Hi,  Since a week I’m using a Garmin Fenix 7x for tracking my runs: it is connected to my Strava so runs will immediately upload to my strata profile and feed: awesome, but:In my run-details I can see everything except; Hart rate info + Zone info. Although on my watch I can have a full insight, this information is not sync to the run after uploaded.What do i miss? I tried all different steps to fix this:Visibility of hartrate is enabled (In privacy settings) Q&A of other help info site’s as said, strava is connected to GarminConnectPlease help :) Thanks!

Where can I ask if Strava can create a Racewalk category for activities? Race Walking has been an Olympic event since 1904 and while the numbers aren't huge, I think there might be enough of us to warrant a category. New York area has about 700 hard core Race Walkers that race but there are 34,000 that say they use Race Walking for fitness.  We often use "run" but then we look like slow runners if we post. And some of us use "walk" for a more casual walk. Sorry if this is not the right place to ask, please direct me.Thank you.

Hi All,I'm experiencing a maps problem: I can see my routes and those of the people I follow only in a "preview mode". When I click on the route Strava doesn't show anything and the app crash going back to the main page. What's going wrong? Please help me.Thanks!Patrizio

Something changed in the heatmap a few days ago where it barely shows anything besides the most used paths and roads. Not a good change. Heatmap used to show very rare trails but now whole areas are filled with nothing. I\m guessing something went wrong and this wasn’t intended to work like this.

Strava recently increased their minimum segment length to 500 meters, from the 300 meter mark where it's been for several  years.As the person maintaining the library of Strava segments for Zwift, I find this new requirement to be overly restrictive. 300 meters was already too long, in fact. 500 meters is just silly.Most Zwift sprints are too short to be made into Strava segments, and certain sections of the Alpe du Zwift climb are also too short.I understand that Strava engineers are concerned with the inconsistent recording of GPS coordinates on various devices, but this isn't an issue on virtual platforms where coordinates are consistently written to your fit file data. Unable to connect or sync data from Boat watch.An Android based wach

The Strava app on Google Watch 3 isn't very good – I can't set my favourite activity, Mountain Biking, so I have to scroll past about 30 activities to find it each time.Instead, I've used the default Fitbit app (which does add Mountain Biking as a quick-select favourite). However, I can't get it to sync with Strava. I've read forums, reinstalled both apps, checked permissions on both apps multiple times etc. Has anyone else had this issue?

Hello,I like to manually hit the lap button on my Garmin Edge while riding my bike in order to get information about the section of a course I am on.I know that the information about when I hit the lap button is actually synced to Strava, as I am able to display the laps on the website. But in the android app there is no way.I would find helpful to have this whole feature ported to the android app. Especially displaying where on the map the lap has been, and having a list of laps with generic information.Thanks for considering.

I am on the committe of a running club and we wanted to use the API to track our athletes and give recognition, awards etc.  However, the API /clubs/{id}/activities returns a maximum of 200 activities for me - can this be changed?In addition, the activities have no date or activity ID, which meens I can't analyse (for example, most runs or highest distance in a period).I have the rights to see this detail - it's visible in the app or website - how can I get it through the API?ThanksPeter

It seems that a recent iOS update has broken the way routes are shown on iOS. Here’s an example route:https://www.strava.com/routes/3289692473352562718 In the web route editor, the route displays like I would expect it to. On iOS, however, the same portion looks like this:  It seems like the iOS route viewer is only showing a fraction of the vertices required to actually draw the route so that it follows roads. Hello. I just bought Huawei watch GT5 Pro, and still trying to link with strava app. In Huawei Health app, it said linked already, but in Strava app, it isn’t appeared. I already reset and update the App also, please help. Screenshot attached.  

Previously, on iOS, when scrolling through the activity feed, if I wanted to see a picture full screen I just tapped on the picture and that was it.Now all of the sudden when I do this, I have to wait for the activity details to load, the picture opens on the top of the screen, the activity details get shown below the picture and I have to tap again on the picture to see it fullscreen?Why is that?I don’t want to wait for the activity details to load, since I don’t care about them, I just want to see the picture in full screen. On top of that I have to tap, wait, and tap again to look at that picture, while before it was a single tap and a lot faster. 

