I feel that Strava discriminates a bit on e-bikes, and that the App should be inclusive of all types of exercise and welcome e-bikers into the communityMy specific suggestion:* Allow Workout as a category for e-bikes, it currently is not available. I use road bikes and e-bikes. One of the things I like about an e-bike workout is that I can manage and maintain a preferred BP based on assist levels and gears, and it is definitely a workout for me when I am trying to maintain an optimal workout BP in my optimal range* if you are eliminating e-bike activities from things like leader boards, then establish a separate leaderboard and best time/effort for e-bikes

Hey all, I’ve been paying for a subscription since early August through Apple subscriptions, but the issue is that this isn’t reflected on my account in the app. It still tells me to upgrade, and my support ticket has gone unanswered for two weeks.. After doing some investigation, it looks like the subscription was applied to an old account of mine that was created through the Apple sign in option. The account I use now was created through the FB sign in option.Is there any way this can be remedied?

Can I get my money back, because I don't want this premium feature, suddenly my balance was deducted by Strava, please return my money.

Hi,  I have the free version of the app.  I prefer to see my average (AVG) speed when I walk/run/faint.  Until today, as shown above,  the app would display my "AVG SPEED" (just above 3.6) while I walked.  I try to maintain this speed.  Today, as shown above, the app displays my live SPEED as I walked (above 3.6..no more AVG SPEED). Does anyone know how I can get the AVG SPEED to be constantly displayed instead of my live SPEED?  Thank you 

It uploads Pace, Heart Rate, Power & Elevation. How can I add others like Cadence?

I have a regular 4.2km run. My RE scores vary from 19-42 usually. But today it shot up to 104. I wear an Apple Watch which monitors heart rate and I import the data from that into Strava. This 104 scores seems very high although it is a warm day and I might be a bit dehydrated. Is this a reasonable scenario?

The update a few months ago has really diminished my enjoyment of Strava. I have always enjoyed trying the ‘road less travelled’, especially out in rural areas where the previous version seemed to be very good at showing the more adventurous routes that other runners had taken. It’s not just that Strava have divided up the routes into various activities. Even when I have systematically gone through all the options (including hiking and gravel bikes) some routes that were previously shown have disappeared and the only routes that are still shown are the very obvious ones. Come on Strava, bring back the sense of adventure! Global heat maps has become a fairly redundant function. Also it would help if you used a colour that contrasted better with the map. Pale blue on top of pale cool colours that are used for the maps are hard to read 

Is totally hidden on the app version. Why is that?

Hi,I applied for the API a few weeks ago and received an email approving it, in which it says that I have up to 999 athletes limit.However, when I go to https://www.strava.com/settings/api I still see the limit of only 1 athlete. How is this possible? Do I have to do anything else?Thank you.

Hi. I’ve been a subscriber since 2020 and have over a hundred maps saved for my cycling. Recently what’s happening is that when I chose a saved map and press ‘Start’ the map expands to full screen and shows my location (with the blue dot) but the orange route line will not show. If I hide the zoomed-in ‘centred’ view and go back to the map the orange line shows but as soon as I go back to the ‘zoomed-in’ view it disappears again. I have tried deleting the app and re-installing but I’ve still got the same issue. So at the moment I can’t use any of my carefully planned routes - very frustrating.I’m using an iPhone 15 Pro and have the latest IOS 18.6 running (it wasn’t working on the previous IOS version either)Any ideas?

Hi, I’m building an application and I need high resolution gps data. The best way would of course be to download the gpx, however, I saw it’s not possible for activities. I’ve read that it’s possible to reconstruct the gpx from streams. There are even libraries that do it for you (strava2gpx), but unfortunately not enough data points are provided.Does anyone know if downloading the .gpx will be supported by the API any time soon? If not, does anyone know any workaround/hack?Thank you.

