When “Workout” is selected, the calories burned are not shown and do not contribute towards exercise and move goals in Apple Fitness.Does anyone have a fix for this? Thanks in advance. 

Hi, I wanted to connect my Nike to my Strava. I did all the right steps to connect and when I get to the authorise page the box on the section “see my public profile (required)” is checked off but the highlight is not the same colour as the other two boxes and it says error at the top. I tried making all my Strava options open for everyone to see as I was private. But still it won’t connect??

I usually record my running activities directly with Strava, but I tried running with Runna for the first time recently and had it import my run into Strava. I also recorded on Apple Fitness, which imported into Strava. Why are the stats so wildly different across the three platforms? I looked back in my activity history and these discrepancies are a rather common occurrence with Apple Fitness imported activities. Now that I’m training for a race, I’m most concerned about getting an accurate idea of my actual pace.

Using iOS 18.4.1when I bring up the Progress screen and scroll down, the screen is locking when the Monthly Activities graph appears. (The graph is not updated). This seems to have happened since 411.0.0 release. The only way to unfreeze is to close the app. Have tried phone power cycle and delete and reload app, but no change.Anyone else seeing this?

Dear Community,I recently did a run this week with a large group of runners.Strava had auto-grouped me with the other runners when I uploaded my activity into Strava.  However, I accidentally pressed the "Leave Group" for the run activity.Is there a way for me to manually add myself back to this Group Activity without deleting and re-uploading from my Apple Fitness?I did lodge a Strava support request (#3362083) but have yet to receive any constructive feedback. Strava simply advised me to refer to their FAQ page which doesn’t address this issue and this Community Hub page.Many thanks, team! Regards,Ivan   

Hi! My Strava statistics on my profile only show the distance I’ve covered this year from running, not other sports (hiking, walking, riding etc). Is there a way to fix this? Thank you!

I’ve recorded my first golf activity on my Garmin Forerunner tonight & I can see the activity in Garmin Connect, however it hasn’t uploaded to Strava. Any help or advice much appreciated

I import data from my Apple Watch. But no matter what I do — turn off phone, turn off watch, log out of app — I haven’t been able to get anything to upload since June 7. Once or twice when I’ve turned off the phone one workout appears to be imported (I’ve done more than one since then) but it disappears when I try to click on it. Any advice gratefully accepted! 

I am a Huawei Watch Fit 3 user. prior to this issue, everything works fine. Whenever I want to upload my workout, I would just connect my heart rate smartwatch, then record my activity through strava. yesterday, when I after I clicked save the activity, apparently, my activity doesn’t record my heart rate trend during work out. Instead, when I scrolled to my activity—the heart rate page—it shows the information that implies there’s no heart rate stored during the activity. And I was confused, because during the workout, my heart rate broadcast was connected to strava and that I could see clearly about where my heart rate is at. today, I tried another workout (walking), because workout feature still doesn’t work. So I think, might as well just try another sport. After a few meters, I tried to upload, and my activity isn’t uploaded at all. When I pull the refresh, the processing activity just gone. i am currently participating in a challenge in which requires strava every single day. And

I’ve been using the Polar H10 with Strava (recording directly on Strava) for a while, and it always connected fine. Lately though, I can see my heart rate during the activity, but once it’s saved, the HR data is gone. Pretty sure it’s a bug from a recent update.Anyone else having the same issue?

Hello, I recently built a web app that utilizes data coming from Strada’s API. In that data there was a field named suffer_score, which seems to have disappeared within the last month. I’ve researched as to why, but could not find any documentation that this field was removed or renamed (I was thinking it may have been renamed to relative_effort).As a result of this field being removed unexpectedly, part of my app no longer works. Has anyone run into this issue before, or are there any solutions available? Thank you.

Hello,Long story short I needed to edit an activity in Garmin Connect but there is no way to push the edited ride to Strava. I have been trying to navigate editing the TCX file to reflect the details. I have figured out how to adjust the mileage and time, but can't figure out how to edit the elevation gain in a TCX file. Any suggestions?