Since the 27 of february mu Webhook stopped to work.I did not received any activities since that date.Strava even did not try to reach my Webhook ‘( i see it in my logs ).So i tried to delete the previous webhood subscription and re create IT, and it does not succeed.Anybody with same issue ?Any clues to help me ?Thank you

I noticed something strange last week where my PR on a Segment didn’t appear properly on a Leaderboard (an inferior time was there instead).  I didn’t take a lot of notice, but today I see something similar on another Segment.  There is a Segment near where I live that I have attempted many times (over 100).  A couple of days ago I noticed that my PR was 1:01 and I was 47th out of 2358.  Today I looked and it still says my PR is 1:01 but the performance used in the Leaderboard is 1:09, for 199th.  I’m not aware of anything I might have done to cause this change.  I can only assume that something must have happened to the Activity (from 2020) where I did the 1:01, such as it now being flagged as “Private” or falling within the visibility exclusion zones at the start or end of the ride - I checked both these and the 1:01 Activity can be seen by “Everyone” and there is no visibility exclusion zone.  Is something else happening that is causing this apparent corruption on the Leaderboard

We're actively working on solving this gap in user experience and weighing this feedback into consideration as we work on an update. We appreciate your time and patience. a recent feature seems to have filtered heatmaps based on the sport type when routing. i suspect that this is broadly a great feature, but it has now made gravel routing very difficult because of the data sparsity (a large % of people don't select "gravel ride" on their activities, most rides aren't gravel anyways, etc.). plus there's so much overlap in gravel and road routes anyways, so aggregating that data makes sense imo. the road heatmaps work great here, but the only way to get them to show up is to change the sport type to road cycling, which affects the routing. Beacon stopped working with my Samsung Ultra watch about six months ago, and my buddy has the same issue with his Apple Ultra watch. Both beacons stopped working pretty much at the same time.  Beacon only works if the phone is currently connected to the watch, and stops sending as soon as you’re out of range of the phone. Both watches are LTE. I opened a ticket as well, 3265802. Strava has ignored me completely. The only response I’ve gotten was asking if I still needed assistance! I’ve tried uninstalling the app on both phone and watch and then re-installing. I’ve tried deleting contacts and re-adding them. I’ve turned beacon on and off. Nothing helps. I am a paid subscriber, as I realize Beacon requires this. What especially irritates me is Strava support just ignoring me for almost a month now.

I'm losing all will.  For no reason, my Polar flow app stopped syncing with Strava.  I have tried troubleshooting, talking to bots, and hours between messages.  I have uninstalled both apps and checked permissions.  I've then tried to upload manually with no luck, I was told it was a Google issue.  So I've tried one step access.  I can't change my email address, strava app won't allow, server error 😒.   When I check to connect strava and polar it shows all is connected, but still no syncing. I'm paying a subscription, the help and service from bots and ticket messages I find very frustrating now.  What am I not seeing? Ryan.

Lately, I have been experiencing an issue with data recording: the long activities always crash (after 4-6 hours, bike rides).This has been happening for the last couple of months. I have always been using the latest app update release available at the moment of the activity. I am using a Xiaomi phone, but I took good care of the instructions here:https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/216918967-Troubleshooting-GPS-Issues(disable any battery saving, high accuracy in location, etc.). I don’t really know what is going on.In the last few rides, I have used another tracker app (mainly as a backup), and this other app was able to complete the recording without crashing, without issues.I enjoy Strava a lot, but these regular crashes are disappointing. I Bought aolon navi r4 and their app to connect to strava is GloryFitPro once i connect it says Error 403: Limit of connected athletes exceeded can you help me fix this thank you

When trialling FitOn I have the problem that the workouts are not appearing in Strava.Am using an iPhone, and FitOn is populating the Workouts in the Health app as expected. Strava is configured to pull in data from the Health app.This works fine for Apple Fitness+, but can anyone tell me how to make it work for FitOn?Thanks.  

When I start a ride it shows correct and after sometime it will stops and resume that's is why my map is not showing correctly.
