I have a premium subscription and would like to download and use maps and routes offline. Can this be done?I’ve “downloaded” some routes, and the appropriate icon turns red. However, I cannot access them offline - when I try to press them nothing happens. I can’t find any option to download a map offline (the way fatmap used to have). Am I missing something?

For some reasons my Embed club on my website isn't showing anymore. Just shows it's a dead end.Other embed code works. Anyone has the same issue or an idea for a possible solution?Club is set to public.

Years of activities missing on web app, but all are on my mobile app?  Why?

The new map engine was recently expanded on Android and beginning today I am seeing a new problem. Firstly, the 3D is not working. Here's a shot of Mt Everest, which is known for being pretty tall, but it is rendered flat:This was not a problem a few days ago. Curiously the Alps seem to be working but other mountain areas worldwide aren't.Strava recently touted they have new winter satellite maps, but on this skiing activity it looks no different from the standard map:I am also having pan and zoom issues where the map becomes unresponsive to all inputs requiring restarting the app. If I had to guess it's because the camera is in an otherwise disallowed location due to the 3D not loading correctly.  And it's not new but it still boggles my mind that over a month after its more widespread integration there is still no compass for orienting north! Using my casio g shock 5600 connected to One Plus North Android phone gives a huge difference in the pace data. Any ideas how to fix this? I've disabled the auto pause activity in Casio and Strava. 

The Live segment on my Garmin 1040 stoped showing. Any tips how to fix this problem???THX

I’m building a “low-budget” Strava integration for our company Ride to Work program, using Google Sheets & Apps Script.  Once a user is authorized, my script has no problem retrieving activity data.  However, I’m stuck on the authorization.Specifically, when a user follows my Apps Script deployment URL and clicks on the “Authorize with Strava” link, they’re prompted to log in, and then get the “We sent you a code” response.  Except, no code is sent.  I’ve tried multiple users, and confirmed that in a neighboring tab they can log into Strava without issue.  I can also take the https://www.strava.com/oauth/authorize?... link with the proper arguments and manually produce an oauth code after logging into Strava.So the jist of it is, there seems to be no way to actually log in from the context of a Google Apps Script web deployment.  Any ideas?   

Hi, I run on trails a lot and recently learned I am supposed to be able to log runs as a trail run. But somehow that’s not possible for me. If I want to edit the run later, I can only choose between “run”, “long run”, “workout” and “commute”. No trail run option in sight. I am using an iPhone. Anyone with the same problem?

Hi, i have problem with strava live segments on 530 while navigation. I have try with rout synced from strava, segments are with Red stars, i can see on edge segments (menu -training - live segments) but not shows while ride with navigation .Also i have do factory reset and nothing :/ maybe someone have fix Segments are one, from GC also i have change to strava 

I am trying to find the first bicycle ride I recorded on a specific bicycle “Gear” in Strava. I cannot find a way to search or filter activities by Gear. Is there a way to do this?

The last three times I have run using Strava it has incorrectly had my moving time less that half the time of my run. For example this morning I ran 12.3km in 1 hour 11 minutes (without stopping) yet my moving time is listed as 29 minutes.As a result my average pace is completely wrong and all segments are wrong.It is correctly tracking the distance I have covered so don't see how this could be a gps issue? Also I have used RunKeeper simultaneously, which has worked fine. I am having to delete my Strava activity and port from RunKeeper.Any idea what is causing this? I have been using Strava with no problems with my phone for a long time so don't understand why it has started doing this?

Hi guys! I could use some help here. I’m trying to implement concurrency with my Strava API calls such that I can acquire activities on various athletes concurrently instead of one by one. However, despite my best efforts, I think there may be a limitation with the Strava API which does not support asynchronous operations. I tried wrapping the read requests within async.to_thread() but that didn’t seem to work. Have any of you guys bypassed this Strava limitation to get concurrency working? Thanks.

My last activity isn't showing up in my followers main feed. They only see it, if they go on my profile first and them go on my personal activity feed. Is there a fix for that? Can I reupload my activity for example? 

I noticed that someone recently asked that the minimum length of mountain bike Segments be decreased and the post was quickly archived by an admin on the basis that reverting Strava changes could not be discussed.I have some sympathy for the poster - I was also somewhat frustrated by the recent increase in minimum length of bike Segments from 300m to 500m.  In my area there has been some good competition over Segments about 400 to 450m in length but such Segments can no longer be created or edited (the change happened as I was working on a new Segment of about 450m - it now finishes closer to a T junction than I would like but editing is no longer possible).I don't remember seeing any requests from Strava users for such a change in the previous Strava Support forums so I wonder if someone at Strava could give some background to their reasons for making the change and their methodologies for determining minimum Segment lengths for each Activity type ?  Clearly measurement accu

Steps to reproduce: iOS, Chrome mobile browser log into your Strava account  top-right corner menu > Clubs tap any of the clubs from the list expected result: club page opens actual result: immediately after the club page loads, it redirects you as if you weren't logged in (message "Want to run with us? Download Strava to connect with athletes in this club and track your workouts, races and adventures.” and the orange "Join Strava” button)notes:reproducible with any club (both those that I own or don't) reproducible also with Safari it’s not actually logging me out, when I go back to the dashboard I can browse my timeline etc; it rather seems that the Club landing page somehow doesn't recognise that the user is logged in

I noticed in the global heatmap in new york city, if you set the sports to “all sports” there weird squares all over the place. they are especially prominent if you set it specifically to “all cycle sports” or just “ride” only. they are perfectly north-south oriented, and are 0.25x0.25 miles (or 1 mile in circumference)it does not take much to tell that there are no such routes that exist in the city. so what causes these? I’m also wondering if it’s just on my side.. 

During a riding audio cues (start, stop, pause) do not sound. Audio cues are enabled in the settings.Android. Samsung.How to fix it?

Below is a screenshot of random ghost waypoints that I yoinked off the route trying to reroute…  What am I doing wrong? I’ve been making maps for 9 years already using this editor and I never ran into this issue..      

Saved a friend’s bike map. I want to change a few of the roads he chose along the way, so I chose to edit a copy of his map. I can change the starting point easily enough, but I can’t seem to add new waypoints along the way in order to change the route.Is there a way to do that?

I was recording a long distance ride when my iPhone died. Restarted iPhone after recharge. Restarted Strava to see if my recording had been lost, but all I get is the spinning wheel and app unlocked up. I don’t want to lose the recording progress that I’d made before the power disruption.
