Depuis 1 mois, lors de mes activités (velo, rando, course à pied) la durée de déplacement de mon activité ne correspond pas au temps réel effectué.Lorsque j'accède aux statistiques de l'activité, ou je sais ne pas mettre arreter , la durée de déplacement et la durée temps écoulé n'est pas du tout la même.Une course à pied d'1h10 sans arrêt, mon temps de déplacement est de 27 minutes.Ou est le problème et comment le résoudre?Merci de vos retours. 

At the top of my following list , I still see how I have favorited. But at the top of followers, I don’t have the few people that have favorited me anymore.I deleted and reinstalled the app. No change. I know they have me as favorite, but I can’t see the list. 

Sorry if this has already been resolved somewhere else. I can’t figure out how to search the knowledge hub. My wife and I share a Strava Premium subscription via the Family Plan. I have access to the Power Skills feature, but no matter what we try, she can’t get it to show up for her.We have: updated the app, removed/reinstalled the app, removed and re-added her to family plan, made sure she has ‘cycling’ set as default activity, confirmed the dat afrom her power sensor is making it into Strava (from Garmin Connect).Any tips? I noticed that someone recently asked that the minimum length of mountain bike Segments be decreased and the post was quickly archived by an admin on the basis that reverting Strava changes could not be discussed.I have some sympathy for the poster - I was also somewhat frustrated by the recent increase in minimum length of bike Segments from 300m to 500m.  In my area there has been some good competition over Segments about 400 to 450m in length but such Segments can no longer be created or edited (the change happened as I was working on a new Segment of about 450m - it now finishes closer to a T junction than I would like but editing is no longer possible).I don't remember seeing any requests from Strava users for such a change in the previous Strava Support forums so I wonder if someone at Strava could give some background to their reasons for making the change and their methodologies for determining minimum Segment lengths for each Activity type ?  Clearly

Why can’t the activity type indoor cycling not be chosen on the iOS app? On the Apple Watch this is indeed possible.

I’ve just bought a Subscription via the App on my Apple. It runs for a year. All my family have just started running so I want to upgrade to a Family Plan so we can enjoy the journey together. But, having read you can’t upgrade, I need to cancel my new account and wait a year for it to expire, then sign up to a Family Account? Seems daft… Can I cancel, then use my same account details to sign up a new Family Plan, without loosing my runs so far?

New premium user here.Been enjoying the maps feature to discover new routes in my area. Its all been working great.But suddenly when using a route to follow I have a problem where the map just stays in a zoomed out state, re-center doesnt work either.So I press start and it doesn't zoom in and track me along the route so I can see when I need to turn etc. It just stays zoomed out showing the whole routeBut If I come out a screen and go back in its does zoom in but doesn't track me or re-center my position. It just stays on the point on the map I initially zoomed into...So now I have to manually move the map along the route myself so I can see where I'm going and need to go next. it does follow my position along the route fineIf I just press record without a route it does go into the zoomed in view that tracks me and keeps my position in the center.This all used to work fine. Hi, I started noticing in the recommended "Who to Follow" section the title, "Fan favorite on Strava" below a person's name. When did this start and honestly, can I hide this concept? My issue is that it feels like Strava is rewarding the person who follows few people and has a lot of followers. Like someone who follows 30 people but has 3000 followers. Also, some "fan favorites" haven't posted in over a year; so they are "ghosts" who had a lot of followers. Anyway, the whole "Who to Follow" isn't something I care to see but mainly due to this "reward the cool kids" concept. Thanks for reading and any help.

Its a shame, strava is bowing to the facists US Leader and goes in line with all the big tech lackeys, licking Trumps boot. Strava says in the original post to put those maps back online:“Thanks for your post and sharing your thoughts. We’re not currently able to consider this idea and it will be moved to a status of Not Currently Planned.”It was there, so it only needs to be switched on. It always starts like that in dictatorships.

