without a doubt I didn't do the segment in 2 seconds with a speed of 108 mph on my MTB haha, and I'm chalking it up to a recording glitch. I don't want to take the KOM from the rightful KOM and wondering if there is a way I can forfeit the KOM.  Thanks

Just learned that the setup cannot be completed on a phone, but needs to be done from a computer.

Randomly my Apple Fitness+ workouts don’t sync to Strava. This morning my walk did sync but my afternoon cycle class did not. Wednesday my walk did not sync but my cycle class did. I have toggled the settings between Strava and the Health settings but this persists. What could be causing this?Is there any way to upload individual workouts from Apple Fitness+ to Strava so I don’t lose all my workout data (rather than having to input them manually)?

Hi! I have a Garmin Vivoactive 3 which I record my hikes & rides on via the Garmin app. I’ve then connected the Garmin app & device to Strava.  When I recently uploaded my hike yesterday, the maps are not uploading to Strava showing where I was. The last activity that had a map was my walk upload on Oct 4. Was there a setting change that prevents map uploads now? I also tried deleting the Garmin app linkage within strava & reconnecting it, but that did not resolve the map upload. 

Hi,I had issue with upload hole actvity from Garmin But on Strava i had only 21.55 km and finish is in different position. Could you help me with this? 

My spot on the leader board isnt showing. Weird glitch. See pics. How do I fix it?

When viewing on a web browser, a hyperlink currently works if placed in the activity description, but not in a comment. For the android app, the opposite - it works only in the comments.

Hi,The JSON format I get out of the API when I extract multiple Activities is not following JSON standards as it seems. I am not an expert not a dev. But if I pretty print it and save the output, and load it for further analysis, it says the file format is not valid.I've tried to debut it and indeed I get “multiple JSON root elements”.Any idea? :)Thx for your help!

Ran my first official race today. I had an unauthorized transaction which deducted my Gcash E-Wallet and just found out that it paid an unwanted subscription to my Strava account. Is there any possible way that I can cancel the subscription and get a refund? I'm hoping for this issue to be resolved.

Sometime after February 4th, any workout uploaded to Strava now gets pinned as a treadmill workout.  Why is that happening?  I have to go in unmarked the `Treadmill` now on every activity since then to get rid of it and I have to remove the `Treadmill Workout` from the description.

For the first time I encountered a problem with the virtual ride from Rouvy - the times on the segments are recorded, but for all segments I am not in the ranking. The activity is publicly visible, it doesn't have a hidden map and refreshing the results didn't help. Is this a bug through the fact that it was a ride where the load was controlled by the ERG mode on the trainer? I've never had this happen before.https://www.strava.com/activities/12876761870

Hi everybody. today strava app is not available on my Apple Watch serie 3. I tried a lot of things, I restart the phone and the watch, I reinstall the app. Nothing worked. I cannot even see the app on the watch app list. do you know how to resolve this problem?

Not sure why as this hasn't happened before but my hard effort resulting in 1st place is not showing up on the leaderboard.I have checked the forum and can confirm my run visability is set to ‘Everyone’ and I don't have any map privacy settings etc.Any help much appreciated!https://www.strava.com/segments/27166429