We just had a mountain bike race last night.  Apparently, a bunch of us had our rides auto-flagged because the system thought they were e-bike rides.  When I first looked at my ride in the mobile app, I saw a box at the top that asked me to clarify if it was an e-bike ride (ride had been flagged already).  At least it gave me an option to select “ride” at that point and it was all good for me.  For a number of others (see the links below), they did not get the notification as far as they were aware, but their rides were auto-flagged.  This was just a normal MTB race on our local trails.  We are not pro-level riders, so the efforts shouldn’t appear that extraordinary.  Heck, I don’t even think we were taking any KOMs/QOMs with the efforts, so it wasn’t even a comparison to existing times on segments.  It appears the new auto-flagging system is too sensitive if it is catching that many people in a single event that are all clearly legitimate, even with heart rate data to support it.Here

I have tried several times to import my Ride workout with no success. i see it on my Health Fitness app, i never see it on Strava app. I have logged out, logged on and tried to Import, no success!I have removed my App from my iPhone and reinstalled, went through the steps to click on Import when i see it and still nothing.  I have tried to create a Support ticket here but looks like they dont allow that?

Anyone else still hate this new share activity?This font is too big hiding the map and the last one "paste link sticker here" is useless. The only good thing is the TRANSPARENT sticker. Please Strava go back to the last version or at least let it available for us  to choose  which one to use. 

I have encountered a problem with the activity crop tool on the latest release of the Android app.When I decide to crop some parts of an activity (only tryed the end so far), much more of the activity than I have selected gets cropped.This one (Lunch Hike | Hike | Strava) I tryed to crop away the last 2 minutes and instead the last 3 hours where removed.This one (Morning Walk | Walk | Strava) I selected to remove the last minute, but the last 2 hours disappeared.The crop tool was working fine when I used it in the past (not more that 2 months ago last time).Please fix it (had help me recove what I lost). Thanks,Giovanni

Hello,IF SOMEONE READING THIS, It's possible they refund the amount of money they deduct by online payment (GCASH) I'm so frustrated it's for my tuition fee please help me😭 may I please receive an update regarding my request for a refund? I really had no plan to continue the subscription after the free trial ended since I only subscribed in the first place to try the app while jogging. I think I just used it once but I have no recorded activity whatsoever. I forgot to cancel the subscription before the free trial ended. The money used was supposed to be my allowance for school, so I apologize if I am about to cause an inconvenience on your end; I hope you can oblige my request for a refund. Thank you.

I ran over the course of 3 days, pausing the activity while I slept and resuming it in the morning. I pressed finish and then save activity on the final day and it took me to the home page where it said processing activity and nothing happened. The activity never uploaded and there is no evidence of this. I really hope to get this resolved as this was a monumental task for me, running over 150km

I don’t see an intuitive section to place this topic, so I’m putting in the Strava Features Chat.I'm using Windows 10 on the latest Chrome browser. I’m trying to view my activity history. My questions / weird observations are in bold.I navigate to my profile, scroll down and find the drop down to change the date range. The dates shown are Aug 12 2024 - Aug 11 2025. First, today is Aug 17, 2025, so where is the past week? Perhaps it’s only counting full weeks… confusing, but whatever.I scroll down and I do see my recent activities from this week. I scroll further down to look for more activities and I don’t see any activities older than Aug 11, 2025. No option to load more activities. So, where are my activities prior to Aug 11, 2025? I know they are there because I see them in the mobile app.I click on the drop down and change the dates to Aug 14, 2023 to Aug 12, 2024, the activities change as expected. However, now I only see my activity from Aug 17, 2024. Where are any 2024 activitie

How do I disable unrequested historical (i.e. out of sequence) runs from showing up in my feed? I was taken by surprise by this and found it confusing. My expectation as a user would be to have a “show fewer posts like this” choice next to the post, or a clear toggle in settings. This is distracting and makes me want to use the app less. I’m sure some people like this feature, but I imagine some may find it similarly distracting and antithetical to the way we use the app. 

I had a fall in my last run closer to the finish line  at exactly 4.95k of the 5k parkrun. I obviously was in no position to stop my garmin as I was in pain and being tended to by kind runners before I was driven to hospital. Strava shows the total time was 1 hour and the moving time 37 something. How can I remove the non moving time so the run reflects what truly happened? 

Previously, after new segment was created it’s stats was updated within few hours with previous attempts of other athletes. Now I can see only one my attempt from the activity from which the segment was created. Other athletes attempts are added only if they run the segment after creation. Is it a new feature? How can I re-calculate historic data for the segment?

I don’t need this information.  I don’t want this information.  Please give me a way to stop the notifications about event insights after my club events.   You should always provide a way to disable a specific notification before you start pushing that type of notification.
