I use a Garmin watch for running. For various reasons I don't want to upload directly from Garmin to Strava. So can I use an intermediate app? I have tried using Nike run club but it hasn't worked so far. I have integrated nrc with Garmin and runs upload with no problem to nrc. But having also integrated nrc with Strava they will not post to Strava after they reach nrc. Is that normal? If so, are there any alternatives?

UPDATE FROM STRAVA:   Hello all! We are going to mark this Known Issue as resolved. As of now, Peloton is working on the issue and if any athlete's are having repeated issues, please reach out to Peloton for updates/troubleshooting (https://support.onepeloton.com/). In the meantime, the workaround would be to enter the missed activity manually on Strava to get the credit for the missing activities.  Not sure where to report this - I put a note up on Reddit and I'm not the only one having this issue.  If you use the Peloton App (I was traveling and using at a Hotel Gym) any classes will usually sync with Strava - for some reason any of the Walk/Run classes will no longer sync to Strava.  You can take a cycling class, a yoga class, a stretch class, anything else - they all sync fine, but the Run/Walk classes no longer sync. 

Hi everyone! I launched two tickets with Strava support because I had an issue with my subscriptions.In june I used a 30-day trial which was extended and I payed the yearly cost for this. In July (after the trial period had ended and I already payed the yearly cost) I was not able to use the subscription so I had to buy another subscription to actually get access to my subscription.Now I have to active subscriptions on one and the same account and I can obviously only use one of them. I believe there was an issue with the app because the subscription with the trial period was not working and I had to cancel it and buy a new one to actually get access to the premium features. I already reached out to Strava Support about this twice and provided them with all the documents (payment tickets, photos of active and inactive subscriptions, …) but still have not received any kind of answer from anyone.Is this normal?

I’m trying to edit a new route and most (but not all) actions I try result in: “Error: Sorry, we couldn’t complete that action. Please try plotting the point again. This can occur when routing across large distances, so try plotting more frequent waypoints that are closer together.” I’m only creating or dragging points a few blocks apart. This also happens when I try to delete a waypoint. The entire route is only 1-2 miles long. Looks like an API error, but status.strava.com says all is operational. Again, this is sporadic, but not a result of 100% of my actions. edit: every action seems to be trying to calculate the resulting action from a point WAY far away. I’m in Oakland and editing a route in SF, but the calculation point is far to the west beyond both (see attachment). I even started a new route since the initial report, and this started in halfway through. Very frustrating to have basic route creating be this broken. edit 2: the route had placed a finish point somewhere near Buf

I liked it so much that I decided to subscribe to Runna as well.Later, I found out there was a Strava + Runna bundle deal for $149.99, so I went ahead and tried to sign up for that. However, my first card didn’t have enough balance, so I updated the payment information with a second card and successfully completed the purchase for the Strava + Runna bundle.To sign up for Runna, I also started the free trial using the second card. I assumed that once I subscribed to the bundle and linked my accounts, everything would sync automatically and only the bundle charge would apply.But here’s what actually happened: Runna charged me separately for a full-year membership after the trial ended. I was also charged on the first card, even though I thought the payment had failed. Good afternoon, I cancelled my auto subscription for the student plan a few months ago. The regulations say that we have to request a refund within 7 days (I have put 2 tickets in the last week with no replies as it went through on the 19th and is now the 25th) , I need a refund for the amount on my card account, could you please refund it? I'm not sure why it went through as I had already cancelled, but not just that it charged me through at full price rather than student discount which is even weirder. Thank you  Add tags

Hi, Can anyone help please.  Whilst on holiday my phone died from a swim in the sea.  My husband logged out of his Connect and Strava and logged me in both on his phone.  I uploaded my activities.  Logged out.  Cleared cookies he logged himselfback in on both.  I got a new phone.  Got all the apps and started uploading on my phone.  Every activity my husband does automatically adds me on strava still whether im with him or not.  Its also adding my own which I want.  We've logged out of Connect and Strava apps and on the websites.  We've disconnected Bluetooth.  Last step was reset both watches to factory settings.  Its still doing it.  Strava said ask on here.  Connect have been great but can't help.  Please can anyone help.  

Has anyone ever had an uploaded ride invisible to “Everyone” when your privacy settings allow for everyone to have access to what you upload? I uploaded a ride yesterday that was visible only to me, but just the day before I’d uploaded a different ride that is visible to everyone. 

After riding today, I looked at my activity feed on my laptop. Seemed OK, I gave some kudos, made a few comments. Then I realized, when I reloaded: any activity I had given kudos or commented seems to have vanished from my feed (including my own activities!) I tried switching back and forth several times between “Latest Activities” and “Personalized,” which seems to make no difference. Nor does logging out, clearing caches, and reloading. Please; can Activity Feed just show recent activities by me and those I follow (with as few silly ads as possible, but I know you need to place them), and not try to get clever. Don’t removed items from feed after I’ve looked at them. Don’t reorder or skip according to what YOU think I want to see. Just show the feed! Thank you.