I usually ride emtb and record my rides with older Garmin Edge Explore. It only has Ride, no eRide. After Garmin transfers data to Strava I change/edit it to emtb ride. Usually segments change to emtb but not always. I have tryed to change back to eMtbRide->Ride->eMtbRide. Does not help. Any suggestions how to edit Ride to get emtb segments? 

I’m on the second month of paying for a subscription but no subscription is active. I’ve put in multiple tickets but none have been answered. I’ve uninstalled and reinstall the app and I’ve even tried the restore purchase as multiple times.

Please help.I had no idea my free trial on Strava had ended and I was being charged . I have requested a refund , please can this be accepted as I cannot afford to pay for a subscription when I have not even considered using the app, this is really important, especially as Strava failed to notifiy me of any upcoming payments

Is there a feature making it possible to sort and filter according to the most used activity times? The activity types most used should be always shown on top?

How do I find instant workouts on my android strava app.  My husband has it on the top of his home feed (apple phone) but mine doesnt seem to have that feature on either the app or if I log in on the computer. 

I somehow clicked okay to move to use of a one-time password to log in, but it is less convenient and requires more steps.   how do I switch back?  There is no longer an option to change password in settings, only change email -- and I want to keep the same email.Thanks

Management: If an activity has been flagged, it should be removed from "best efforts" on the member's profile page... one would think! But it's not, here's an example: https://www.strava.com/activities/1647252235/overview The guy almost certainly recorded an airplane ride as a bike ride and uploaded it. I like doing long exploratory rides….  the biggest challenge i have is mapping routes, particularly when the area is not familiar. For example. right now I want to create a route between two specific locations, i have never been there and its about 100 miles apart. So getting lost is a huge possibility, and when doing long rides…  a small mistake can cost hours.  It would be great if there was a feature where i put in location a, and enter location b)  enter the type of terrain, gravel, road, cycle path etc… and bike type road, gravel, mtb etc…. and it creates a route for me, as close as possible to the terrain / bike type, using say heatmaps for popularity, which i can use on my bike computer. 

There is a new bug associated with a recent app update: When you visit a Club Event in the app, links are no longer clickable or highlighted.  EVEN WORSE: You cannot highlight text, which would at least allow you to copy-and-paste the link into a mobile browser.  To summarize:  Event description links cannot be clicked, whether they are links within Strava or internet links!  The text of Event Posts cannot be highlighted or copied.  The Event text is effectively an image of text that cannot be interacted with in any meaningful way.    *** THIS IS A HUGE ISSUE FOR CLUBS ***We need people to be able to click the link to sign liability waivers We need people to be able to access our website, so they can review our ride guidelines We need to people to access map links, so they know where to… gather at the start, park their cars, or where the end-of-ride meetup is going to take place.[Side note:  I do

Hi, A recent activity, ride, is not appearing as usual on club leader boards. I’m a long term user & have not had this issue previously. I have tried changing the activity type then changing back with no success. Any advice welcome.Thanks

The Relative Effort screen currently shows no more than the weeks first 8 activities. There should be no limit.

I started using Strava for recording rides and leaderboard features, but I’ve stayed for the route planner, frequently telling people how great it is compared to RidewithGPS and Komoot, largely for the heat map but also just for the general flexibility and resilience: base map doesn’t recognise a trail or track? No worries, just switch to manual.However in recent months it has just gotten worse and worse, to the point where I’m now plotting in RidewithGPS and only still using Strava because I’m too lazy to synch RidewithGPS with my Garmin.Issue 1: I have to use manual mode more and more, on large sections of trail which e.g. RidewithGPS will snap to. These are typically very minor singletracks but in my experience these are some of the best trails and a total pain to plot manually.Issue 2: I’m now having to use manual mode even on some roads and tracks which Strava used to snap to! When I go to share my activity it doesn't give me the option to share a transparent clip of my stats, it only shows a link URL. I've tried removing my privacy restrictions, reinstalling etc but not joy. Any advice?

   All, is this some kind of bug? Heart rate font colour is in black (same as background) and not visible since last update. Visible when in auto pause and the background colour changes in yellow 🙄.
