Bonjour, nouvelle sur Strava, j’utilisais jusqu’à présent les applications Adidas Running et Komoot. Je ne parviens pas à me faire guider vocalement lorsque je choisis mon itinéraire, je ne suis pas prévenue lors des intersections et je dois systématiquement vérifier mon trajet sur mon téléphone.Autre point. Lorsque je lance un itinéraire depuis mon téléphone, les indications ne sont pas relayées  sur mon Apple Watch alors qu’elle est bien connectée.  Et si je lance l’activité depuis mon Apple Watch, je n’ai pas la possibilité de choisir un itinéraire. Par contre le chargement de l’activité terminée se fait correctement .Merci d’avance de votre aide et de vos conseils et belle journée.!

My Heart rate zone is indicated to be based on a HFmax of 175 [Strava | My Performance]:But when opening the Heart Rate Zone field to make changes, the listed Custom Heart Rate Zones don’t correspond to a HFmax of 175, but rather to 190 BPM. OK, the wrong zones are not checked, but the correct Max Heart Rate is checked:So, you may think they don’t apply and are just some default values. But indeed, they are very well applied. Just have a look at the Heart Rate Analysis of one of your trainings and you have the proof:Therefore, I calculated my zones by myself and entered them as custom zones, not basing on the first option to enter the HFmax any more!I’m wondering, did I get something wrong or is this a bug in Strava? Any comment would be welcome!

High school runner here, who’s trying to log their miles on Athletic.net. I am participating in the HOKA Summer Mile club, where you run a total of 100 miles over the summer. You can track your miles by syncing Athletic.Net  to Strava, Garmin, and Fitbit. I have tried syncing Athletic.Net and Strava, but nothing is getting uploaded on Althletic.net. I’m not sure why it’s working, but I think the most I have done is just linked my Strava profile on my Althletic.net profile.  My coach says he is unable to see any of the workouts I have posted, beside the ones I put in manually. According to him, althetic.net says I haven’t even claimed by bio. Which is the “Claim this athlete” button. You it see next to the person’s name when viewing their name on the website. It can even be in their workout logs.  However, I don’t see that button at all. So does that mean I have claimed my bio or not?Other Reasons why I can’t see the “claim this athlete” button:first reason is duplicates: also noticed t

I can add goals to the iOS Strava app but there is no way to edit or delete them, the three dots button is unresponsive. As far as I understand this is a premium feature but I don’t have premium so I guess this is a bug. I would like to remove all my goals.In this screenshot the three dots button is unresponsive.Maybe this could help to fix this bug: I added first the goal as a “suggested goal” from the starting page of the app.

Hello,I noticed as I was uploading my past activities that after reaching a total 84 that new ones can be added but old ones got lost so that the total number remains 84.Is there a physical limit?

It would be an awesome addition to maps if we could put in our daily required km run as per our training plans and strava finds us a running route.  Example: today I am away for work in a hotel, I don’t know the place to well. I have to run 14kms as per my plan. I can click on maps and record ‘find me a run that covers 14kms’ strava then says no worries here is some 14km run options. Would you like easy? Medium elevation or hard? Then I can choose my path for my training run.this would save us heaps of time drawing out our runs on a map and ensure we stay on track with our training plans.

Hello,For each Srava ride I see average power but would it be possible to show Weighted Average Power in summary overview of ride? BrKris

I have developped an application that sends heart rate from a Wear OS watch to Garmin Edge bike computers. Heart rate is saved in a developer field that should override heart rate native values. I do the same for power (in a developer field inside the fit file). Power is displayed on Strava but not heart rate. It would be great if Strava displays heart rate values from developer fields with nativenum = 3 when heart rate is not already present in the .fit file.This way people will be able to use their Wear OS smartwatch as a HRM together with their Garmin GPS and get heart rate on Strava.Thanks for your consideration

Hi,We are pushing activities on Strava and we’d like to add line break and markdown into the description. We are using php code. With this example:$description = “I’ve done a test with **xxx**:\n";$description .= '**SV1**=150 W';The line break won’t appear in the activity description (nor the bold characters).  Does anyone has a solution for that ? Thanks,Pierre  

There is a hill I climb frequently that no has a bogus QOM/KOM recording. It is about ¼ mile and very steep for about ½ of it. The time recorded was 30 seconds! I think someone gave her a ride and she didn’t turn off her computer. There was no power or heart rate recorded.How can I get this removed? I see no way to do it or even inform the person who uploaded it. I assume she can change the data without removing the segment or deleting the entire ride.