Given a user that has more than one gear for a specific sport, when an activity is registered through an external app (i.e. Garmin Conect), it will be imported with the default one, which makes the user update the gear field with the correct one.For example, let's say a cyclist has a mountain bike registered and a road bike. The mountain bike is set as default for cycling. The athlete registers a new activity with the road bike in Garmin Connect, which gets automatically imported into Strava as if it were roden with the mountain bike. After that, then the user logs into Strava and edits the activity to set the road bike instead of MTB as ridden.For a 3rd party application that is listening to the API webhooks, the final picture is that the activity was done with the mountain bike instead of the road bike, which is incorrect. This forces the application to make an additional call for each newly registered activity.Having a Webhook for this kind of activity update is something both Strav

Hi All,  I am a Huawei Fit 3 watch user, previously my heart rate info (avg HR, max HR) is displayed on the activities every time I broadcast my HR from my huawei watch (image 1). But since 3 days ago my heart rate info went missing from my strava app (image 2). Before the activity started the HR info is displayed, and throughout my workout the HR info still displayed. However once I finish my workout the only thing that recorded is the time. I’ve tried to :Connect and disconnect the huawei watch with strava  Ensure my huawei and strava are on the latest version  Ensure all of the permissions are allowed on both huawei health and strava (data sync and data permissions) Install and uninstall both huawei app & strava  Forget device and re-connect the watch with my iphone Reset my watchI also went to huawei center, they said this might be bugs from Strava since the watch already successfully broadcasts the HR. Does anyone experiencing the same thing? The new route is broken for over a week since the launch of the new heatmap. Plotting any point gives an error Tried on Chrome, Edge and on multiple PCs. Tried several different settings including manual mode on/off, heatmaps on/off. 

Is anybody struggling to build a route today? I have tried across multiple devices and in manual and non-manual mode and the result is the same. I keep getting the error message telling me to make the way points closer even though I am doing this. This is very frustrating as I really need to get this route built ASAP. I have turned off devices, restarted them,  re-logged in et cetera, all the normal things but nothing seems to be making any difference! Any ideas please?

The past couple of days I have been unable to create routes in Strava. It’s very strange because I have had no issues in the past. The process of creating a route starts okay, but then as points around 50km, I get the following error message...“Error: Sorry, we couldn’t complete that action. Please try plotting the point again. This can occur when routing across large distances, so try plotting more frequent waypoints that are closer together.”I follow the direction in the error message and it doesn’t help. If I cancel out of the route in progress, and start over again, I get the same error message almost at the beginning of mapping out a route.This is very frustrating! Has anyone else had this issue lately? Have you been able to resolve it? If so, how?

Hi, noticed today that my whoop was transmitting my heart rate data during my workout but once I finished the workout and saved it no heart rate data was shown and said something like “start training with heart rate sensor to unlock more insights”already tested resetting the whoop to Strava connection and to record other workouts and a run and none of those activities would recognize my HR data after the workout was finished (even though I saw the BPM during workout)is there a known bug or so?

I use a garmin HRM pro. I use to see the heart rate after a workout (mean, Max, Zones etc). But now I only see the heart rate in the strava app during the workout. But after the workout there is no results from the heart rate. I can see heart rate resultater from workout I did last week. Anyone know how to fix it?

There may be two problems here: I have used a polar heart monitor for more than one year without issues. then the processed activity started to show graphs which had a flat heart rate intermittently within the exercise. A new battery made no difference. I assumed the monitor had broken down and bought a HRM PRO Garmin. While exercising I can see a heart rate which is in line with the activity of that moment. After the activity has been processed there is no heart rate graph at all. I have reloaded the Strava app to make sure it is the most up to date version. I have paired the monitor a number of times. Nothing gives me the desired result. Please let me know what else I can do or if there is a software hiccup which only you can fix? thanks.