I can no longer connect My sigma software (sigma data center)  with strava on one of my computers.The “log in” button does not work (nor do any of the other buttons for that matter)On my other computer I’m still connected, and syncing still works.Contacted Sigma, who say they no longer give support for their software….I’ve tested it with a 3rd PC, that never had the software installed before, and  the same problem occurs.Is there any workaround / fix for this ?

Hi from Sweden 😀🇸🇪☀️ I often run structured workouts with intervals (e.g. 6×1000m) created in Garmin, and sync them to Strava. However, the displayed average pace always includes warm-up, rest, and cool-down, which makes it misleading if I want to analyze or share the workout’s true effort. Feature request: Please add an option to calculate and show average pace for selected laps – or even better, average pace for structured intervals, separated from total workout average. This would really improve Strava’s usefulness for interval training! Thanks! claes

Hey all,I have been trying to get this figured out and I am stumped.  My emergency contact accidentally responded "off" to the automated Strava Beacon text and now they are no longer receiving my strava beacons when I head out for a run.  Anyone else dealt with this?  Do you have any ideas on how to reenable the strava beacon texts? I use a garmin and have had no previous issues.Thanks!

so i recently started to cycle on a Bluetooth Connected fitness bike.  i Connect my Apple Watch and record to Apple fitness. once done i import to Strava. I want to show the distance i have cycled but Strava is not showing the data even though its avaible via Apple fitness. is This a missing feature? A bug? Am i missing someting?  Best reguards.

Hi still not able to upload a triathlon I competed in on 2nd June .. every thing since then Is fine .. swims runs and rides .. as previously stated I have tried all the common fixes to no avail .. any thoughts ideas please ?? Obviously it's not a disaster but like to keep tabs on myself regards Stu . 

I’ve been training consistently for a couple of years now. Over the last few months, my Relative Efforts have decreased significantly, even though I am training at about the same level, both in terms of duration and intensity of workouts in any given week. As an example, long runs in January/February were about RE 90, whereas now in July they are RE 40-50 at a similar pace and heart rate on the same routes. At the same time, my Fitness score is steadily decreasing. From 75 in early March, it’s decreased week on week to 35 today. Again, I am training at about the same level as I always have. Last week, for example, I did hard intervals, strength & conditioning and a couple of long runs. My training is varied and no week looks exactly the same as another. In the middle of this “decline”, I got significant 5k and 10k personal bests in May/June, after achieving a half marathon best in March. Most importantly, I don’t feel as though my fitness and form is decreasing. Has anyone else exp

My treadmill runs do not reliably create the transparent overlay share image. It is always hit or miss. I am using a Garmin Epix G2Pixel Pro 9 XLI have tried attaching photos, and changing pretty much every option of the saved workout but it doesnt create the transparent image.

I've been requesting a refund for about 7 days now and no developer responded to my ticket?, and the bad part is when i check my ticket in strava it's says "Status: Solved" howw? i didn't even get an refund? and strava support didn't explain how my ticket status is solved?. 

Hi all, here's my situation:I'm going on a week long hiking trip in Swedish Lapland. During the week, I will have very limited and unreliable internet access, meaning I probably won’t be able to synch my activities. Also, when not hiking I'll be turning off my phone to save its battery. This probably comes down to recording my hike every day, not being able to upload because of no internet, then turning off the phone. The process repeats for six days. Will Strava be able to save the six activities offline, locally on my phone, even if I turn it off repeatedly, and then synch all activities once I do have proper internet at the end of the week?

Recording defaults the map to track your direction, except due to natural GPS variations it is gimbling all over the place. Yes I can press the compass, but it refuses to stay on North. Every pause, by me or autopause dismisses my North preference and swings the map around again. Bad now, but in winter with gloves on this would be supremely annoying.Then we have Live Segment tracking. The dismiss button is gone. So if I am approaching two start points close together I can't dismiss segment A to show segment B. And then when tracking starts the head to head vs PB/KQOM does not pop, I have to press the screen again after the segment starts, very annoying if I am sprinting for a short segment. And the segment name is in black in red, making it hard to read.The screen should not be ‘needy,’ I should not have to be pressing it so much to keep it in the orientation I want. Please revert or return these features. Design changes should not be removing functionality.

I made a mistake trying to use my Wellhub gifted premium membership. I ended up applying it to one email which also happens to be an old account, but not the one I am currently using. I want to transfer the premium to my current active account instead but the code expires and a new one only issues every 6 months.  

I did several climb segments on dead-end asphalt roads yesterday on a 7kg-ish road bike and noted that my times were beaten by riders who had continued past the end of the metalled road and on to mountain trails. These folk were obviously not on road bikes because of the terrain they encountered later in their rides and I can’t believe many people would be able to ride an unassisted MTB up a climb as fast as a lightweight road bike. What else did these segment times have in common? They had no HR or power data. I’m not necessarily in favour of disallowing rides without power data as many can’t warrant the cost of buying a power meter but surely HR data should be a minimum requirement of a segment time? I’m 63-years old and if I get a top ten time on a hilly segment I’m pretty happy with myself as it normally means an all-out effort. It can be pretty demoralising to discover that many of the times above mine have been gained with motor assistance.
