It looks like that there is no such option. But I think it may be a great addition for any club to have an option to least events on their website/app and even have a button for people to join their events. Could propel event usage a lot and improve quite a few metrics.Totally separate thing but another missing feature from user's perspective is to join Repeated events. With two options: Join this event and all following events, join only this this event. The same for leaving the events.Both these features will increase Event-related metrics drastically

Hi, Yesterday the 19 of mars 2024 I dit a max 20 min on 410w. But my power curve does not update? What can I do?   

This is a strange thing. I am using my Pixel 3 watch (Fitbit app on my Pixel 9 Pro Fold phone) to track activities (long dog walks, runs on the treadmill, outdoor skating). I’m also using ROUVY to ride indoors. As far as I can tell, both of these apps are linked to my Strava account to automatically show these activities. However, none of these activities are showing in my Strava dashboard. The strange thing is that I get friends on Strava sending me kudos for these activities (notifications). Yet, I don’t see these activities in Strava myself. I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling Strava on my phone. I’ve also unlinked and reminded my ROUVY account with Strava as well.Any ideas? This is really odd to me.

I usually record my bike rides on both my phone and my watch.  The phone has more accurate GPS data and the watch has the advantage of recording heart rate data.  After a ride I review the data and if the GPS data on the watch looks OK I keep that version of the Activity (and delete the one on the phone to avoid duplication) or if there is a problem with the watch GPS I only keep the phone version.  This has worked quite well for about 2 years (about 400 Activities).  I just noticed that both Activity versions are showing on the Activity listing for the last 4 days, even though I had deleted one of each pair.  As a test, I again deleted a recent duplicated Activity - it disappeared from the Activity page (as expected), but when I refreshed the page it reappeared !  Has someone been tinkering with the design of this part of the web or is there something else going on ?  Maybe it’s a coincidence, but about 4 days ago I recovered an unrelated Activity from the “recently deleted” page.

App and watch worked flawlessly on my iPhone 14, now I’m on the 17 and I think my app is glitched.My activities are no longer synced and I’ve reset all permissions, etc. anyone else have this issue?Strava app states to accept permissions but I cannot find anything disabled/not approved to share. 

We are using https://www.strava.com/oauth/authorize?client_id=...&response_type=code&redirect_uri=https://ictrainer.com&approval_prompt=force&scope=activity:write%2Cactivity:readto login the user initially. But if an user was loged in in the browser yet the login for the new user does not force a new login. How can we force this? All other platforms allows in the oauth-authorization process that the complete user login is forced. 

I have a functioning webhook but need to update the callback URL as this will be changing. First I tried simply creating a new subscription but found I couldn’t since you can’t have more than 1 active at a time. We used to be able to create events within 24 hours of the event itself and can no longer do so. Not sure I understand the reasoning behind this. It’s very practical for us to decide on a route, say for a recovery ride on Sunday, Saturday afternoon/evening for Sunday morning. Can’t do that anymore. What gives Strava??

How is this STILL not a feature in 2025. JFC of all the features y’all keep developing this would move the needle SO FAR for your power users. Literally every bike shop, club, cycling community in the world would use this feature. How many times do we have to ask for this. 

Currently, the pickleball activity does not track shoe usage. While it may seem unnecessary, I would argue that it’s an important metric for many pickleball enthusiasts. As new shoe companies arrive on the scene, it’s nice to know how many hours of play we are getting out of our shoes. This helps determine future shoe purchases. 

Hi Strava I recently noticed a charge of ₱1,500 for the renewal of my Strava: Run, Bike, Hike subscription (Order number: GPA.3393-5894-4614-15417..0, dated Dec 3, 2025). I was not aware that the subscription would auto-renew, and I did not intend to continue it. Could you please assist me with a refund for this charge? The graph for the performance predictions is showing the y-axis in reverse order.This is both irritating and wrong.Can you please fix the graph so that it correctly shows the ‘time’ on the y-axis correctly?

How on earth does this work? I have a Galaxy Fit 3 and Samsung Galaxy A55. I understand that you toggle on Strava as a synced service through Samsung Health. The watch and phone are synced fine. I’ve given Strava and Samsung Health all permissions, including physical activity and sensors. What shows in the Strava app when they are successfully synced? In the settings bit, I can click two different things. One - ‘Connect an app or device’ with a little watch icon. And two -Manage apps and devices’. The first opens a screen of different watches available, and I select Samsung. It then says ‘visit our support page to connect’ and has a orange ‘get started’ button at the bottom. When clicked, it’s a support post about connecting it - all of which I have done. When I press back, it briefly flashes up with ‘error connecting your device’. The wheel spins in the top right corner of the Strava app too. What do I need to do from within the Strava app to sync and connect? 

Hi. I would like to be able to plan ski routes without being restricted to predefined trails. It makes no sense for skiing to limit the track to fixed paths: it should be possible to freely draw your own route on the mountain.  

Some people use rear wheel-on trainers, some take just the front wheel off for incline machines, others take just their rear wheel off, others still are on rollers with both wheels on. Strava needs a selection for each indoor ride activity: rollers, wheel-on trainer, or wheel-off trainer.I use a rear wheel-on trainer. Every ride is adding mileage to my rear tire, not my front, but Strava is recording it as mileage on my front tire too. The trainer can’t use brakes or I fly out the third floor window, but the brakes are gaining mileage too. Same for the front wheel which is just sitting there. Etc.For people who remove their rear wheel for the trainer the cassette can also be saved from mileage recording.For people on rollers, no change that I can think of is really needed from a regular outdoor ride.It’s looking like a long cold snowy Chicago winter and the mileage difference between front and rear for me is growing quickly. Nothing loads when I click on Flybys on my activity. This has just started in the last few days, no change to my privacy settings, which are set to allow all.

I haven’t found an easy way to upload to Strava a session that was recorded in TrainingPeaks. Is there an integration planned in your roadmap?Many thanks

Allegedly one is supposed to now be able to see number of runs and vertical live while recording.  I've not seen any change in my live recording screen.  Nobody I'm skiing with has these live stats either.  Has anyone seen these updates actually working?

The heatmap dissapears when I lock and unlock my phone, even when recording. I see a similar issue related to connectivity but here I keep full connectivity only lock and unlock my screen. This ds an issue as I use the heatmap to navigate and have to turn screen on and off many times for battery preservation as starva uses a lot of battery.

Hi, I’m doing a hill climb series - did this week’s climb this AM and got a provisional time on my wahoo of 7:40 but Strava thinks I didn’t finish the segment and has recorded it as 9 minutes something. The segment ends at the top of a mountain with a drop off and a fence so there is no more path there - is there a way to get this fixed does anyone know? Thanks.

Wondering why Strava isn’t counting my steps in my run for my December challenge? I’m seeing it counted my walking steps for the challenge just fine but running doesn’t add to the challenge at all.The challenge board says it’s counted the activity but I’m only getting steps from the walk? All permissions are on, I’m only using Runna, Strava, or my Apple Watch Ultra 3.