Hi. For the last two weeks, when I save an activity, my gear is missing from the pull down menu and the only option is to add new gear. To remedy this, I edit the activity after it is processed. 

When I change the dates on my heatmap to only include this year, I find that my rides aren’t showing up.  I tried the solution offered of changing the ride type and then changing it back again but it didn’t make any difference.  I also checked to make sure the rides were visible to everyone, which they are.  

Hi everyone, I have a question that I can’t seem to find the answer/solution to. Basically upon plotting a route on Heatmaps the other day, I noticed that some local bike shops/mechanics are featured on the map but mine is not. Does anyone know how I can add my business to the map? I have tried adding it to Open Street Map (both shops I mentioned are also not on OSM) to no avail and I also have a Strava group too for my business.Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Why is the cadence replaced with avg power? Forerunner 55 doesnt provide power stats since way back. So how come its being shown in the top stats. Cadence can still be found below but its kind of inconvenient to scroll down further down when it used to be at the top with the distance, pace, elevation, etc. https://strava.app.link/jcJ3ivq85Tb

After a workout this morning I had the first realistic heart rate in weeks. Then I did a walk this afternoon and my heart rate went from 76 to 119 in the first minute and stayed at 119 without any change for 35 minutes. The terrain was undulating with some steep stairs and climbs and thus 119 throughout is most unlikely. Could you, Strava IT people, please take this info into account and have another look at the software. Thanks.

I would like to be able to quickly view commute miles by the month or by the year. I have a gols to offset enough CO2 per year fro a round trip flight from San Francisco to London.

Hi,I would like the athletes capacity increase. currently it is just 1. Would like to to increase to 100. I’d be incredibly grateful for any help or direction to expedite this. 

On the Home tab the search icon (magnifying glass) is pointing right. This seems odd. Especially cause when you tap it, on the page, the icon in the search input is pointing left.

I've reached out to support a few times with no response, so I'm trying here too.I was a long time Nike Run Club user, and I recently got a Coros watch. In trying to get my historical data from NRC to upload to Coros, I was unable to obtain .fit files from NRC. The data must be in .fit for Coros to accept it and populate prior activities. I've only been able to obtain the data in .tcx, a format per Coros that wont work, even though their upload page says it will.That brings me to Strava - I signed up and entered all my NRC data into Strava, hoping it would sync with Coros. Unfortunately, it seems Coros doesn't "back-populate" the old activites, only new ones in Strava. I see that on new activities, I can export one-by-one as .fit files, but those are already synced from Coros to Strava. I'm really hoping I can get Strava to export the prior acivites I manually entered as .fit files or find help in converting my NRC and Strava .tcx exports to .fit, so I can have a full history in C

As of yesterday 2025/6/10 about 6pm, Bulk Export fails to export uncompressed .fit files.In the activities.csv file, the filename is “#error#” and the file is missing from the export.These files were correctly exported with my previous bulk export 2025/4/24.All other file types (.fit.gz, .gpx, .tcv etc. all work fine).My export of about 3500 activities contains about 20 .fit files uncompressed.These are from old Garmin devices (Edge 705) from 2019-2022,and also from activities shared from another user which are quite short.The activities in question are still valid and editable within the web application.

Hi! Recently I've set my profile so that I can participate in Strava segments and I've found that an activity I did, the QOM and CR didn't register? These were activities were women haven't participated before but when I recorded they show up on the All-Tine leaderboard but not as the women CR which still shows as N/A??? I've tried refreshing and everything but was wondering if there was anything to do to fix this?

Hi,Strava doesn’t save heart rate after workout. It is connected to sensor, dispplays heart rate during workout but after finish and save - it is not displayed in App. All permissions are ok. Thx!
